11/27/22 - Great place and great sale... I purchased and had a quality experience. Please ask for Boban or John! 12/3/22 - Delivery was awesome! The team was on time, moved swiftly, covered their feet... carpet protection. The bed was assembled within 15 mins or less. Also, the team demonstrated the bed control and cleaned up. THANK YOU Mattress Firm. I haven't had an ache or pain since the new bed, although I was out of town for 8 days. 12/28/22 - within a 2 week period, the bar fell off my adjustable bed frame. The mattress keeps sliding down after I use the control. Trying to get help is a nightmare. Today is 1/3/23, just maybe I can get someone to return and take a look at the issue. I have informed the bank that I will withhold payment. I refuse to spend $5,771.00 and the mattress slides off the bed. You're not getting my money that easily!

I went this Saturday 9/4 to purchase a new mattress. I was planning on paying cash up front so I had a budget that I really wanted to stick to. I was greeted at the door by Boban. Shopping and spending money are not fun to me, but he made the entire experience a GREAT one. What stood out about him was that he really listened to my needs and did his best to help me stick to my budget rather than just trying to make a sale. I mentioned that I was willing to look into financing and possibly spend a little more than I planned. I was approved but even then I wanted to stay within a certain price range. Like any great salesman, he made suggestions and explained to me that a higher end model bed frame than I had picked would be more beneficial in the long run. He accomplished this without ever making me feel pressured. When we ran the numbers and realized that we just couldn’t make it work he didn’t try to convince me to spend more, instead he congratulated me on my purchase and assured me that I was still getting a great product. I could tell he was genuinely happy for me :) I am now the owner of a beautiful king sized beauty rest plush mattress with an adjustable bed frame and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Boban! Now that you’ve made me realize how important it is to have a good mattress, I will be back in 3 months to purchase the same bed in a twin size for my daughter!

I thought my research was complete and went to Mattress firm on Hwy 6 North Houston, Texas. To my surprise a salesman named Trevor Brown enlightened me on sleeping knowledge that was unaware of. Trevor took time to teach me and found the best mattress for me. They come with a 120 day trial period, but the best one for me wasn't the most expensive one. Thanks to Trevor it was time well spent and can't wait to test the Beauty Rest pressure smart out. I am older and he had patience to ask me and answer my questions. Thank you Trevor. We unintentionally showed up 10 minutes prior to closing but Trevor Brown was not bothered by it at all. He immediately welcomed us and asked if he could be of any assistance. He allowed us to take our time to walk around and try out all the mattresses without hovering over us, which was much appreciated! He provided helpful feedback on our top picks and it made the choice easier for us. We did not plan on purchasing a mattress on the first visit but he provided such excellent service that it gave us no reason to wait. I came for 1 but the deals they got me were SO amazing and I’ve never had an “adjustable bed frame” So my entire family is sleeping on a cloud with adjustable base that they will love. I had the best experience EVER Tuesday September 29th, 2020 at the Hwy 6 and 529 location. I purchased online a mattress and adjustable frame 3 months in advance for an upcoming surgery on November 3rd. The delivery date was rescheduled 3 times. I was in a panic because I am now 30 days away from surgery and still don’t have my bed! Since It is an online order the only way of communication is via email so I called the store and spoke to the manager Chris. I explained my situation and he assured me he could help. I immediately went to the store and upon arrival, he gave me his undivided attention, listened to all of my concerns and helped me select a mattress that was in stock and could be delivered by the weekend! He even had my online order canceled/ refunded to me! Just like that, I got everything I needed and it will be delivered in a matter of days! Its nice to know STELLAR customer service still exists. I can’t thank him enough for taking such good care of me!

Thinking that Mattress Firm Cooperwood closed at 9:00pm on a Friday night, my daughter and I showed up for her to determine what type of mattress would fit her best. Although they were closed, we didn’t know that until much later, Trevor was very accommodating and not pushy as we walked the showroom floor. I was clear that I wasn’t wanting to purchase a mattress that evening. My daughter found a mattress she enjoyed and Trevor made a deal that as a single parent I couldn’t turn down. Trevor was a blessing to us at a moment when we needed it most. His service was amazing (remember they were closed), his patience was appreciated. The atmosphere was inviting and it allowed the customer to freely shop. If it were too pushy, I would have left, but because it was everything that I needed when going into a furniture type store, it made for an excellent shopping experience! The people here are very personable and not pushy at all. I dealt with Malik and he was awesome. He knows his products and I had to push him to the pricier mattress because I have a bad back and need a very firm mattress. He didn't even try to push the adjustable frame. I was pushing that. He was very professional, gave me great insight into all the differences of the mattresses and adjustable frames, remotes, and gave me great discounts. My purchase took less than an hour and I went in not knowing what I wanted. Milak arranged delivery the next day, called that night to confirm the delivery, and called the next day to make sure the delivery went smoothly which it did. The delivery was on time, set up was great, they helped me put on the bed skirt on, and made sure everything worked ( the adjustable frame) and that I was satisfied before they left. The whole thing was a perfect experience! I highly recommend this store!

We were in the process of preparing to move and buying (much needed) matresses were the last thing on our minds. Then we saw matresses on sales. So we went into Mattress Firm where we met the area manager Chris Bradshaw. His extensive knowledge, customer service and friendly attitude made a huge difference. After we spent a great deal of time with him we decided to purchase mattresses. We set up the delivery date. Unfortunately, the delivery was incomplete. He not only apologized, but went above and beyond to make sure we receieved everything we needed as soon as possible. Yes, I did have to wait a couple of days, but I still consider it excellent customer service because the delivery guys were great as well. My over all experience was positive.
