In these days, when service is something rarely seen, and when almost nothing is what you expect it to be, my experience with Bed Planet is a shining star in the darkness. Great pricing, great product, great communication, great delivery. Every bit of this transaction, including our warranty replacement under the Sealy comfort guarantee went as smooth as silk. I highly recommend Bed Planet, will not buy a mattress from anyone else, and fervently wish to have such a pleasant purchasing experience again in my lifetime.

We ordered the same mattress from 2 other companies. First one strung us along for months cancelling delivery date every two weeks saying it was a special order (CalKing) so they take awhile. Second one told us it would be roughly 6months. Bedplanet got it to our door in 4 weeks. I called customer service one time and was helped by the nicest agent. I have nothing bad to say about our entire experience with this order.

My mom did her research, and bought her king size mattress, with adjustable base here. Adam, the owner was patient, and understanding. He worked with her and she's happy with her bed. Be forewarned the prices are high.

Quick delivery. Product was exactly as expected. Looks good. Works well. Happy customer. There were 3 small problems which I will tell you about since you asked. First, I ordered an Accord but the instruction manual that was included (Comfort base quick start guide) was really too short, perhaps intended for some other model and contained no instructions about how to put the two pieces of the base together, dress the wires, etc. Not good! Second, the mounting brackets for the Mattress Retainer Bar had been attached incorrectly (at an angle instead of parallel to one another). Before I could mount the Retainer Bar I had to loosen the screws that attach the mounting brackets to the bed so the brackets could rotate a bit AND bend the mattress retainer bar so its two mounting rods were no longer exactly parallel. Quite simple but not everyone would have the tools to do it. Since Glideaway apparently doesn't check this part of their assembly, perhaps you should do so before you ship the product. Third, of course, I immediately ran the batteries down by operating the bed when the power supply was not plugged in. You might caution your users against this outcome. Except for these minor inconveniences, I am very happy with the product (and its delivery). Thank you.

Bed Planet assumes too much...the third party shipping companies delivery personnel will ABSOLUTELY NOT know how to assemble bed frames or ANY OTHER PRODUCT that Bed Planet sells on their website that requires assembly WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS! The quality of the product, although good, is meaningless if not put together properly. The deliverymen were lucky that I had a garage full of tools and a mechanical inclination for tinkering...what would someone else do? You'd have to send everything back after waiting 2-3weeks for delivery. MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF YOUR PRODUCT INCLUDES ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS if it's not all ready to use! ....ASK!...trust me..they were at my house for an hour and a half trying to figure it out!.............UPDATED 2-25-20--> Adam from Bed Planet was kind enough to reach out and discuss with me what had occurred since purchase. After reaching out to their manufacturer for the product Bed Planet has contracted out new provisions to ensure delivery personnel are receiving adequate training for some of these products and for assembly instructions/web videos to be included with the products. Thanks for caring Adam.

I was skeptical at first but after speaking with them, i did a google earth search to see the location and looked for reviews and what do you know? the mattresses were delivered on time, up a flight of stairs, and the old mattresses removed all quick like. I recommend Bed Planet. Happy Camper, they do business like I do.

The headboard attachment fit perfect on my adjustable bed base. I really love the fact it is adjustable to fit different adjustable bed bases that have no attachments for headboards.
