My mother and I had been shopping for a few weeks for a good mattress at a good cost, and had not found the right one. Then we entered this establishment and we were greeted warmly by a Sleep Expert named Logan. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He allowed me to try many mattresses and eventually we found just the right one! It was affordable and high quality. I am so grateful Logan was there to help us find the right mattress. They will deliver my new one and take away my old one, all within days of my purchase! Highly recommend!

I stopped in to get a feel in pricing and an overall idea of the kind of mattress I might want. My spouse and I are in the market for an upgrade from a queen to a king. Cory was an amazing sleep expert. He took his time to show us around to different mattress styles and understand what we did and didn’t like. We ended up finding one mattress as really liked, and before we settled on it, Cory took us around one more time to duly confirm we indeed liked the mattress style we selected. I would 10/10 recommend coming here if you’re in the market for a new mattress. Cory was more than helpful and we also came in under our projected budget for a mattress.

He asked me if I was looking for extras but when I disclosed that I was simply looking for a new mattress, he left it at that, no high pressure tactics (which I very much appreciated). I’ve bought several mattresses from this store and they are consistently knowledgeable and patient. This last time, they honored their warranty on my lumpy 9 yr old mattress with a new one. Cory Brown, the store manager, helped me pick up out a new one and not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Okay, I waited a year to post my review to ensure the quality was good and it lasted. Yes it did! Extremely pleased with the steal of a deal we got on our soft king sized tempurpedic mattress and adjustable base!!!Leo was great at helping us get the exact mattress we were looking for but at a discount price! Can't believe we almost bought this same matress from a furniture store and would have paid triple! The money we saved for the quality we got makes it that much better to sleep on :) I also recommend getting the stain resistant mattress cover, I thought it was a splurge but worth it bc we've had a few baby bottle spill all over and mattress still looks like new!

If you are looking for a mattress please DO NOT find Logan Wallace, he's the manager at this location. As you can see he's using his spyglass to scout for the next guest he can over promise and under deliver. Well on Second thought he would deliver but not through Mattress firm like he should, he'll probably send the Porter or a shady third-party delivery. However if you are in the market for a mattress please DO find Corey or Leo they are some of the best in the Business and sleep is their middle name!

The sales representative Cory helped me over the phone and offered me a great deal on a Beauty Rest Greenwood mattress as well as a box spring and frame. Delivery was included also. I went to make my purchase however Cory had left for the day and Gigi was the sales rep at the time. She was extremely professional, knowledgable, helpful, kind and accommodating. Gigi set the mattress on a frame so I could test for firmness to make sure it was the mattress for me. I decided to purchase which did not take long for paperwork and delivery schedule. It was an hour before the store closed and Gigi knew I needed my bed asap so she asked me to call the next morning and talk to Cory about the possibility of receiving my purchase a day early. The next morning I called and spoke to Cory who said he would make a call and call me back shortly which he did. He informed me that my purchase would be delivered in the evening! I was looking for a mattress & bunkie board for a guest room & didn’t want to spend a fortune on it. TraShaunda showed me several options in my price range & gave us a great deal. We set a delivery date. She told me someone would call the day before between 5-7 to give us a 2-hour delivery window for the next day (they did). Fifteen minutes before they arrived, I received another call letting me know they were on the way. The delivery men laid down a rug outside my front door & wore shoe covers. They removed the plastic coverings & set up the items I ordered & hauled away the trash. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I know this is so cheesy but our salesman Cory Brown, was like a lighthouse, just guiding us through a very difficult and personal process. If you are considering buying a mattress, please stop by Mattress Firm Nasa Clearance because they are reliable, trustworthy and all-around great people!!! A close friend's 25 year old daughter rolled over to find that her husband had died in his sleep. We were all lost but knew we needed to find a new mattress and stat. After 3 short hours of seeing the coroner take this man’s body, we found ourselves in this store. We were lost, confused and emotional and Leonardo was an angel that day. We told him the situation, he was kind and empathetic and understood we did not want to be there long and needed a decent mattress at a really good price. We may have been in there 30 minutes tops, left with a great mattress (that he helped my husband tie to the truck) and paid what was more than a reasonable price. I was so thankful for this bright spot in in the middle of a dark place! The mattress really was very comfortable but more than that I feel that if someone will help like that, they will be reliable and trustworthy all the time which is what I want from a salesperson. I have bought two previous mattresses there (they did not know that) but I am a customer for life now!

I’m so glad I stopped here. I originally made a purchase somewhere that didn’t provide the service I needed and was told that I couldn’t get the service I was looking for from Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm can definitely help with some of those items when purchasing replacements. Came in the store wanting a king size but had a budget of $350. I’m a young mom and expecting so I really didn’t know what to expect. Leonardo was amazing with asking me first what I’m comfortable with spending and right away he could tell I came with little knowledge so he showed me first what I asked for (something around $350) then he brought up how I could do monthly payments for a better mattress than just settling for a regular mattress. The way he explained was amazing, He let me try out some beds and I found one I liked and he got me a monthly quote that was well under my budget and I was able to take it home the same day. Since I live at on Galveston Island, I get quite a few unexpected guests. I finally broke down and went mattress shopping.
