Great customer service while I was picking up a mattress. The rep asked good questions and didn’t try to oversell/upsell me at every chance. While the more costly items were presented, the was no manipulation or hard sell that I noticed. Nice range of mattresses to try out. 120 day try out period on the mattress and price matching. As a bonus, delivery was free!

He was incredibly professional and helpful and explained to us what each mattress we were interested in was good for such as side sleepers or back sleepers, pressure points and durability. Rarely do I feel compelled to take the time to leave reviews, but today’s excellent level of customer service from Nicholas did just that. We were there with our 4 year old to get his first “big boy” bed. Recognizing that we were very pointed in our needs and that we had a busy/impatient little guy with us, Nicholas got straight to the point and gave us the info we needed quickly to make our choice—taking us to 3 different option levels that would fit our needs. Nicholas was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We were out of there in less than an hour, and it only took that long because our little guy was having a great time checking out the mattress he chose while mom and dad were checking out options for themselves. While we didn’t purchase the most expensive product today for our son, we will definitely be back to work with Nicholas when mom and dad are ready to upgrade to a high end mattress in the near future. He definitely earned our future business!

Several years ago I bought a mattress at this store and had what was probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. It was time for a new one so naturally I went right back to the Mattress Firm in Parker. I had the pleasure of meeting James, a true "sleep specialist". James is not only very knowledgeable on the products he sells, but was right on at understanding the sleep and back pain issues I was experiencing. (it wasn't the old mattress causing the problems, it was the foam padding I had unknowingly placed upon it.) James was understanding and extremely patient with me. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. In this time of post COVID supply and labor issues, it was a delightful experience shopping at Mattress Firm.

Leandro at Mattress Firm is amazing! Not only does he always provide helpful suggestions but he makes sure we are comfortable with the whole buying process. Over the last couple years we have bought from him in store and over the phone using the online payment setup and it has always been smooth. We ended up working with Nathan, who not only was great with customer service, non-pressure selling, and he ended up saving us over $1000 on a mattress, when I couldn’t even find a deal that good online. Jimmy Vu is a 5 star rep/salesman. The delivery company they use dropped the box spring just inside the door and left. I had to unpack them and dispose of the trash.
