Kentonya was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the different beds and bases. She answered all my questions. She treated my daughters very well while they were looking at the beds and looking at the options for the bases. My girls are 8 and 9 and she answered their questions and she explained the difference of the beds. Once they found a mattress they liked she showed them the other mattresses that were similar. She did not make me feel rushed. I do recommend doing business with Kentonya, she will take care of you, like she took care of us.

I came to this Mattress Firm with my older brother; we were looking for a queen mattress for myself. When we walked in, we were greeted by Juan right away - from the start he was great. He told us that he would help me find the best mattress, with great support and comfort, all while staying within our budget. Juan stayed true to what he said!! We started by checking which level of firmness I prefer, firm, soft, or medium. Juan showed me the different kinds of beds that Mattress Firm offers, and the differences between them. He told me about how different springs work within the mattresses and the differences between them. He also told us about how the day we were there was the first day of the Black Friday sale, so I ended up getting a great deal!! After finding the mattress that I preferred, Juan was really great throughout. He made the payment process/delivery set up all really smooth. The day after visiting the store, my bed was delivered and set up fully for me promptly and without issue, which was just a great experience all around. I appreciate the personal level of service I received, and did not feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. This location is fantastic, Juan is a great guy, and I would definitely recommend you checking out this Mattress Firm!!!

Always have a great experience at this store. Purchased a mattress 3 years ago for a guest room & wanted the same exact one for a new home since we get so many compliments from our overnight guests. Called & spoke with Kyle, he looked me up in the system & found my old order. Let me know which bed it was so when we went in to check it out on a day he wasn’t at the store, all the info was there on the online quote he had created for us. A sweet new girl & John helped us check out the mattress & complete our order. First bed was shipped to Portland, this one to Dallas so they are able to help nationwide.

Loving this Purple mattress, Daniel at my Heights store was really helpful in settling in on the Purple hybrid. Tried all the selections and kept returning to the Purple. Someone obviously may prefer one of the other selections, but the softness doesn't mean sacrificed support. The Purple gives you the best of both worlds. Also the delivery was on time and they were super efficient and were in and out and removal was in record time. Probably helped that I was they're last stop for the day, I'm sure they were ready to call it a day...

I went to Mattress Firm on Yale at I-10th this evening hoping to find an answer to poor sleep and chronic back pain. I was greeted right away by Alicia and she was so thorough in explaining how their step by step process ensures the mattress you purchase is tailored to your specific sleep needs. We went thru ruling out several options along with making sure the pillows I was purchasing were the right loft for the mattress type and my sleep position. I purchased a mattress, adjustable bed base, mattress protector, sheets and pillows and all at a very reasonable price. I know that my purchases will be exactly what I need to start getting more quality sleep. If you’re looking for better sleep and a thorough approach to your search, go see Alicia or one of the other sales team members at Mattress Firm. It’s time welll spent.

This was literally one of the best buying and delivery experiences we’ve had. We’re replacing some damaged items, so we’ve been getting alot of deliveries lately.This transaction went so smoothly. It was a great experience, my preconceived notion of Mattress Firm Sales staff was that they can be overzealous and short-sighted and unnecessarily aggressive, much to my pleasant surprise we dealt with Raul Garcia and he helped us throughout the process and understood our situation and respected that we were going to shop around and compare all other mattresses as well. He then worked with us to find the best value. Needless to say I would not have purchased a mattress if it weren't for someone like Raul; the opposite of an unnecessarily aggressive salesman.

UPDATE!! A two second conversation with Mario, a senior sales rep, satisfied my need. Literally night and day difference in customer service with Mario. If you go to Mattress Firm on Yale use Mario. He has actually solved two issues with my order that have happened in a super speedy fashion (wrong mattress initially delivered and got me my refund which was originally agreed upon). My next mattress will definitely be through him. Would have been a 5 star review if I just used him initially. Thanks again for making things right!! Original Post: Daniel is a very sleezy sales representative. First he tells me they will price match what was on their own website. Then when I am expecting a refund check I don’t get anything in the mail. I have to call them to find out they no longer wish to honor their reduced price. I explain how unethical it is to go back on our agreement. I make them aware that I no longer want my mattress and to please give me my full money back as I am still within my 120 day trial period. Guess what? They will only refund me half of what I paid because they refuse to take the adjustable headboard back due to “policy.” I got scammed and lost out on a decent amount of money. I literally wish to return everything!! I hope to see their manager tomorrow to talk about this. I’ll update if we can come to a fair agreement.

This is my first Mattress Firm store experience - and it exceeded my expectations. This location was my first stop on the mattress hunt. I live in the Heights area. I was ready to shop around for a mattress, until I started working with Montana, the Sleep Consultant. He really listened to what I needed and explained options to me, so I could make an informed decision for myself. I did not feel pressure to buy anything, but I was very excited to move forward in getting a queen mattress + adjustable base... and a few other add ons. He has great knowledge and stories to help understand what has worked for other families too. The store is also very clean, comfortable and all the windows make it so cheery & bright (if the sun is out). With the online mattress trend and an abundance of clearance / bargain centers, it is easy to get overwhelmed with how to start shopping. I recommend popping into this location - ask for Montana or Brittney - and letting them help you pick something. + they do great promotions. I did semi- annual with 0% interest. Thank you Montana and Brittney!

Good experience. Brittany is friendly, very informative and transparent on everything involved with the mattress buying process. Also I’m glad to see mattress firm using eco friendly bedding products. They offer sheets made from bamboo and say their mattresses are soy based with no off gassing or any of the environmentally unfriendly chemicals. Overall they made the buying process easy by helping us work through what’s best for our sleeping style, preferences, and showing us a little about how the mattresses are made so we better understand what we’re getting.

I went to the Heights location and Tracy was AMAZING! So knowledgeable, so friendly, and kind. She took her time explaining things to us and gave her opinions too. It was very helpful! Marcus was very friendly, helpful and professional. He was patient while we tried many different styles of mattresses. We got a great deal on an overstock mattress and we're able to book next day delivery. I'm changing this review from 5 to 3 stars based on my delivery experience. We were told that it would be "red carpet" treatment and they delivery guys would wear booties not to track dirt into the house. I got a call at 6:40 saying they were at my apartment but they didn't follow the delivery note I added when purchasing the mattress and they went to the wrong entrance. I said I'd meet them at the correct entrance (gave directions) and it should have taken them 1 minute to pull around but it took them 30 minutes - I'm not exaggerating - to get to the correct entrance. When I called after about 10 minutes had passed, all they said was they had a "minor inconvenience" and it would be just a few more minutes. 20 minutes later they arrived at the correct entrance. While they did apologize they did not give me any reason why it took so long other than the vague "inconvenience." Then, while the driver started to find my mattress in the truck, the second guy was on the phone for about 5 minutes so I stood there waiting to show them up to the apartment and then they were painfully slow actually unloading it from the truck and one guy even said "sorry we're taking forever." Once they got up to the apartment, they did not put on booties like we were told and it had been raining out so alone wet dirt got dragged in. All in all, they were nice and apologized but it was a very tedious and annoying situation to have had to wait almost a full hour from when they first called to say thy arrived to the actual delivery and I needed to clean my floors. Definitely NOT the red carpet treatment.

I stopped by this store last week to purchase a couple of beds for staging a home and the experience was just as great as the other locations I've visited (about 9 stores now). Zach was very attentive to ensure I received what I needed. I knew what I wanted to purchase and he did not push unnecessary extras, which can be annoying at times. These reviews are real. This was a much more pleasant experience than I thought it would be, and I got a screaming deal to boot. Johhny, our salesman, was friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I learned a lot about the different mattress types and what we needed in our mattress. This store manager is like, whoa. So I go in just looking around aimlessly for a bed, and Fernando immediately makes me feel at home. He's not like one of those gross sales-y guys who will upsell you and make you buy something way out of your price range. He genuinely felt like he cared about my purchase. He literally took several hours to work with me, understand my needs (I was in a car crash and needed a better bed), and he didn't try and sell me the most expensive thing in the store. He listened to my budget concerns and got me a sweet deal on the best bed I've ever slept on. Plus, delivery was super easy. I called and changed my mind like five times and Fernando was super patient with me. I said I didn't want to wait at home all day for the delivery, and he promised that I would only have to wait at most 2 hours. They were scheduled at 12-2, and they came around 1220. In and out in no time. One of the guys even work paper booties so he wouldn't track dirt in my apartment. I guess they should both have worn them, but who cares. I have a vacuum cleaner :)

I had an unfortunate experience that was corrected by fantastic customer service. I liked one of the cheaper memory foam mattresses in the store for my guest room but when it was delivered, it came in a box. I know the mattress-in-a-box concept is getting more popular but mine did not expand when it was unpacked and unwrapped. Mattress Firm quickly delivered a replacement but that one also didn't expand. I went back to the store in urgent need of a temporary mattress for a visiting friend so Mattress Firm delivered a different queen memory foam mattress to use temporarily. Finally, after my visitor left, I went back to the store, found a new mattress, and it was delivered a few days later. So, I wouldn't say my experience with this mattress firm didn't have its setbacks but, ultimately, the customer service, specifically from Juan Ortega, redeemed my overall satisfaction.

Short version: GO TO A MATTRESS STORE TO BUY A MATTRESS. Detailed version: I was visiting furniture stores to buy a mattress. Seems like the right thing to do. They sell furniture and mattresses. I found myself getting irritated they have (some) mattresses, but they have so much more. The issues are: (1) You can't focus on your needs, nor can they. (2) You walk around for 5-10 minutes and find a mattress to sit/lay on. You then walk around and sit on another. Chances are you'll be distracted along the way and forgot the feel of the mattress you just tested. (3) The sales staff provides little to no guidance, so you don't really know the purpose of paying the premium for? The most expensive mattress isn't necessarily the best mattress your you. I ended up at this Mattress Firm. I didn't expect it to be much different. My first impression was that the store was quiet and peaceful. I could focus! Juan approached me as I entered. He gave me a baseline of mattresses to try. He then asked me pointed questions and had me try different models based on my answers. He came to a conclusion and made his recommendation to me. Yes, he recommended a mattress to me. He didn't tell me. He didn't force it. Surprisingly, his recommendation was EXACTLY what I had selected at another store, but I didn't get why it was more. The prices at both stores were the same. The mattress was ordered late Saturday night. It was delivered right on time Monday afternoon. The team set it up quickly. They even have covers they put over their shoes to protect your floors. Your comfort needs will likely be different than mine; however, your customer service needs won't be. Get your tires from a tire store; your furniture from a furniture store, and; your mattress from a mattress store. Good Job Guys and Gals! Thank you.

Update: After leaving this review mattress firm quickly made an effort to improve my customer experience. They apologized and resolved my issue with the risers. Original Review: My fiancé and I bought a bed from Montana, the store manager. Our experience with Montana was extremely disappointing. Montana quickly sold us a bed. Once the bed arrived we realized it did not meet our needs. When we returned to the store a different sales associate helped us and she uncovered that the original bed chosen was not ideal for our goals (side sleeper, height of bed, softness). All goals we had told Montana. Why did he not guide us better? His urgency for a quick sell led us to making the wrong choice. Second, Montana has absolutely ZERO follow through. Our second issue was risers. Montana originally sold us an alternative to a box spring that he claimed had a feature that allowed for adjustable height. This was false. After the bed arrived, when we requested the promised adjustable legs, and we learned they did not exist. After much frustration we settled for risers (lesser quality solution). The new sales associate offered to purchase on amazon and have delivered directly to us. Montana jumped in and told her not to purchase because he “could find cheaper at bed bath and beyond”. Montana never followed through on delivering the “cheaper” risers. I left a voicemail and spoke to an associate however Montana has still not reached out, offered a solution, apologized, or delivered the risers as promised. We have since cut our losses and purchased risers on our own. The risers may be a small dollar amount, but the lack of follow through and false promises are very upsetting.
