Carlo was a very nice gentleman that helped us pick out a mattress with my mother in law this evening. The prices are nice, the delivery being free is even better. Carlo was very kind to mom who has dementia and took care of getting the delivery scheduled as soon as possible for us. Very good experience 10/10

Carlo, who assisted us, was fantastic! I will purposely go back to this store to buy from Carlo again! He was attentive, joyful and not at all pushy - my daughter and I loved shopping there. We went there for the Purple pillows and you didn’t have them in stock but because of Carlo’s service, we chose to buy them there and have them delivered in 3 days instead of buying them at Homemakers that have them in stock. This decision was due to Carlo and his service!

John was A M A Z I N G ! If you need someone who will steer you in the right direction look no further. Mattress firm (a) has WAY better prices than Slumberland where we went to (we spent only $6,127.89 on Mattress and Adjustable compared to the Mattress alone at Slumberland which was quoted to us at around $9,000 just for the mattress itself) and (b) just better service. He didn’t try to upsell us. He was honest and kind and truly made us feel like we had the power here. Please please look no further. MattressFirm was where I got my first bed and thankfully where I got my second bed. We will always go here. This is the literal best place ever. Thank you MattressFirm and Thank You John!!! ❤️ 🛌

Carlo, our salesperson was great and answered all questions to my Wife’s satisfaction. We walked in the store, it was empty, he was all alone on the phone but he took the time to recognize us and tell us he would be with us as soon as he could. This young man met our first expectations when we walked in the door in probably guaranteed the sale at that point. His product knowledge, demeanor and personality fit our buying style and a short time later we were arranging delivery of three mattress sets. Carlo Set a pretty high bar for Customer service.

I struggle with choosing mattresses and know close to nothing about them. I came in on a Saturday and a kind sales associate asked a few questions for my preferences and then proceeded to tell me the differences in mattress types the way I could understand. He patient and kind and mostly understanding to the price point I needed to stay within. The experience was great and I will sure come back again!

I am moving out for the first time to a studio, and knew I needed to find a full sized mattress to utilize room. Christina helped me so much and made the process so stress free! Some places are very “sales persony” and pushy, but I never felt that way with her help. She showed me all the different mattress options when I couldn’t decide between plush and medium. She was so helpful! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to all my friends who are looking for new mattresses. Thank you for all your help, Christina!!!

Buying a new bed is not exactly a fun experience. I Have been to two other competitors and bought beds from both of them in the past year. She also went out of her way to make sure I would get free delivery on the new mattress and cover (which needed to be special delivered) and removal of the old mattress. An overall good experience.

Salesman was nice and was knowledgeable on products. However he said that delivery was only done in a 25 mile radius. I live exactly 20 miles from the store I purchased from but he said that they couldn't deliver. Almost a deal breaker!

Walked in ready to purchase a mattress. The guy at the counter was busy with some customers but still managed to make you feel welcomed and let you know he was ready to help out as soon as he was done. A lot of great deals on new and discounted mattresses. For just one guy running the place, i managed to make a purchase and leave the place with box and mattress loaded up in my truck! Would recommend and will come back whenever necessary!
