My sleep expert Jeff was amazing . I gave him my budget and he found me the perfect mattress. He made sure to let me know all of the deals that were going on this month . He even told me about the deals they had on previously used mattresses that customers returned within 90 days because they were satisfied. My experience was great and I was able to purchase a mattress that was perfect for me .

My wife and I walked into this Mattress Firm less than thirty minutes before close the Saturday before Black Friday. I honestly didn’t think we would be helped and courted through the store because it was so late and honestly there was another sales guy who didn’t even get up from he just shouted to us across to store to lay on what we wanted and let him know if we needed help. But shoutout NABIL he literally was a lesson in treat everyone like they are a buyer and they will be. After some preliminary question he took me and my wife through the mattresses that matched what we were leaning towards and after laying on mattress all evening we fell in love with a recommendation of his. He turned us into buyers and it was delivered the next day! This is our second mattress from this exact store. Talk about an experience! The store manager Chris did not care they they were 20 minutes away from closing. He offered and extended all of his knowledge and patience of each mattress I had questions about and that i wanted to experience. There was a time where he even brought out a live demo to show me just how effective and durable each different type of mattress was. It took about 2 months and 4 visits for me to decide on the prefect mattress and his patience never expired. Chris even wise enough to flex their finance options to ensure I got what I wanted and even gifted me with a sheet set and 2 premium pillows! Thank you Chris! For me going to buy a mattress is as stressful as buying a car. You have the salesman on your back, honestly annoying you. Today that stress no longer exists. I bought a Tempur Pedic mattress from Chris at the Galleria Mattress Firm. I called yesterday to ask a question and I was so lucky that Chris answered. He came across friendly and knowledgeable. So today we headed for the store where I had the best experience EVER when it comes to purchasing a mattress. Chris not only was knowledgeable but worked hard to get me the best deal. My husband and I have been talking about buying a new mattress/upgrading to a King for a very long time! We took the plunge the weekend of Memorial Day and met Chris at the store. Chris was great - no nonsense and easy. We were very upfront about our budget - which Chris was very respectful towards. We found a mattress that we liked and Chris talked us through our options (financing, clearance, brand new). We needed time to talk about it so we left promising to be back either that night or next day. Unfortunately just after we left we had some troubling family news so didn’t get back until a week later. Chris was great - once again a respectful salesman who continued to be aware of our budget. We ended up purchasing a mattress we loved on clearance - Chris explained thoroughly how this worked, and what our options were upon delivery. We signed and left SO excited! We arranged delivery however decided to decline the mattress due to a water stain (the gamble we took & one Chris was very up front for when we ordered a clearance mattress!!). The delivery staff were also AMAZING! Decent guys who were kind and super sweet with our cats (always a bonus!!)Called Chris immediately and he called me back as soon as he was at work and said he had found us another. Should be delivered today. Fingers crossed! Will update once bed is set up! Update: bed is here and super comfy!! Set up and delivery took maybe 15-20 mins!

There are two things you should probably never buy online: 1. a couch; and 2. a mattress. I made the mistake of ordering one online and was immediately dissatisfied. I went over to Mattress Firm and am so glad I did! Jeffrey was a fantastic salesperson at the Galleria location. He took the time to show me a few different models, although it really only took two tries to find the perfect mattress and adjustable base, based on my "well I don't want xyz" preferences. He was a pleasure to chat with during check-out, as we both are originally from NYC. All in all, it was a piece of cake compared to agonizing over the online "mattress in a box" companies. My bed was delivered within 3 days and I am sleeping like a baby now! A++ customer service :)

Finding the right bed for my wife and I is a difficult task because there are so many types of beds with a vast array of firmness, but Mattress Firm in the Galleria made the process much easier for us. We originally purchased the bed that we thought was right for us back at the end of May, but it turns out it was too soft for us and was giving us back/neck/shoulder aches and pains. However, because of Mattress Firm's 120 day guarantee, we went back to the store at the end of July and told them we needed to find a different bed that would better suit our needs. My wife and I are newlyweds, and were in need of a mattress that suited both of our needs. I am a very hot sleeper, essentially a furnace, that enjoys a soft/plush mattress that gives enough to not create pressure. My wife on the other hand, enjoys a bit more of a firm mattress that provides support. After doing significant research online, we came into the Galleria store with (2) types of Beautyrest Pillowtop Mattresses that we found to be a pretty good match for the both of us. We already knew that the Galleria store did not have these (2) types in store, however, wanted to get a good feel of what they would be similar to. During our visit at the store, Jeremy was exceptionally helpful in finding us similar mattresses for our needs, while ensuring they did not get out of range of our budget. Jeremy pointed us in the direction of (2) Beautyrest Pillowtop Mattresses that would be very comparable to the ones we viewed online; he even went further to tell us the downfalls of those in the store compared to the ones we viewed online. Very rarely will a sales associates do this; he, however, was much more concerned with our needs than a sell, which we greatly appreciated. The ones we tested out at the store were extremely comfortable. Along with this, one of the first mattresses Jeremy showed us was cheaper than the mattresses we viewed online. After reviewing and comparing the specification differences of the mattresses in store with those online, I realized the original (cheaper) mattress Jeremy showed us had far more cooling technologies and layers than those I viewed online. I was definitely sold on this mattress and greatly appreciated all of the assistance and genuine consideration Jeremy and the rest of the associates at the Galleria location provided me. However, I wanted to take the rest of the day and night to consider it with my wife since this was a large purchase. My wife and I, though, did not want to lose the opportunity to receive the discount and sales promotion offered that day. Jeremy printed up the quote with the discount and sales promotion and signed it. He then told us that they would be there tomorrow if we decided to make the purchase, and to just bring in the quote and they would honor it. We were without a doubt impressed and extremely grateful. We made the purchase the next day, and once again were stunned by the kindness of the Mattress Firm Galleria staff. If you are in need of a good nights sleep, and are tired of scanning through online reviews of each "potential" mattress, we highly recommend you go to Mattress Firm Galleria location. They won't try to sale you on a mattress, but instead will help you find the one you can afford and are greatly satisfied with.

This is one of the oldest mattress stores in Houston but the location is excellent and they probably have all the mattress types and brands that you could wish for. Also what helped me make the choice of mattress was Logan, who directed us to the right firmness and then also directed us to the different beds tailored to our comfort.
