If this would let me i would give 100 stars! Issiah was amazing!!! He walked us through everything and helped us pick the perfect bed. We went in with a certain bed in mind, he showed it to us, and explained the difference between that particular one and other beds in the store. He was so friendly, we never felt rushed and he even showed us all the things we never knew we wanted in a bed frame! Absolutely amazing!! I will recommend everyone to go work with Issiah! I bought a King size mattress and box spring in 2018, so I took my son in today to get new ones for him. We spoke with Kristian off of South Wadsworth in Littleton. He was the best and was able to find my son exactly what he wanted with out me fighting with him. He was able to answer all of our questions and my son is very happy. The experience was awesome, no pressure to buy or upsell. The sells expert was friendly and knowledgeable. It's too soon to tell if I love the mattress I chose but if not I have the option of to replace it for up to 4 months and a 10 year warranty should there be any problems.

I had to get a replacement under warranty for the mattress we bought 2.5 years prior, and had been having a difficult time with the terms of the warranty claim and getting in touch with anybody at customer service in Texas. After weeks of waiting and being ghosted by customer service reps, I was pretty sour on the Mattress Firm experience, at least at the corporate level. Heather completely turned it around in a single afternoon. She spent 45 minutes with me (without ignoring other customers) patiently going through my options and giving truly helpful advice and feedback on everything we discussed, and I felt like she was on my side genuinely trying to help me make the best decision possible. Can't overstate how much she saved this experience from being absolutely abysmal, and saved Mattress Firm from forever being in a bitterly negative light in my eyes. All five of these stars are for Heather alone. Give her a promotion, give her whatever she wants.

Great experience at Mattress Firm! We needed to buy two matresses and have them delivered out of town. Haven’t received them yet but we were able to choose a future date with no problem. Selecting a mattress is always difficult but we knew what we wanted and the salesperson Kevin was very knowledgeable and a great help. They also have a great warranty and a try out period in case you don’t like it. I would choose this Company to work with again.

Awesome, excellent and highly recommend. I am super impressed with this store. Was not planning on buying a bed but needed one really badly. The service I got from Collin and Pete was amazing. Pete specifically, wow, from helping me understand sleeping positions to compositions of beds, his knowledge and passion for sleep is impressive. So I start thinking, can I finance and sure enough no problem. I got on their site, got a card and if I can pay it off in 2 years it's no interest. Can I get a woot! Look I didnt mess around I considered Casper and all the mail companies but at the end of the day this was way easier. White glove delivery service, remove the old bed, and adjustable frames, with free financing. Super happy with my experience. Thank you Collin and Pete.

When I first stepped into Mattress Firm, Arianna greeted me immediately. She had me try a traditional mattress and then gently interviewed me about my needs and physical considerations. She was friendly and personable, and she guided me to 4 different mattresses that could fit my needs. I lost the feeling of being overwhelmed when I first saw a room full of dozens of beds, and followed her guidance. She could answer every question i asked and she shared her knowledge and personal experience. I didnt purchase that first day but when I returned several weeks later with my husband, in masks, she recognized me. This time she had other customers but I never felt abandoned - she was back and forth. I was happy to get a discount on bedding and pillows because of the price tag on the Dual King Tempur pedic mattresses. She also facilitated a quicker delivery date and has the bedding scheduled to arrive on same as bed. After purchasing fr this store in Aug. I have had some question as to whether I got the right mattress. I've talked w Arianna who encouraged me to come in & try out other mattresses as part of their exchange policy. I've been back to this store twice, helped by Kim & also Willie. In both instances they have been very friendly & helpful. Great customer service!

We purchased a mattress in January 2019. It felt very hard and nothing like the one in the showroom. I went back to the store twice to let the salesman know this and to again test the one we had laid on and compare it to the one at home but the salesman said to just give it a chance to break in. Then the COVID hit and we couldn’t go back to the store and the bed still felt like a piece of concrete. We had missed the trial period by this time, and were not willing to pay $100 to exchange it, or go back to the showroom to try to find another suitable mattress due to the pandemic. I left a one star review here, a year later, and the district manager reached out to me immediately. We worked out a solution to get another mattress that I had purchased in 2015, which I loved... a duplicate of this mattress was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time (considering the pandemic) and for a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be a happier or more satisfied and now loyal customer. Thanks Pete and the crew at Mattress Firm!

After finally deciding to go through with replacing our Full size bed with a King, we made a stop into Mattress Firm to check our options. Meeting with Cody was a great experience, he guided us through the different technologies within each bed and all of the brands offered. I had every intention of going into this store to test a Purple mattress and then but it on the Purple website. The store was able to give me a better deal on the same mattress and get it to my house in 3 days instead of having to wait 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Both were very helpful, informative, and exceptionally respectful of our decision making process, which I appreciated. No pressure/haggling/intense sales tactics during the entire process. We were able to get a great deal on a brand new Beautyrest with an adjustable/motorized base (as well as pillows/sheets/warranty). In the end, we left very satisfied, getting way more bang for our buck than expected. Overall the experience was fantastic.

I recommend this store to anyone. I went in with my father to find him a new bed and after talking with T.j. We ordered two queen sized purple 4 mattresses with the bundles and adjustable base 900s for a decent price with great financing. Today there was an issue with the truck leaving it immobile during my delivery. Due to the holidays and scheduling I was unable to reschedule time to get the mattresses delivered. T.j. went out of his way to accompany me to pick up replacements and help me carry , assemble, and remove my old beds. Just to make sure my beds got here when needed! He did not have to do that and this is definitely the type of place I like to do business with!

This is one of the best mattress stores i've been to. Both times ive been here the staff have been super friendly and helpful! On our most recent trip we were helped by TJ- and he made finding the right mattress for two people so easy! This store is so popular, even with him being the only staff in store he helped us, plus seven other customers, with care. The experience didnt feel rushed or like he was only there for a check. We needed to fix a problem with a remote control for our adjustable bed. TJ the area manager twice helped us, first by showing how to replace the battery in the remote and then when it wouldn't reprogram actually came out to our house, moved our huge mattress and reprogrammed the remote. Although he stated he could only come because he had extra coverage at the store that day, it still was going way beyond what you would normally expect especially since it had been 2 years since we had bought our mattress. My wife and I are in our seventies and I am not sure we would have ever been able to get the remote fixed, even with "help" from the manufacturer's phone support but TJ saved the day.. With people like TJ in charge of this store, Mattress Firm is in good hands.

I ordered the mattress at mattress firm with TJ and Kevin and they were awesome with helping us pick out the right mattress. When it came to delivery, the delivery guys were not able to take the mattress to the second floor and complained it cannot be done and they damaged my curtain too in the process. And then The delivery company manager called me and asked me to sign a waiver to limit liability on their company If any damages would happen. I called TJ and he said he was coming over to my home to help out. He came over and got the mattress to the second floor. What an awesome guy!! He totally took ownership of the situation and was able to resolve the issue quickly!! TJ deserves more than a 5 star service. 0 star for the delivery company though

My boyfriend and I had been shopping around for a few weeks before we decided to trek out into the stores yesterday. He is a huge nerd and diligently does his homework before we buy anything, especially such an important purchase. We stopped by a Denver mattress company first yesterday, got some decent pleasant help and walked out thinking we had found a nice deal but wanted to keep looking. We ended up on a different side of town than I was planning at an AFW, walked through their poor poor mattress selection and cruised our after about 10 minutes. Now I’ve never shopped at mattress firm, never even walked into one. And my SO is from Minnesota so he sure didn’t know but he kept saying hey let’s try mattress firm, lucky us there was one just minutes away. We pulled up and walked into the store, Saturday at 4pm pretty empty, TJ immediately greeted my boyfriend and I with a huge smile and a good time attitude. We told him everything we’d been through in the last few hours and all of my boyfriends in depth researching. Well let me tell you what if you need an expert on mattresses, TJ is gonna be your guy! We spent nearly 4 extremely fun and educational hours, yes I said fun and hours about spending time in a mattress store. It was like shopping with one of your best guys friends, no pressure sales and looking to get you the best for whatever your needs may be. We were really stuck, we’d had a bad experience with Denver mattress company 4 years prior buying a more responsible bed...4 years later both of our sides are sagging and my boyfriend sleeps in a crater. So we were between a less expensive but still very nice choice and of course one of the Cadillac mattresses I fell in love with. You can see who has the more expensive taste here! TJ worked his keister off to keep us thinking straight and allowed us literally hours of back and forth and this or that. He guided us through several pressure tests with the beds (something no one else had suggested) and really showed us the ins and outs. Well hours later after feeling like we’d made a new best friend we sat and asked TJ what decision he thought we made! Ha this guy is incredible, analyzing the situation almost to a tee. You can tell this guy listens, cares and is so informed about what he does. We decided to spend a little more for the quality and the comfort, it made way too much sense and TJ did a bang up job helping us get a couple little discounts here and there to help my boyfriends beating heart as we signed our life away. Laying in our old bed right now writing this review...dreaming of Friday and all the incredible sleep I’m going to be getting soon with our new mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Firm and with all of TJ’s help! My husband and I just had the best time buying a new mattress at the Mattress Firm store on 8500 W. Crestline Ave., Littleton, CO. Who says that about mattress shopping?! But it's true. Our salesperson T.J. had a great, fun personality. I've been into a few mattress stores over the past few years, and have had to deal with the grump, the hawk, the zero-personality and the not-so-informative type. T.J. was a refreshing change. Not only did he have a great personality, but he also had a methodical process to help us find the right mattress for us. That was not necessarily easy because my husband wants a softer mattress while I need a firmer one. T.J. walked us through the steps to find a mattress that was the perfect compromise. He was also very knowledgeable, being able to answer all of our questions while showing us pictures or actual components of the mattress so we could get a hands-on visual of what he was explaining. He was also very clear with us on what to expect in our mattress' firmness level from the day it arrives until it breaks in, comparing the ultimate level of firmness with another bed in the store. It was an overall great experience to work with someone who behaved like he truly wanted you to walk out happy with the mattress you chose vs. dealing with someone who just wants to make a sale. We felt like we were in good hands and had a great time getting to know T.J. along the way. 5 star service from the moment of opening the door through delivery. If you're skeptical of going in to talk to someone about the best fit for *you*...don't be! It truly was as close to a tailored experience as you could get without a custom order. Take it from a major skeptic that already had a mattress and frame picked out online from elsewhere (each from separate companies), and expecting I'd be pushed with setups that are "good for a bad back" in general. Do yourself a favor and go in to talk to them. I worked with Dean and TJ to get an adjustable frame and mattress for severe chronic spine probs, and pains at the hip, knees, shoulders from my ambulation that have been increasingly getting worse...they were very professionally knowledgeable, experienced, and caring in working with both of them. I have Dean and TJ to thank for the first full night of sleep I've gotten in 10+ yrs without waking up a single time, and without the aches and pains in the morning. Prior to their recommendations the last 10+ yrs has been waking every hour due to pain, eventually move to recliner around 4am, and only getting 3-4 hrs sleep (this last week has been so comfortable it's like I'm catching up on so many years of sleepless nights, lol). They were both a pleasure to work with, very friendly in conversation, non-invasive in asking questions to best fit *me* to a mattress, and did a great job at keeping things cost efficient based on what was looking for. Delivery and the delivery people were 5 stars as well; professional, courteous, clean, quick and knew what they were doing. It felt like it took longer to park the truck than to take out the old bed and setup the new adjustable frame (my first) and mattress. Would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to *anyone*, whether just looking to get a new bed or for specialty physical needs.

I was across the street at American furniture Warhouse and just needed a twin mattress for my daughter and they were not helpful at all (maybe because I didn’t want to spend a a lot of money??!
