Mattress Firm saved our Christmas. So, we starred out buying from Macy's, because they were advertising a lower price than Mattress Firm for the Mattress we wanted. We scheduled delivery for a specific day about a month after our order, because we had family coming for Christmas that night, and needed the mattress for them to sleep on. Long story short, Macy's completely failed; we never heard from them, and called them the day the delivery was supposed to happen, and they had not even recorded our delivery date. Mattress Firm came to the rescue; I called our local store, and they told us they didn't have the mattress we wanted, but they had a more expensive one we could use until the correct one came in. They price matched the lower Macy's price on the higher priced model they had, and arranged same day delivery for free. And they agreed to swap out the mattress they sent for the exact one that we wanted when it came back in stock, free of charge. The delivery came, on time, within five hours after we placed the order. Delivery people were professional, quick, and careful, and brought the mattress right in to our bedroom for us. It was a perfect experience, and my inlaws had somewhere to sleep by the time they arrived. In short, Mattress Firm saved our Christmas. We will probably never shop anywhere else for mattresses again. They can't be beat.

Our experience at MattressFirm was A+! From surveying the different mattresses at the store with Myles to the delivery and installation process… couldn’t have gone better! Myles is extremely knowledgeable as a sleep expert and not only aided in making our decision but also made the entire experience super fun! I highly recommend you go see him in store at the Houston Heights location. The delivery team was also fantastic! They set up our bed frame in record time and managed to maneuver a king size mattress up a very narrow and tricky stair case. I didn’t catch their names because they were so speedy! All around, great experience. Hopefully we won’t be in the market for another mattress for several years, but when we are, we will definitely be making a trip back to MattressFirm!

Raul was excellent in helping me pick a mattress. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the different styles easy to understand. As someone who had never had to buy a mattress and took 2 plus hours laying on different mattresses, he was patient and never pressured me to hurry up or to buy something more expensive than I needed. I ordered a king mattress & a queen plus box springs around midday on Saturday and they delivered both at 6:30’ that evening. The queen went to the ground floor but the King had to go to the 3rd floor for our town house. The movers were very careful avoiding glass sconces and paintings on the walls. Also helpful in dropping both mattresses exactly over the bedskirts so that they didn’t require further adjusting after they left. The mattresses are great, just what I ordered & the movers were terrific. Therefore five stars. :)

So devante was very patient and helpful. I didn’t get approved for financing options , however he worked it out to where I could leave with a mattress and bed frame at an affordable price. He definitely knows his job and could tell that he’s very experienced. He made the entire process quick and easy. Spent 2 hours with Raul on Sunday, and he was great. Left me alone when I needed to test things out by myself or just lay on a mattress. Brought me different pillows to try. Explained the technical differences and what I should or shouldn't look for to address my concerns. He didn't rush me at all. Worked with me on pricing and financing so I felt like I got a great deal. Would definitely recommend this location and Raul, and will return to this location for future purchases. Thought about buying online but nothing matches being able to test mattresses in store and get delivery and setup in 6 days.

First off, ASK FOR BENNY!! The experience I've had with this location, and with Benny have been absolutely amazing!! My husband and I came in unsure about purchasing a mattress from here, but after getting assistance from Benny, we were sold! He answered every question, took his time, and gave immaculate details on every mattress we looked at. We purchased a mattress a few days before the outbreak of covid-19, so our mattress was going to take longer than the estimated delivery date. Benny stayed in contact with every new update, and was able to work out a deal for us that turned out to be the best deal ever! I love my mattress, and I am so grateful for Benny. If you are looking for a quality mattress with quality customer service, look no further!

Such a smooth experience. The guy who worked with us, Raul, was kind, flexible, and informative. Didn’t feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want, and the process flew by. Never purchased a massive bed before, especially given the price of buying new, but between the great deals and flexible staff, I definitely recommend it.

Post - updated : (see below) I’ve been over shopping mattress option and it became overwhelming. Jeremy helped me narrow it down to the beauty rest Aubrie with adjustable base. Originally I was leaning towards the hybrids but after test driving and feeling how cool the Aubrey was, I was sold. I feel great about knowing that if anything goes wrong they have my back with a great exchange or return policy. Highly recommended. Updated : It's been over a month with Aubrie memory foam mattress. It's not for me. It still slept hot in my opinion. At first it's cool, but after you are on it for a little while, that is gone. You have to move around to keep the same cool. This mattress is very firm. Well i called the store and they made this return process very easy. No hassle at all. And in 3 days the mattress was picked up. (10% restock fee) but I knew that going in. I'm going to back to all latex but I feel great about Mattress firm, their people, convenience, selection and return process.

I really needed a bed and I was not looking forward with haggling with people and just wanted the best and most affordable deal. Christopher was spectacular. I wanted three deals and he gave them to me. He was honest, and helped me with a great deal! Very friendly and I was in and out in 20 min! If I wasn't busy that night I would have had a bed in no time. After this experience, I am upset that I put off buying a bed for so long! Overall great experience at the Mattress Firm on Shepard. The agent (Fahad, I believe) was great at narrowing down our choices. He appeared to be relatively unattached to the outcome and how much money we spent, which can sometimes be the case with mattress stores. Walked out with a new mattress!! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because I wish I had a little more space to discuss privately with my partner before making a purchase. We had to go outside to discuss privately.

If you want GREAT customer service, please hit up Tracy at this Mattress firm. I gave her the price range I was looking for, specs, and that I was limited on time. She was able to identify what I needed easily and helped me out of the store in less than 20 minutes. However, just because I did a speedy transactions does not mean it lacked any of the service or knowledge to accurately purchase the bed I need. She was attentive, asked me questions that would be pertinent to my sleep 'well being'. I HIGHLY suggest you purchase from this store!

Originally purchased Tempur Pro Adapt (too soft for me) and upgraded to Tempur Pro Breeze (firm but yielding). The Pro Breeze (Hybrid) is awesome - I fall asleep within 15 minutes and stay asleep for hours. Interestingly, after about a month with the new mattress, I realize I am waking up refreshed after only 6-7 hours of sleep, often less! Sales associate Tracy was very professional and accommodating with the upgrade. And within the 120 day return period they honored a lower sales price by giving me credit for the differenc in what I paid. Recommend.

Wanted to double-down on this review, had my mattress delivered today, the guys who delivered it were not good at all, they had to take apart a few things and were not very gentle and dropped things on our hardwood floor. They also told me I had to call when I asked if they could lower the bed (total lie). So I called the store, Ken and the other gentleman drove over and actually helped me lower the bed. This is some of the best customer service I have ever had with a company. We had a great experience picking out our mattress, it was simple, quick, and Ken, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable.

This past weekend I came by for a mattress and had to take advantage of the early Black Friday sale they have going on. It was very simple and was greeted as soon as walked through the door. The sales associate Montana was very nice and was not pushy with adding unnecessary add ins. If you haven’t came by you should check out the deals they have going on, I walked out with a queen mattress and paid the price of a twin!

We had a great experience mattress shopping. My BF and I wanted to go and check out the purple mattress specifically.
