We had a wonderful experience here today! The young lady that helped us find our perfect mattress was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress. We went in thinking we would be able to buy today but likely have to wait to have our mattress shipped to us and instead, we came home with it! Excellent customer service!!

We were in search of our forever Bed similar to a water bed, Brandon is the man for finding you the perfect bed! This guy is awesome! He did a wonderful job in helping us find the bed that awesome dreams can be made in! We can’t wait to get it. Purple is the NEW waterbed without the water leaks, baffles with leaks and a wet bed! He was great help and not pushy, or over bearing. Such a nice salesman, we want to wish him and Mattress Firm on East Washington St in Indianapolis the best of luck always! Very nice people the few times me a my husband went in to purchase a new mattress. We weren't happy with the first mattress but we were able to get a new one with no problem. You get to try it out for 120 days if not satisfied, and that's exactly what we did.We are very pleased with the one we have now ,kind of pricey but we have (all the bells and whistles)lights underneath and adjustable base. Very happy with our purchase I would recommend 🙂

I knew Mattress Firm had the top of line mattress. But I’ll say this, Brandon is the man with the plan. He was a big help start to finish. He is a pro at his job and got me a mattress that will help me get a great night sleep. When I went into Mattress Firm I was a little hesitant because I have my particular place that I shop for everything. My guy couldn't get exactly what I wanted so he referred me to them. Something he never does. I'm glad he did because Shane helped me and even schooled me on mattresses. He gave me so many option without being overbearing. When he seen I really didn't know what to do he helped me make my decision by offering the clearance option. The manager Rex also then started to assist and made great conversation while Shane got my full order placed. Great customer service and pricing. I will be back. Just waiting on my delivery.

He was one of the best salesmen I've dealt with, he didn't try to push everything on us he gave us all the options we had for our budget and let us make our own decisions. I just bought a Tempur-pedic mattress at this store. Salesman was patient and low-key, answered my MANY questions and didn't use high pressure tactics. Big decision and I took my time. Also liked that store provided delivery - up to where my bedroom was on the second floor of my home and removed old mattress for flat fee of $99. Also offered a Tempur-pedic cash gift of $300 for any other items in store, including, sheets, pillows and the delivery. So I got delivery for free. Also offered a 121-day trial period. If I don't like the mattress, I can return it for a 10% up to $250 fee, or 20% if it's a flat return and not an exchange. Overall good experience. One criticism when I was trying to calculate what would add up to $300 of free stuff, salesman kind of brushed off the math, saying that he would make it work. But then when he told me what the cost for the mattress would be - before taxes - it was over $100 more than what it was originally quoted. Ends up he hadn't 'made it work' to fit into $300. He had added to the cost. So we recalculated to get me below the $300. But I thought that was a little misleading and some people might not realize they were paying an additional amount. Also wish he had been a little better informed about Tempur-pedic standards. He suggested I should buy a Tempur-pedic foundation in order not to void the warranty. That's not exactly true. Just need to make sure your foundation is compatible with a Tempur-pedic mattress. Tempur-pedic website provides guidance on what they require. Also in the literature included with delivery. And you never want to use box springs with a Tempur-pedic mattress, as salesman mentioned, or you WILL void the warranty.

He helped with our first mattress choice and then went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when that choice did not work out to arrange for a different mattress to be delivered and the first one to be taken back. We purchased a mattress at our local store in Indiana to be delivered to our daughter’s new apartment in Texas. Dave listened to our needs and helped our daughter choose a mattress making sure it was available in the Texas warehouse. We were able to choose the day of delivery. Rex was awesome. When I went in the store he was working with customer's so I had to wait for his assistance but that gave me time to look around. I had already decided which bed I wanted by the time he was able to assist me but he was very apologetic for my wait. I showed him the bed I wanted and he gave me a wonderful demonstration. I got very emotional because during the demonstration laying down with the adjustments up/down movement I knew my life would change for the better once I got this bed (Tempura-pedic). So glad I went into a reputable mattress business. O paid good money for the mattress and base but I know it will be worth it.

My husband and I were amazed at the customer service we experienced at this location. As soon as we walked into the store we were immediately greeted and asked what we were in for. We have been sleeping on an air mattress since we moved and were looking to get a decent bed for a decent price. Jianming showed us all the different options and explained the great promotion they had going on this weekend. We didn't intend on committing to a mattress right then and there but after checking several beds, we fell in love with the iComfort Blue Touch medium and with the free pillows, free mattress protector, and the free base it made more sense for us to go ahead with the purchase now rather than later. Another great side of it, is that Jianming told us we were able to finance it without having to go through credit. All in all I would highly recommend this store and location if you are wanting your money and time well spent.

I went in the store and fell in love with the bed I purchased. It took me about a month to get it for personal reasons but was glad I did. Rob was very nice in helping me out in the store. However the delivery was a disaster. Very unhappy with them. After all then they said to call the store the bed didn't even work... Rob came out the same night and fixed it (after hours even) So my experience was good but the delivery could have been better but Rob made it right. Now I am enjoying my new bed and so far so good.

WOW WOW WOW! Where do I begin?!?! My husband and I had been thinking and talking about getting a new bed for several years. I always had the worst anxiety about making that big of a commitment. We went into this store with our two young kiddos (5 years and 8 months) and we were immediately greeted by the store manager, Dave Packer. He greeted us with a friendly and warm smile and a handshake. I started to relax a little. He asked us what brought us into his store and we explained to him we have had a queen bed for about 8 years, my back was killing me due to degenerative disc disease and herniated discs and my husband has sleep apnea. We told Dave we were sorry for being so difficult and asked if there was even anything that would help both of us. He smiled and proceeded to tell us ALL of our options. He quickly figured out that I became overwhelmed with information and presented me with visuals which was so helpful when comparing different options. I’m not exaggerating when I say we were there for a good 4 hours and he was so patient. When we needed to feed the baby, he understood and he was even entertaining with our 5 year old. As a parent, I am so thankful and appreciative that he talked with our 5 year old and gave her some paper and pens to draw with and she felt like big stuff. This allowed my husband and I to really focus and weigh the pros and cons. We made a purchase and we were floored and thrilled when we spent less than we planned on spending and we got exactly what we wanted and in a King! This store was super clean and the store manager was professional, full of knowledge. Our experience was great. This store is kid friendly and patient so if you have kids, this is a great place to shop! We are forever grateful to Mr. Packer for easing our (more like my) fears and we will be customers for life! My wife and I swung by Mattress Firm this weekend as we were out furniture shopping the labor day deals. We walked into the showroom and were greeted by David. He gave us a brief tour of the showroom, explained the multicolor bed firmness system, and explained the deals. After a short browse we came across an icomfort bed that we loved. David took the time to explain the bed, explain the savings we could get through manufacturer and store promotions, and even helped have maximize our savings. We walked out with a new king size icomfort, box springs, mattress cover, and frame for less than I was expecting to pay for a mattress of that quality. I recommend swinging by. Let the team there show you what they can do in a no stress sales style and if you don't leave with a Mattress, you will leave at least knowing their staff did everything they could for you!
