He took a great deal of time helping us choose a mattress which I didn’t initially purchase. Two weeks later when I returned with more questions and to purchase a mattress, he remembered our conversation and was very helpful. I wish all sales people would emulate his kindness and demeanor.

Todd LMy wife and I went in there just to look and feel different beds. Our sales rep Keith was very informative and best of all he wasn’t pushy or trying to persuade us in any direction. He just asked us what type of feel we were looking for and showed us the difference between makes and models. Ultimately we were given the time to feel and talk amongst ourselves about which ones we liked. Then any questions we had Keith answered fully. Great experience!!
Neil FrutuosoNorman did a great job figuring out exactly what mattress would best fit our sleep needs and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it back on a day. Norman was scheduled to finalize our purchase but his counterpart Kevin was able to get a squared away. I would recommend both Norman and Kevin to anyone looking for a mattress.

We got a quote and went to some other stores to shop around and ended up buying from him. Our experience was great and we are now waiting for our mattress to be delivered this week.
