The salesman was thankful that we came in. He had just called the fire department for a vehicle fire right by the front door of the showroom. With the heavy smoke, he didn't expect any more customers. He helped us get exactly what we wanted. Overall, happy with the sale.

Jesse was also extremely personable. He even came to Fargo all the way from Bismarck for the weekend to help out the Fargo store. 10/10 would recommend.

after a long doom and gloom day, the heavenly light that illuminated from the mattress firms “open” sign, gave us the hope that we had lost at different scary mattress stores we previously visited. we were greeted ever so lovingly by chris aka smeagol (he had a really good smeagol impression) and taija aka gru (she was the master of mattress). we were looking for the perfect mattress that our stinky boyfriends could stink up, and our best friends at matty firm, listened carefully to our concerns. within an hour they selected our dream mattress, which we came in and purchased a week later. while discussing life and such, we noticed they had the most delicious looking bundt cake on the desk. we squealed with excitement, ready to go on next door to buy one of our own tasty treats. we were hit with a wave of disappointment to discover that “nothing bundt cakes”closed at 7pm… and it was in fact 7:30 pm. gru and smeagol noticed our devastation and knew what needed to be done… they sacrificed their very own bundt cake. and in that very moment, they became family. nobody had every done something so kind for us. so on the drive home, we inhaled our delicious treat while “broken home” by 5 seconds of summer played in the background. with absolute anticipation and excitement, we came back a week later to finalize our purchase of our new mattresses. before we arrived to matty firm, we had to make a quick pit stop to return a favor. we bought them beautiful bundt cakes. they were ever so delighted to be given the gift of cake. in return, they gave us those yummy purple gummies and sheep that wore little T-shirts. we left with a heavy heart, a chew toy, and a snuggle buddy. on a real note, we were so delighted to buy from these two wonderful employees. to find out chris was still in training, surprised us. both chis and taija were so personable and made making our first big girl purchases a whole lot easier. one of the best employee interactions we’ve ever had.

I wanted relay the exceptional experience I had last night (07/15/2019) at the Mattress Firm on Veterans Avenue in Fargo. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by Donte with friendly smile and firm handshake. We told him a bit about what we had in mind for a bed and the first bed he had us try was the one we ended up getting. We tried several others but kept coming back to his first suggestion. To me this illustrates a solid understanding of their products. Our two kids, 7 and 3, were being rambunctious and distracting but another associate, Lena, stepped in and started playing with them! She played with them the entire time we were there. This let us focus on picking the right bed. In fact, my 3 year old said he didn’t want to leave. I had to leave for a quick meeting before we had finalized our decision and moved the money from saving to checking. Donte offered to wait for me past the 8:00 pm closing time to get everything taken care of. I got back to the store a couple minutes after 8:00 and he was there, true to his offer, and we got everything paid for and finalized. I’ll also offer that the store was clean and organized, there were cold beverages and Donte’s shoes were on point!

Very friendly staff member. Depending on what your wanting depends on the cash amount your willing to part with. High end 7g's with a electric base. Lower end 3g's. So freaking hard to decide.
