When I entered Mattress Direct to shop for a new mattress, Mr. Lamont Randel immediately greeted me. He was professional as well as friendly, and he explained how we could determine the best option in bedding for me. The process was easy. He allowed me to try several mattress, and he explained the benefits of each one. I had many questions , and he was able to answer every question to assist me in making the best decision. I did purchase a mattress set that meets my needs at a great price. Mr. Randel made the process a pleasant experience. I highly recommend MattressDirect if you are looking for new bedding. I’m an effort to obtain a mattress after Hurricane Ida, I contacted the store to see, if I was able to find something, could they deliver to Louisiana. Went to the store and Jackie was so nice and helpful. Was genuinely concerned about my daughter complaining of back pain and showed her how to determine correct support when looking. Would highly recommend.

We needed a mattress ASAP. My wife and I had a memory foam mattress that caved inward and we’ve both had lower back pain for the last few months. The sales associate (working 4/21) was really professional. It was very obvious that he knew everything regarding their products as well as their computer systems. Sometimes you can go to a place and tell the employees are just getting by on base knowledge. That was not the case here. This guy was a wizard! Super fast, knowledgeable, and had our best interest in mind. Absolutely no hiccups. I wish customer service was like this in more places. I can verify my purchase as well. I’m definitely not some “bot” poster. Highly recommend this place.

The young man that helped us yesterday was absolutely amazing! He quickly understood what we liked and disliked. He then used that information to guide us to just the right mattress set. To my surprise, he made the entire process of finding and buying the perfect quality mattress as easy and stress free as anyone could possibly imagine or hope for, with pricing that none of the other stores we shopped at could beat . All on top of having ridiculously comfortable mattresses, most with a 20 year warranty and one year comfort guarantee!! (That’s what we got on ours anyway) Unfortunately I don’t remember the guys name and I wish I did! I’m sure you know who you are. Young black man at the Highway 49 and interstate 10 intersection next-door to Starbucks. I even offered him a sizable tip and he told me he wasn’t able to take it. That’s real honesty and it’s something that’s hard to come by these days. I will recommend all my friends to you from now on. You got a customer number for life!!

He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. And someone in sales with those qualities in today’s time is not easily found. My experience the same day at your D’Iberville location was terrible. She is doing your company a disservice for people who do not know you have another location. So glad I drove to Gulfport and met Lamont to assist me.

My wife and I went into the store on a whim searching for a reasonable priced queen mattress for my mother n law. As soon as we entered the store Lamont greeted us without being overbearing as most mattress salesman are. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately began giving us options and moving other mattresses out of the way to get to one we had an eye on. We decided on a model mattress that was marked $600 and he informed us it was a close out and priced at $500. We were immediately impressed with his honesty on pricing. After we completed the purchase he wrapped the unit up in plastic and helped us load it into my truck, then brought us moving string to secure. Will shop here again in the future. Highly recommended

let me start by saying that I'm a very frugal gen Zer and a mattress that supports me isn’t on the top of my priority list.. seriously i could sleep on the floor if it meant saving money. luckily i stopped into the store (while waiting for my coffee) and Lamont was working. i would have never imagined making a purchase like this but after leaving this store i can’t imagine ever having a cheap mattress again. thanks to lamont and his endless knowledgeable and patience. i would have ended up going home to my walmart mattress if it wasn’t for him.

In store service is very good. All I have to say is DO NOT leave the store unless you are absolutely sure you have checked and DOUBLE checked your order. I had faith that the manager would know what he was doing, he was phenomenal to deal with in the store. But, he rung up the wrong mattress....First, it took a week to receive the mattress, I felt something was wrong with it immediately. We slept (well tried too) on it for one night. I tried to convince myself that it was just because it was brand new. Then I saw that the tag said FIRM and I clearly indicated in the store that I wanted PLUSH. The very next day after we got the mattress I went straight back to the store and told them it was wrong. NIGHTMARE! We have been suffering with the wrong mattress for over a week now because they couldn't correct it sooner. Our correct mattress is coming this week but, the mattress we have had to suffer with is absolutely TERRIBLE. Have not had much sleep at all this whole time. ;( Totally disappointed, but at least they are fixing it.....Note to self: NEVER AGAIN

After wasting SO MUCH TIME at other local mattress stores we stopped in Mattress Direct on a desperate whim. We worked with the amazing Mark who not only beat every other deal from all the other stores, but also knew what he was doing, was quick and efficient and listened to us and got us exactly what wanted!
