The entire experience with Jones Appliance was great. The sales person had record of the last sale so we could use accurate measures for a new fridge, all over the phone. They had the model in stock and they installed the fridge the next day. The delivery people were friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone we worked with was good at their job.

Fantastic customer service. Went in later in the afternoon and picked out my new fridge. I anticipated having to wait a day or 2 since it was so late in the day, but they were able to deliver and install it the same day. So great to be able to buy locally.

Mixed feelings about this store owner. I purchased my washer and dryer at this store for the first time. Everything was great during the purchase process and the owner David was in constant communication with me about the details and such. However, when the washing machine and the dryer got installed in my house, the installers noticed a small dent on the washing machine and I noticed a small paint chip off on the side of it. Upon our mutual agreement, David reimbursed me for the damages and said he would provide the paint to spot it. Well, I have been trying to get hold of him about the paint, and he is neither replying nor returning my phone calls. Small things matter the most.

I really like the store and its owner Dave. Their prices are the same as the big box stores without having to drive an hour. They also have professional delivery and they do service. Both are nonexistent at many stores. Think again if you believe that you have to Des Moines for competitive prices. Save time and money .. just go see Dave.

Great appliance store seem to have everything. Bought a washer and dryer had them deliver and install. Grade installation crew as work good if you call they will answer any question you may have.

I have purchased my appliances from Jones for 25 years. Just purchased a new dishwasher and one again everything was perfect. Service, install, scheduling, perfect.
