Andres is a fantastic salesman. My daughter was unsure of what she wanted. Mr Andres took his time to listen and was very knowledgeable. He earned the sale. We will be coming back to see him for all our mattress purchases in future. This is a good place to shop for mattresses. They have a wide selection, price match bargains, quality products and knowledgeable sales personnel on the shop floor. Andres also spent time assisting me to obtain the 36 month int free financing. I left the store feeling I cinched a bargain. To the owners please make sure you hire and retain salesperson like Andres.

I absolutely LOVED the experience when I walked into this Mattress Firm! Ben (the store manager) helped me understand different types of mattresses are meant for different type of sleepers. He explained to me the quiz I could take to help truly identify what will fit my needs. After that, we tried out a few mattresses that were just that. I instantly fell in love with a mattress and he explained it’s benefits and why it is different from others I liked. I cannot rave about the Kirby location mattress firm enough. Ben is now my go to if I ever need anything from pillows, bedding, and knowledge on sleep. If you ever visit please ask for Ben.

Return policy is for mattresses only. Purchased an adjustable frame which was delivered with an "upgraded" remote that is actually not usable at night without waking up my partner. One can't feel any buttons and an accidental touches will actuate functions on this smooth glossy black plastic. I asked to exchange it and they said "Nope, not our policy" yet they still don't have these new remote in the stores. Bait and Switch! Stuck with a $1500 bed frame I can't adjust in the dark. Update: They contacted me and said I can exchange the remote for an older model.

Came in on Christmas Eve trying to find a new mattress due to some pain in my neck and back due to my old mattress. Juan did such an amazing job and took the time to figure out how i slept, had me try multiple mattresses, and was very patient while my indecisive self tried the mattresses over and over. He went above and beyond in showing me the proper way to sleep to help alleviate some of the problems I was having. They are going to deliver my mattress and dispose of my old mattress and box spring free of charge!! I’m looking forward to sleeping better. Thanks Mattress Firm. Edit: Had 120 days to exchange my mattress if it wasn’t up to par (too firm or too soft) Came in to exchange due to my mattress being to firm. When our old mattress started to sag, I visited the Mattress Firm store on Kirby Drive in Houston and was greeted by Benny who was extremely knowledgeable of the store’s entire inventory and was genuinely interested in making sure our expectations were met. I chose the Beauty Rest Beyond 14” firm that turned out to be a bit too firm after sleeping on it for two nights. For reference, I am a side sleeper, 6’2” 235 lbs. and broad-shouldered, and unfortunately, there simply wasn’t enough give. So, I called Benny and he went right to work. Within a few hours he had the mattress picked up and a MEDIUM FIRMNESS Beauty Rest delivered, which he recommended in the first place! What service! I might also mention that the delivery service personnel were extremely prompt, friendly and efficient, getting in and out of our home in about 15 minutes – or less. Great mattress! I wish every company treated its customers this way. 5 Stars!

Sid was an amazing help when I came in to purchase my mattress. He was able to explain the process and simplified it so I was not there trying every single mattress. I was able to try the ones that were best for me based on their recommendations for my needs. So I am the type of person who dreads getting sold anything in person. So the thought of going to get a mattress in person was contributing to my sleep problem (on top of a decade old mattress). My wife googled around and she found the stellar reviews for this location, so we come over. Well it turns out that Montana earned this rating folks. Friendly, can answer all your questions and made me believe he was ok with me leaving if I wasn't comfortable at all. Two things that made my mattress purchase experience great. 1) Benny, the sales rep that helped us was knowledgeable and didn’t push us to buy. Informed us with benefits versus stating things that were a “pitch” for a higher priced option. 2) The delivery service was unbelievable. The two individuals who took the old mattress downstairs and built the new mattress base+Mattress were so professional. They were quick, clean, and respectful of the home, walls, art, etc. Highly recommend their service!

This place is great! Great location and great staff! Benny helped me. I intended to go in and look (as I was looking for a purple mattress and I know how expensive they are) I ended up coming out with a purple 3! Benny was NOT pushy, he was understanding, knowledgeable and helpful! I would not have changed anything about my experience except my decision to not get the purple sheets 😂. I'm happy with my purchase, it's the best “splurge“ item I've ever invested in! And the monthly payments are a Breeze! I'm not worried about the overall price of the mattress at all anymore. Best mattress shopping experience ever! We started looking for mattresses at the Rice Village location. Patric helped us. He was very nice and helpful. We ended up having to swing by the Kirby location because we wanted to see the Purple mattress in person which was not on the floor at the Rice Village location. Andy helped us. He spent time with us and answered all of our questions even though he knew we were already working with Patric. He seemed happy to help. On our third trip to the store, we went to the Kirby location to see the Purple options again. Benney helped us this time. Once again, excellent service. Fantastic experience. Me and my gf were first time mattress buyers, and Benny walked us through everything. He was super nice, very patient, and made sure we had all the info we needed to make a good decision. At one point, when we were pretty set on a somewhat expensive mattress, Benny had us try one that was similar, but much cheaper, just to make sure we knew all of our options. That stood out as a highly ethical move by someone who truly wanted us to find the best mattress for us. We ended up going with the more expensive one anyway, and we couldn’t be more excited!! The selection was also incredible and the whole process is very organized and efficient. They are pros, I can’t recommend highly enough!! We will definitely be back.

I purchased a new mattress & box spring from Ben Del Bosque, Sales Manager at the Kirby/Bissonnet location recently, and had a wonderful experience. He was always cheerful and willing to help in any way he could and knowledgeable of the products as well as their procedures. Once the mattress and box spring arrived, the delivery guys did a great job carrying it up to my 3rd floor bedroom and hauling off my old set. Brandon Breezy. Wonderful salesman who sold my boyfriend and I a tempur-pedic luxe breeze, BEST mattress we have ever laid on!! We initially came in for a Purple, but Brandon approached us and said it wasn’t the Bugatti of mattresses, so he took us over to the luxe breeze and we couldn’t go back! The mattress is cooling, adjustable bases that vibrate, I could feel the tension in my spine relieved. We got to mattress firm at 7:30pm, and he even stayed after until 9:30pm with us when the store closes at 8pm! Brandon made buying a tempur pedic a BREEZE.

Mattress Firm, Mattress Firm, what a long history my family has with thee. My uncle has sold mattresses for over 50 years and many of those years where with Mattress Firm. One word describes it all for this Mattress Firm Kirby location - Respect. My wife and I stopped into Relax The Back to pick up some freebies and were enthused by their technogel and tempur pedic beds they had since we had the original tempur pedic king size bed for many years. However, for the name, you pay a high premium and the original tempur pedic left us with pressure point aches and the bed retained tons of body heat. We then literally hopped next door to Mattress Firm with the advice of my uncle, where you can find the same quality or better as a tempur pedic for a fraction of the price. Ken Tuggle greeted us at the door with a huge smile and wonderful enthusiasm, Devonte greeted us as well respecting the rapport that Ken would soon build with us. The entire experience in the store was a delight, coming from a background in sales, I felt that there was no pressure in making the sale on a certain spif item or featured product, but the experience instead was purely about getting us in the perfect bed. We tried all the memory foams, hybrids, pillow tops, medium, and plush. Also checking out the adjustable bases as we went. At the end of the day we ended up with an awesome deal with the top of the line beauty rest queen, an adjustable base, plus more. Ken and Devonte were incredible, I can honestly say that my wife and I highly respect them not only as our go-to salespersons which we recommend to EVERYONE, but dear friends in which we made just in the 2+ hours we were in the store. Stumbling upon the idea of a new mattress not only turned into a fantastic experience in-store but a giddy childhood excitement to experience the products that Ken and Devonte fit us into to make our life exponentially better. My wife and I highly value and put great importance on our sleep. We are confident that Ken steered us right, Devonte as the store manager helped complete an awesome deal, and Mattress Firm trained some superb gentlemen to run this Kirby location.
