He also understood we were just looking at options not buying that day. He didn't try to pressure uson making a decision, since adjustable beds can get expensive. Guess he works at the Spreedway location and was filling in the day we were in the Avon location. We came back to purchase on 8/28 and the salesperson, Michael helped us. He wad great!!

My husband and I had a great experience here today. Our sales guy was really nice and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell us a bed he gave us in depth knowledge on each product. That was a plus for us because most places aren't that patient or detailed when it comes to their product. All the guys were great there, but I would definitely recommend Mike with the hair lol.

Their top of the line mattress firm 900 adjustable frame broke within a week. Store refuses to replace it. They wanted me to go through a lengthy and involved process of a warranty claim on a 2000$ item that broke in less than 7 days, with no guarantee that they will actually accept my claim. Now I'm waiting to hear from some "repair" company that hasn't called me back in over 24 hours. Headrest lift piston bracket sheared in half. My wife and I are both small people. It broke Friday and it's now Tuesday and I still have no idea if and when they plan on fixing or replacing it. Update: it had now been 5 weeks and still no idea if when this will be repaired. I'm getting ready to take them to court. Brand new bed frame, 5 out of 6 weeks that it hasn't worked. Update. Company has since been in contact and replaced the entire bedframe. It has been kind of an ordeal, but I'm much happier with getting the entire thing replaced than having to fix a brand new broken one. Since it has been resolved and they have followed up with several calls I have changed my review to reflect the better customer service than I was receiving before.

Went here to find/buy a new mattress. My mom and I went together and were expecting to be hounded/followed into buying the most expensive one. This was not the case. The gentleman that was working was great. Kurt was his name and he was wonderful. He never once hounded us and left us alone. He did in fact inform us about the great sale they were having and how we were the first customers and would receive a free memory foam pillow. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Walked into this place a week ago and met Tyler. Let me just say, he was really great! We are on a budget and we went through the value selection. Tyler pulled each mattress down and let me try them out. Personally, I liked all of them but my wife needed to try them. Fast forward a week later and we finally came back in. Tyler was working and we tried the beds out again and finally got mattress. All around great customer experience and not pushy at all. Tyler was great to work with. He listened well to all my needs and helped me find a great mattress. I’m disabled and in bed most of the time with chronic pain and issues with overheating. The best customer service I had in retail market. I bought the mattress from them in December. Then we weren't home for most of the January. Our mattress was just on a bed itself. We used it for like 2 months and it just started having dents here and there. I talked to a person on a phone and he just said don't worry about anything. He can replace it. I swear I wasn't expecting that from other side of the phone. So I went there yesterday evening, took a look at some other options and it was like 10 mins and I was out of the door. Deal was done! Thanks for being really cooperative. Getting things done in a call or in a visit is rare.!

I was looking to buy a brand new bed and this store was pretty much the only option in the area. From the first time I stepped through the door, the staff was super friendly and helpful.
