I came in about an hour before closing, and Isaiah in sales took his time to ask about my sleep needs and explore all of my options. He explained the differences before each option, both the advantages and disadvantages, but encouraged me to take my time rather than pressure me. I had a pleasant experience and feel confident in my purchase.

Alex was an exceptional salesman. He was everything you’d want and nothing you don’t want . He made excellent suggestions that did in fact help me make a better choice. He was very knowledgeable but more importantly he focused on the price range I told him and didn’t push me towards more expensive mattresses. He didn’t push me to spend more money than I was planning on spending. He allowed me time to make a decision. He was fully engaged with me and was still able to help others in the store at the same time. I wonder if people will think this review is fake because it’s such a glowing review. Tommy walked us through the whole experience of buying mattresses and bed supports. He even let us experience lying in heaven. This is the second Sealy hybrid mattress we’ve bought in a year. Love this mattress and purchased a second for our spare bedroom. The salesman in both stores were awesome people and salesman and gave me all the discounts they could find. I really felt taken care of from the time I stepped in the store until I was sleeping on my new mattress!!

This was my second time in the store and by far a great experience. Mike Will was our salesman and he was amazing. I was worried the salesman would be pushy or not knowledgeable, but he knew so much about mattresses that we were shocked. I really enjoyed the Customer Service I received at the englewood location. Originally I came in just looking for a Mattress Topper and left having ordered a New Purple Hybrid. I’ve been interested in buying a hybrid mattress for a while. I was going to wait until we buy a home in a few months but I couldn’t wait. Current mattress over 20 + years and we weren’t sleeping well. My husband has night sweats and my body is just sore so it was time to make an investment. We haven’t slept on it yet but our sales person Sterling Knight gave us a great buying experience. He listened to our needs while keeping us within our budget. It was quick and fast. Thank you so much for your time Sterling. I will update this review once we’ve had time to break in our mattress and get a real feel for it. We bought the iseries hybrid 4000 plush mattress and adjustable base which was very important to us as well.

I had a wonderful experience working with Redmond and Selene. They really want to help you find the best mattress for you. I mentioned that I have significant back and hip problems and usually prefer firmer beds and Red immediately had 3 in mind for me to try out. All of them had what I was looking for in a sense that they were all firm yet still were cushioned for support, each in their own unique way. Having spent a lot of time on each one I was able to notice that, although they all felt great, one in particular made my body feel amazing no matter how I was positioned on the mattress (which is important to me as I am a restless sleeper). 5/5 I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!!

The experience overall was okay.. the salesperson was friendly and informative.. There were times when she was evsive of about the price of the bed. She refused to give me a printout of the entire cost including tax and everything. Only when I agreed purchase then did I get a printout of the cost of the bed and the adjustable bed frame . I don't understand how she calculated to taxes without knowing my exact zip code.. it's like she just made up a number out of thin air. I guess I got a good deal, still trying to crunch I may not go back there the numbers and figure out where the savings are.. Yery high pressure sale at the end was almost like buying a car..

So my fiancé made it into town from Florida and moved into an apartment on a Sunday, July 26. Quickly we needed a mattress to sleep on and The next day went to mattress firm at the Englewood location. We explained to the sales associate Reno how we needed a memory foam ASAP. The one we picked first wasn’t in stock so he suggested the Tulo which he ordered for us through their website. He said it should take 3 days to ship and it’s out best option. The next day I tried out the tracking number and saw that the delivery date stated was September 25. We tried calling that location but a part time worker was on and couldn’t handle the situation. So we waited till the following day, Wednesday to head back to that location to figure out if we had to cancel our order. Randy right away explained how the Tulo would take more than 3 days to delivery and that the original mattress we wanted was in stock at the warehouse which was only ten minutes away. He worked hard to get us the Tulo refund and gave us the same price on the one we ended up with which would have costed us more. If you go here definitely buy through Randy he knows what he’s talking about and works with the customer to get what they want.

I ordered an adjustable baseband on Amazon because I needed it post surgery. I never got delivered. I called mattress firm and asked him if they could get an adjustable base bed to me The same day. I worked with Lana. She was absolutely wonderful. She took care of my needs and got the bed to me as promised. I was pretty ticked off by the time I called mattress firm and kudos to Lana because she was completely patient and professional and did a great job.
