Sanford was the Sales Associate that helped me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. It must've been YEARS since I last bought a bed, so I was quite surprised that he had me test ALL different types/models, because I remember back then, no one asked us to test out which model/types would be the best for us, it was just look at what you want and let me know, again this was YEARS ago....lol....but today, was very different and professional.

Bought a mattress back in March with the help of Mark who is knowldgeable but lack friendliness at first. he helped us in choosing the perfect bed for me and my wife. Had a little bit of a problem since I was charged with delivery fee but shouldnt have been the case since they told me they could piggyback the delivery with my orders from Ashley Homestore. Mary from customer service was able to take care of the refund right away as soon as I brought this matter to their attention. Mark sent us personal thank you letters too which i appreciate. All in all a good experience. Would give 5 stars if not for the mistake. *Tip: Double check your invoice to make sure you are charged correctly with only one delivery fee if buying from both ashley and slumberworld

But Sanford was such an informative and pleasant person to speak with that we were so happy to purchase a new Temperpedic bed. He is such a great person and an asset to this company. I liked the idea I was given time to look around and didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable with the different mattresses and friendly. The ladies who cashed me out were also friendly and helpful. The store was clean, ambience was pleasent. This is my second purchase of a mattress from Slumber World. I’m happy with service and product.

I highly recommend asking for Henry / Honey these two are so very helpful they put themselves in our shoes, no other company does that ! But Ashly n Slumberworld does! Honey served us before now it’s my turn to purchase a bed, I really need a new one an better one , I’m happy to chose your company then any other? It’s so so convenient for me to get to and from I highly recommend going to Ashley slumber world than any other place the sales people are so very nice comfortable they listen to you what you need the use how long you’re be needing another bed , till you get another bed!
