I had a wonderful experience at Mark's Mattress Outlet today. The salesman, Jimmy, was very knowledgeable and kind. He listened to what we were interested in for a mattress then showed us several options. It was low pressure, affordable for high spenders and those just starting out. I walked in, and was greeted immediately. She (Alexis) asked me what I was looking for, then told me what she had in stock. (She went above and beyond to search for multiple options!) She was very friendly, and easy to talk with. (She would be an amazing girlfriend!) Anyway, I am not sure they have what I want, but they did have more options than Bob's next door. (And way better customer service!)

Absolutely NO sales pressure. Went to Bob's next door while waiting for Mark's to open. Everyone of the mattresses hurt my back and the salesperson was trying to close me before I had even made a choice. Mark's made this effortless, informative and fun. I will definitely come back!

We went in looking for a new mattress and Erin was a huge help! We didn't have to do any haggling he did it for us! He asked what our preferences were and had us try a few beds out. We found one we liked but he did not have it in a king so he called the north store found a bed similar and had them hold it for us and throw in some extras! I will definitely go back for future bed needs! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We were not pressured as they do not work on commission.

Had SUCH a great experience at Mark's Mattress in Greenwood today. I would encourage all my friends to go see Baili. That's who helped me and she made the whole thing super easy for me. I really needed a new mattress and I was just sure I would be spending a lot of money on something that I didnt even like. Turns out I'm getting a new bed that I LOVE and honestly, I feel really good about the price! Make sure you go there when you are in my position and you find yourself in my shoes. I would seriously ask for Baili... I trust her.

Shopped 6 different Mattress stores, bought from Mark's because of Aaron Traylor. Told him what I was looking for he made recommendations & explained the how and why. No pressure very laid back & KNOWLEDGEABLE!! The mattress he recommended he told me where I could go check it at the non discount store. Everything was above board & correct. Sleeping on my new mattress is great will Definitely recommend Aaron & the staff for anyone looking for a Mattress.

So, we never just walk in a store and make a big purchase. I always research what I want for months. Well that changed! First time in Mark’s Mattress, never even heard of it, I just happen to drive by it earlier in the day. Fast forward we are checking out the matresses!! I just keep say, “Honey, I have no clue which one is best!” Scott and Ian walked over and began explaining the differences in mattresses and pros and cons!! Thank goodness for their expertise because we would have been there all night, we kinda were I made them move 3 mattresses on different bases just to make sure I liked what I was buying! I mean our sleep is important. Thank you two soo much! We can’t wait for our bed to be delivered.

I went in looking for a mattress because a year ago I broke pretty much my entire back and I have been sleeping on a waterbed for years and it's starting to really hurt my back so my kids went in together and told me they would buy me a mattress. So we went there soon as I walked in I see one I liked he said well this one here would probably help your situation better I laid on it and oh my God it was perfect. He was such a great help. Made us feel very comfortable he was very friendly and we ended up buying that bed that night.
