Lots of inventory to choose from. Ken was very helpful & friendly. Purchased a mattress within the first 10 mins of walking in the store. The prices are affordable & a fraction of what the other mattress stores were charging for the same beds! If you're looking to purchase a new bed this is this place to do so,!!

The owner, Ken, is absolutely wonderful to work with. His pricing for premium mattresses is a about 25% of the premium mattress stores. I have purchased 2 queen size mattresses, box springs, bed frames, and mattress covers from him in the last 9 years. They have both been superior quality, and very comfortable. It is worth making a visit, and comparing the quality, comfort, and prices to make an educated decision. I'm positive you'll choose Best Value Mattress for your purchase. Suggestion: don't simply "push and feel" on the mattresses, lay down in your usual position of comfort. You will be amazed!!!!

Let me start off by saying that I hate going places where they constantly haggle you into buying something. I understand those people are in the business of sales and commission but more than half the time they are highly annoying and just want to convice you to spend money and don't care if you are there to just look around. I did not have that feeling or experience here. The gentleman that worked there today was amazing to buy from. He asked me my price range and what I was looking for in a mattress and from there showed me what he had to match. When telling me the prices he included everything: the mattress, box spring, delivery and taxes which really helped me make a decision. After showing me the mattresses and giving me all of the info I would need on them he allowed me to take my time and go around and decide which one I liked best. No haggling. No one following me around annoyingly trying to convince me to buy something. The customer service, the prices, quality and diverse inventory did the selling instead, especially considering i only went in to look. I did end up buying a matress and box with delivery and was very surprised that they offered next day delivery which was amazing to hear on a Friday afternoon. Needless to say I felt very comfortable in this store. They have something for every price range. Amazing customer service and down-to-earth, no-hassle staff. If you are looking for quality and affordability for any budget THIS is the place to go! Highly recommended. I cannot wait to sleep in my new bed tomorrow night! Thank you!

Wonderful customer service! My son gave me 3 days notice that he needed a mattress for college. Ken helped me pick out the perfect mattress over the phone. Then he offered to track our incoming flight and stay open late if we were delayed! When we arrived, he had it ready by the door.

Ken is a joy to work with, and you cannot find better prices and a less stressful shopping experience in the city! My flatmate and I went to purchase new mattresses for a move into an apartment, and there was no pressure to hurry and make a decision. And for a twin, a full, both platforms, and delivery cost - less than $1000. You really can't beat his prices and purchasing atmosphere. Will definitely be back when I need another mattress.

I bought a mattress from Ken four years ago and have been nothing but happy. It is a Beauty Rest Black (near top of the line) and still is as comfortable as the day we bought it. I just purchased two more today for my new house I am buying. They carry the top name brands and some lesser known brands at about half the price of other stores. Ken is friendly and doesn't give the high pressure sales pitches like the typical mattress stores. The store is located near some warehouses so I guess the low overhead helps with his prices. The store is very clean but nothing fancy beyond that. Be sure to go online and check the prices of the competition before you go. I don't know Ken personally but the great deal I got today made me want to write the review.

I had an excellent experience with Ken Miller of Best Value Mattress Warehouse. I really wanted a very expensive "Hotel" Aireloom mattress and was searching the internet for better prices. I called Best Value on a Sunday, Ken found what I needed, and I purchased a King Mattress sight unseen, over the phone, and am very happy. I had researched this bed and tried it in stores but it was too expensive, even on Sale. Ken was a pleasure to work with and he followed up to make sure everything went well.

Ken is great. Got an awesome deal. Bought a king mattress for myself and a Queen for my young brother's apartment. Ken is very friendly, very upfront about everything, and the prices are awesome. I went from mattress to mattress and laid on all of them until I found the right one. He delivered it pronto, right on time, and I still love my mattress after all these months. I really had no idea how bad I was sleeping until I got a new mattress. Worth every penny. Showroom and location seem obscure, but so worth it. Also, get a memory foam pillow. $50. Your head will thank you. My girlfriend got one, then I got one, and I had to get one for my brother. Nestles your head like a cloud. Super great pillow. You sleep for 8 hours a night if you are lucky, make them count.

You won't find a better price for a QUALITY mattress anywhere! The owner is phenomenal to deal with and his prices are beyond fair! I have purchased two queen size mattresses with box springs, as well as well priced excellent quality mattress covers that are washable. This saves your mattress, extending it's life.

I live in Michigan and was wanting to get a mattress and foundation for my sons extra bedroom when I googled for a place to sop Best Value was the first ad so I called. How soon can you deliver. He said tonight if needed. I arrived st 4:00 and bed was bought and set up by 7. Slept on it that night. Ken was a great guy to deal with. He introduced me to a foam mattress and I was reluctant but if I didn’t live so far away I would buy another bed just like the one I bought for my sons room. We had it delivered to fountain square which was quite pricey but so worth it. When we need a new set, we definitely plan on coming back and getting something even better.

Amazing deal and Ken Miller was amazing and even though sign let us know they were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday the site didn't let us know and as we were driving away he caught us and took care of us right away. I would totally recommend him and the store the prices are very reasonable and the service is remarkable.
