Val provided tremendous customer service. He was attentive and patient. He worked with both my sister and I to be able to get the maximum bedding including pillows for the lowest possible price. We were within budget as Val stayed after closing to get us the best deal. I can’t explain how impressed we were with the selection and Val’s knowledge. Definitely my next sales guy.

We worked with Val to get an awesome mattress and adjustable base. We decided to come back to Val (after shopping at 4 different places) because the experience we had with him the night before 20 minutes before closing. We didn’t save the most money we could have shopping elsewhere, but we don’t mind paying a couple extra dollars for someone who is very hospitable and has a ton product knowledge. From salesman to salesman, Val you did an amazing job and we thank you for your efforts!

***This is a new visit since it won't let me make a new review. We went again today for another mattress. This time for me. Craig helped us out again and was awesome like the last time. He was thorough and helped me what mattress I needed with my bad back. He was patient because I had to try several before I decided on one. I still highly recommend him for your mattress or bedding needs. *** **This review is from 2 months ago when my parents bout new mattress and bedding** Craig was very helpful and courteous. He was very patient with my parents trying to decide what bed to get. He explained the differences in each type. They ended up getting a bed they wanted and needed. I bought a bed from Mattress Firm about 7 years ago and was happy with them. In a couple of years or so, if that long, I'll be in the market for a new one and will definitely be returning.

When my husband and I were looking for a bed we first went to furniture stores. But I didn’t feel they knew enough about just a bed . They were nice and helpful but not knowledgeable enough for me . So we went to a mattress only store. The salesman didn’t push us to buy , he didn’t make us feel bad if we didn’t . We tried several Mattresses before we purchased ours. It was such a calming and relaxing experience. They helped with what we needed most and that was a bed .

I was having a very tough day but I had put off buying a new mattress, so I stopped in Greenwood at Mattress Firm to see What they had. I was greeted by a very tall Slender young man, and he introduced himself as Joe, behind the desk was another young gentleman who I would soon find out goes by (Craig). I proceeded to inform Joe of what I was looking for and he gave me several choices to pick from I made my choice and decided to finance it since it was zero interest. While Joe was on computer doing my paperwork my phone rang and it was my husband who has been i’ll for sometime. When I hung up I had started too cry and Joe offered me water, and asked if I needed sometime to take a break. Salesman who worked with me was very pleasant, professional, and patient with my questions. He was very knowledgeable on mattresses and sleeping, and I found the perfect fit! Of course they’re going to use common sales tactics and financing to sell you a higher end mattress, and I did go a bit over my budget, but I’m glad I did! The only mistake was made by the movers, I can’t remember what company it was, but they forgot to put the center rail on the frame. Not a big deal, I just put it on myself (removed the mattress and box spring, it was only two thumb screws).

I chose the pillow that my daughter recommended that she had bought previously it was not available in store but the salesman said I could pick it up in a week did not offer to have it shipped until my daughter said I could buy it online and have it shipped that was my only complaint But now the pillow is being shipped to me from the store

The customer service at this store is AMAZING! Anthony is off the charts helpful. I just purchased my 2nd mattress from mattress firm, this time online, and made a mistake on the model. The Mattress was delivered and I knew I messed up as soon as I laid on it. I called Anthony today and asked about returning, knowing I would have to pay the restocking fee. Anthony set up an exchange to pick up the wrong one and deliver the correct one with no charge to me. He didn't have to do that but he did. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. Both experiences with this store have been great! Thanks Anthony!

We came to Mattress Firm in Greenwood North, IN after a visit at another showroom that had a Twin size Intellibed. We called the Greenwood location to ask if they had larger sets we could see. Anthony was very helpful from the moment we called and understanding of what we was looking for. When we arrived, he was very attentive and accommodating in answering all of our questions and making sure we understood the quality, value, and care for our new bed. Purchasing was very simple and he explained every step and what each signature was for. We opted for the Gold Standard package and delivery was a breeze! Delivery team arrived earlier than expected, but with the ability to track and the courtesy call, we was not blind sided by that. Set up was super simple and they handled everything exceptionally with removal of our old bed. I highly recommend Mattress Firm, specifically the Greenwood North location and have Anthony help you out! We had a slight issue after delivery and he was quick to rectify the matter. We couldn’t be happier with our new Nightfall Intellibed and the service we have received!

I went into this store hoping to finance a bed, while I did meet 99% of the requirements there was still complications and I wasn’t able to do so. However, with Craig’s help, I was still able to find the bed that fit me just about perfectly despite the issues I experienced.
