Mark was great, really informative was very patient and showed me several different types of beds and at different price points. Never any pressure _ once I knew the firms and type of bed. He took the time to show me 3 final ones to pick from. I went with Starnes and Foster really nice medium firmness. I bought the adjustable bed frames twin XL I am excited. Also I got 36 month O% interest for 36 months. Again Mark was really helpfull and I would ded recommend to ask for him.

After a lot of research online for mattresses, which was very hard to digest, my wife and I decided we needed to at least go and look at some real examples of multiple brands. Having no intention of purchasing, we visited a nearby Mattress Firm at River Oaks. After getting a new mattress we realized that our current bed frame was falling apart and needed to be replaced. After calling around to a few other mattress stores, i happened to speak with Amy. She was very sweet, and even though we were not making a big purchase, she made me feel like she appreciated my business in a very genuine way. After we bought our bed frame, Amy carried it out from the back and even loaded it in the car for me. When i got home i was astonished of how heavy it was and was impressed that Amy gleefully carried it out to my car all with a smile on her face. I came in to purchase a mattress with a vague understanding of what I would like and Mark took care of the rest. If you’re like me you probably spent hours and hours trying to research what the best mattress is and ended up more stressed/confused than when you started. After speaking with mark and giving him a little bit of feedback on what I thought of the mattresses in the store, he was able to show me to a selection of mattresses that were the exact comfort, size, and features I was looking for. To top it off, I came in at about 4 o clock on a Friday and got the mattress delivered the very next morning. The delivery service was awesome, giving you a 2 hour window the night before, then a call the day of saying an exact time - and for the first time in my life a delivery service was actually right on time exactly when they said they would be! All of this to say, if you’re struggling to find a mattress that works for you, go to the mattress firm in river oaks and let Mark handle it.

Only purchase mattresses from this store. The accessories you should do your own research on and buy it from the direct seller (sheets, mattress protector, adjustable base). I asked for information from this store about my mattress to replace a cover they sold me (do not buy PureCare products EVER!) and it took them forever to respond - wasn't until I had to remind them. Service was good when we were shopping, but there was alot of non responsiveness for questions we had after.

I procrastinated shopping for a mattress for my guest bedroom because it felt overwhelming. A friend recommended contacting Mark Miller at Mattress FIrm, River Oaks, as she had recently had a great experience with him. I called Mark the day before I was going to shop, explained what I was looking for, and was very pleasantly surprised that my experience was seamless and pleasant. Mark definitely listened to my needs and concerns, respected my budget, and preselected three mattresses for me to try that he felt would be good choices. All three were excellent choices, so I had a hard time deciding, and through the process Mark was professional, courteous and respectful. I placed the order on Friday and was pleased that delivery was scheduled for Sunday. In spite of some power issues in the warehouse and significant rain, the delivery was made Sunday afternoon, and the drivers were also professional and respectful of my home. They were running about an hour behind, and Mark called me personally to let me know and to apologize, even though the situation was out of everyone's control. Thanks to Mark, I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and will certainly be seeing him when I am in the market for a new bed for myself!

I have never been into a Mattress Firm before Labor Day weekend. I went in to look/ test out a Purple mattress. When I walked in, I was greeted by Mark Miller, who wound up assisting me throughout my visit that day. I mentioned that I was interested in trying out a Purple mattress, and shared that I had previously chatted online with an associate on Purple's website. Mark was very knowledgeable about the product and their various offerings, and he was also very attentive to my specific needs, sleep habits, and issues I shared with him. With what I shared with him about my sleep habits and sciatic injury, he ended up recommending the same version of Purple mattress that the sleep specialist from Purple's website had recommended. Mark still had me try out a few other mattresses, but mostly to show the difference in how it felt on my pressure points and due to the differences in the adjustable bases the mattresses were sitting on. I was very happy with Mark's customer service and friendliness, as well as his product knowledge and ability to assist me throughout my visit. I ended up purchasing the mattress I went in to look at (Seriously, I am SOOO excited about this mattress, it actually made my back pain go away), and an adjustable base. Mark was very helpful with my decision on an adjustable base since I wasn't sure if my new bedframe was suitable for an adjustable base. I also got a mattress cover, sheets, and pillows to go along with my purchase. I had a great experience with trying out and purchasing my mattress with Mark. I was in the process of moving and requested a later delivery date, and Mark was very accommodating and explained the whole delivery process to me as well. He even arranged for me to pick up my pillows and sheets early so I could use them in the meantime and so those smaller items didn't get lost through the delivery process. I will update my review after delivery and installation, but as of now, highly recommend this location and Mark especially.

Just about every mattress we've ever had came from Mattress Firms located in several states, yet Mark’s patience, knowledge, candor, and salesmanship won us over to fork out about a grand more than what we were willing to spend when comparing Black Friday promotions. We shop for mattresses like most shop for cars, coming back to test nap at least three or four times before we’re ready to buy. I was convinced we’d be getting a rather decent mattress in a box costing a heck of a lot less...but give us another decade and we’ll likely be back to give Mark more business.

I purchased a mattress a little under 3 years ago unfortunately did not hold up as the pillow top started to come undone and it began to severely sag in other places. Fortunately I went into a Mattress Firm location and was helped by a manager by the name of Brittany who didn't just try to sale me a mattress but also offered to check if my current mattress was still under warranty as it wasn't really old. Thankfully, it was. Brittany explained the steps towards filling a claim on my defective mattress and helped me pick out a new mattress. When my mattress arrived there was a bit of confusion regarding the delivery as my box spring was missing. But, Brittany quickly rectified the situation and got another box spring out to me the next day. I can't say enough about her customer service. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy from purchase to delivery and after. I have no complaints and I love my mattress. IF your looking for a new mattress and great service I would definitely recommend going to see Brittany as you won't be disappointed.

The mattress we purchased as worked out great, and the process of picking it out was relatively seamless. The issues arose when our mattress was not delivered same day as promised, and due to scheduling issues the following day we were not able to have our mattress delivered that day either. So it took almost a full 48 hours for our mattress to be delivered. We are still waiting for our shipping refund. We have no issues with the product that was delivered!

Nice staff. However, beware!! The delivery experience was one of the most stressful situations I've ever had to deal with. Promised window time is never right (wasted a whole day waiting!). You need to make sure to double check your mattress before the delivery guys place it on your bed. Thankfully I caught the hole on the bottom and had it sent back. I had to wait a couple more days for a new mattress and that's because I kept calling the store for updates.

We had a good experience in the store, and the sales team was nice and helpful. They told us they could have it delivered the next day late at night because we work long hours. They said they'd put us down for the 2nd half of the late delivery between 7pm and 10pm and have them call us a half hour before the delivery would be there. The delivery guy called us at 9 am and ask if they could stop by then. We said no because we were at work. By 10:30pm we still hadn't seen or heard from them again so we called the number that had call us earlier in the day. The guy was sleeping and just said "oh I came by at 6 and no one was there so you don't get it tonight." VERY disappointing. I see from other reviews this is has been a common problem. I wish I would have read the reviews before we purchased...we probably would have gone and picked it up ourselves and saved all the trouble. What good is free delivery if they don’t deliver it when they say they will.
