Just purchased a mattress for our toddler here. Needless to say, did not want to spend all day mattress shopping. The younger guy working, didn’t catch his name, was great. Told him what we wanted and he immediately pointed us to our options with no attempt to upsell. They were well built at a great price. Mattress was in stock and we drove home with it. The entire experience start to finish took less than 10 minutes. Most painless mattress shopping experience of my life. Lebeda till I die!

Highly recommend Lebeda! Went to buy a mattress for my mom, and was so impressed with the comfort of the mattresses and product knowledge of Mason……I ended up buying 2 for my home! This is a company that’s all about customer service. The mattresses were delivered on time and Jessie and Matthew did an excellent job of protecting my walls and setting up the beds. I use to think the more you pay the better the mattress. Lebeda proved that theory wrong! Love my new Legacy Hybrid mattress!

Mason was the best. Had 4 stores to go to, after a horrible experience at the first store, Lebeda was the second stop and because of Mason helping me with my serious medical issues it was the last stop. Seamless experience. Arrived prepared to purchase two full mattresses only for Murphy beds. Salesman and I agreed on the width required and quality needed for occasional lake house use. I enjoy doing business with a company like Lebeda. You can tell they are an Iowa company. I've bought several mattresses from them over the years. And I did have a problem with 1 of them but true to Iowa values they stood behind it 100%. I am a customer for life. And the sales staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and no pressure. Both times I was in the store trying to figure out which model etc I wanted Kent was amazing. He answered all my questions, along with recommendations for the type of bed I was looking for. I also had a phone conversation regarding some questions with Dan the manager. My entire experience was great. I would highly recommend Lebeda. I had a Lebeda bed several years ago and decided I wanted to try a Tempurpedic, bad decision on my part. I'm back to the Lebeda. Buying a new mattress isn't too exciting, but Dan definitely made it easy. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn't try to pressure me into buying a more expensive line. Mike and Jessie delivered the mattress five days later and were extremely friendly and professional. I appreciated that they called an hour in advance and were careful to not smack any walls!

Every mattress in our house is a Lebeda Mattress. They are comfortable, well made and hold their shape. Mike and Jessie delivered 2 mattresses yesterday. They went above and beyond. The daybed they were intended for was put together incorrectly. The pretty much took it apart and put it back together in order to accommodate the new mattresses and be safe. I strongly recommend Lebeda to anyone shopping for a new bed.

We purchased a Lebeda mattress from the Urbandale store in 2007. We felt the mattress had a little sag on the side and we thought we needed to purchase a new one. We went to the store and the manager talked to us about what we wanted. We told him we had purchased a king size mattress and we thought it had some failure. To our surprise he looked up the purchase and told us it had a 15 year warranty. We paid $80 for them to pick it up and delivery it back in a week. Much to our surprise our old mattress is like new again. We don't know what they did to it but they stood behind their sale. We will always purchase from a great Iowa retailer who does what they say they will do.

Mike and Jessie we're absolutely fantastic during my deliver. My headboard was from a crib and didn't quite fit, Jessie and Mike worked hard to complete the job and made sure the headboard fit and bed was put together before leaving. Amazing service and really nice guys. I highly recommend Lebeda and Mike and Jessie!

I called Lebeda with a special request for something that would make our bed a little higher. Kent Beane helped me figure out what we needed and was almost apologetic when letting me know it might take a week to fulfill and deliver my order. On the contrary, I was elated it would be here that soon! He was great to work with, the 2 delivery men were prompt, courteous and accommodating. I recommend Lebeda 100%!

We have bought mattresses from Lebeda for over forty years (worked for Heitman Mattress when I got out of high school until I got drafted, Lebeda bought Heitman Mattress). Every bed we own has a Lebeda mattress on it and we have had nothing but good sleep. Lebeda delivery personnel are top notch setting up do what they say they are going to do and leaving the area clean. LOVE this outfit.

Stopped here looking for beds and we found the salesperson to be pretty standoffish. He barely greeted us and didn't really offer us any help until we spent a few minutes clearly not finding what we wanted. I've had good experiences at other Lebeda stores, so maybe we just caught the guy at a bad moment. Didn't buy anything here so can't comment on the buying process. I'd still shop at Lebeda, maybe just at another of their stores.

SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE. I almost bought a bed online to save a few bucks. I’m SO glad we went with Lebeda and bought from real, nice local people. Mason and Riley were both very nice and helpful. Mason really knows his stuff and made sure we got the perfect bed for us and put our best interest first. Got a great deal. After a failed bed in a box, I’m reminded of what a real quality bed feels like! The delivery guys were AMAZING. Our frame had a piece that wasn’t in prime condition and they literally rebuilt our frame with parts they happened to have on the truck. They could have easily left it as it was but chose to go above and beyond to make sure it was perfect! THANK YOU!
