After countless online searches without any success, I was recommended to shop at Mattress Firm - Comstock Park by a friend. My experience was fantastic! Jeremy greeted us upon arrival, listen to our requirements including our budget parameters. He was able to show us a few options and answer all questions confidently. When I requested time to independently discuss my options, he had no problem with the request. The service was fantastic and informative, and we left with a couple mattress.

Best service I've had in many years. Stopped in on my way up north and the staff there was incredible. I was looking for a mattress for my camper and they offered to order one. After sharing their expertise. I walked out with a mattress they had in stock that fit my camper perfectly.. What a great staff. I didn't catch all of their names, but the African Amerian guy was super patient and full if knowledge. Best service ever. I will return for another mattress in the future. Please don't lose that staff you have there. Unbelievable! Thanks again!

My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at Mattress Firm. We swung in to their store even though we were a little apprehensive going into a store vs ordering online as we were worried we would be talked into spending more than we were had planned and thankfully that couldn't have been further than the truth. My wife and I spent about 90 minutes at the store and tried about 8-9 mattresses. Both employees were great. No pushing or pressure. They actually made it a fun experience. My wife is NOT a shopper and usually hurries but a mattress is so important to start and end your days so I made her go with me. Greg and his associate made the whole experience painless and made us feel good about our choice. We spent more than I wanted but you have to spend to get what fits us both and not go cheap and regret. Highly recommend Mattress Firm.

Wonderful service. We've had a firm mattress for over a month but it was far more firm than we'd believed. (Back pain reduced😁 but arms and legs were losing circulation when sleeping on side. 🙄.) We returned today and were ably assisted to find a slightly less firm mattress which cost nothing except for the 10% of original price return fee for the original mattress. Just 2 weeks to wait for delivery and a more restful pain-free sleep.

He knew the mattress chariteristics and understood the different preferences of people so well. I am filling this out prior to actually receiving my new adjustable bed because so many are quick to fill out a bad review when something does not go right. Matt Is the best! He worked with us for about an hour watching us try them out and flip flop between about 4 too many mattresses. Giving us tips about everything! He really knows his stuff!! We ended up spending $400 more than we wanted but are extremely happy about it!! We saved more than we spent by getting a clearance mattress which we didn't even know was an option!!! I recommend talking with Matt if you want to get the best for the lowest price!!!

The guy was genuinely nice if not a bit pushy. I get it, they want to make a sale. But I said I was just browsing. He made it sound like I would be getting a good deal on a mattress if I bought one that day. And made it sound like he was doing me a favor by extending a sale time that had supposedly ended earlier. I'm not an impulsive buyer so I chose not to purchase. And the story seemed to change depending on what I thought of the price or comfort. I said i had back issues, he says you want something firm, I said I like the plush feel not firm and then all of a sudden he says you need plush to form to your contours to help with back issues. So my advise is check out MANY and over a few days or try a place that does at least a 3 month in home trial. Might be a tad more expensive but then you at least don't buy a bed you aren't happy with.

Ultimately we wound up with a great deal on an awesome setup, plus an extra box spring and mattress for the spare bedroom. Great overall experience, I highly recommend you make this your first stop when in the market for a new bed.

ABLE THE MATTRESS MAN!!! Went in a few times and to be honest i was skeptical. Iv slept on Amazon products for years and before that just throw me a sleeping bag and I’ll be good. Anywho, the sales pros at mattress firm honestly conveyed factual information that lead me to make my own choice. I am a bit disappointed that the world is still going down faster than the Titianic. Aka my mattress is 4-6 weeks out. Side note the manager is a spot on image of Lavell Maurice Crawford. I’ll be sleeping on money in a few weeks!
