Ryan was great and deserves a raise / promotion in the future. He was very professional and helpful when it came to picking out a mattress. Probably one of the best purchase experiences I've had. My husband and I came in for new pillows because we both had sore necks from sleeping on old lumpy pillows. Paul was an excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure. He showed us a lot of different types of pillows to help us narrow down what we were looking for. He gave us all the time we needed to test them out. Our kids were with us and they were fine to also test out pillows. My husband and I each found different pillows that worked best for us. Paul went the extra mile to ensure prompt delivery. My wife and I went to the Mattress Clearance Center on West 88th to look for a mattress. Here we met Ryan. First, Ryan asked what we were looking for. He listened and then had us lie on at least 8-10 mattresses. We were able to find the one that fit our need- firm and budget. We must have spent at least an hour finding the right one . Ryan was a very good listener and was the reason we were able to match our comfort need and budget. When you look for mattresses, definitely lie on the bed and take your time. I was also happy to go to a clearance center because the selection was tremendous. The second part of the experience is the delivery. The team was tremendous . They came at the expected time . There were 3 people on this team which was great. There was a small snag about a mattress and box spring that I wanted hauled away. This team couldn't do it at this time. This is where Ryan came back into play. He wasn't done with me . He worked with his team and set up a pickup for the following day. The pickup was on time and the mattress and box spring were hauled away. From start to finish, everything worked out well. I would definitely think seriously about going to the Mattress Firm Clearance Center,for your mattress and bedding needs. I am a returning customer and this company takes care of you big-time. I called with kind of an emergency. My car has been stuck in driveway all day not running and AFW dropped off a new bed that requires a boxspring which we don’t have. We are doing renovations so we have nowhere else to sleep for the night. I explained the situation and the gentleman on the phone asked for my number and asked if he could have a min to figure some stuff out and call me back. I called at 4:30 and the warehouse closes at 5. Within 10 mins he called me back and located exactly what we needed and already had a third party delivery service on hold who could deliver within the next hour! I couldn’t be more pleased! Shopping for a mattress can be super stressful. You only buy one every 8 years and the technology is completely different each time. The sales associates did an amazing job of making this a stress reduced experience and they were super knowledgeable! While attending an event in Silverthorne, we decided to see if the store near there had a specific mattress we wanted to try. They did not, but the gentleman helping us (Lucas) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He referred us to another store that he knew had the mattress we came in to try. There was no pressure whatsoever and they were full of information! Robbie explained how we could look at beds that had been returned for a discount price, and what the Fourth of July sale would do for us. After having a chance to test out so many beds( we were there for about 3 1/2 hours all told) we made a purchase order for the one we had fallen in love with. Delivery is scheduled for the very next day. I think we got an awesome deal, with plenty of good information, and no weird sales tactics. I will send all my friends here!

They bent over backwards to help us out. We're moving in a month and wanted to buy a new mattress anyway. They helped us order a mattress to be picked up in the state we're moving to. Verified that our trial period and warranty wouldn't start until we picked it up. We worked with Ryan who went above and beyond to help us try out every mattress that might work for us, suggesting options to help us get a better mattress without going over our budget. He was never pushy, but was willing to answer any question we had and offered questions and answers we hadn't considered. He was willing to understand that while the elite mattress would of course be the dream we couldn't afford it. He found options that allowed us to afford a much better one than we were originally going to settle for. Overall extremely happy we went here. If we ever need another mattress we'll be calling them again. Even from out of state I'm going to talk to them first!

I purchased a Nectar mattress recently, after being convinced that purchasing from a third party dealer (Mattress Firm) would work in my best interest as far as choosing the best fit for me and my budget, submitting a claim for the warranty, getting the best deal, having the most options for delivery and recycling of my old mattress and providing business to a company other than the manufacturer. Nectar provided many benefits to purchasing the mattress and I was told that if I found a better price elsewhere that the store would price-match. However, when Nectar did provide a better discount online the next day, I called the store to price-match and the salesman, Paul, told me that he would honor the discount, but charge me for a service fee his manager had waived for me at the store when we finalized the sale. It was clear that the "price match guarantee" wasn't as he had told me and Paul continuously told me that if he provided more of a discount, he "wouldn't make any money off the sale". He further told me that if it was a better deal online that I should cancel my order through Mattress Firm and go directly through the Nectar site instead. I was taken aback by this, as he had mentioned many times of how much he appreciated my business and reminded me multiple times how he worked off commission. I was disappointed in my sales representative and hope to never help out his personal commission goals again, as dealing with a slimy salesperson trying to make a quick buck off me is not reassuring while I'm spending hundreds of dollars on a new mattress. The store supervisor, Steve, called me after my purchase to hear my concerns and to rectify the situation. Although I did not have the best experience with Paul, I greatly appreciated the follow up and time he took to listen to my concerns and have therefore changed my rating for the business to it's worth online. I think Mattress Firm is one of the best places for purchasing a bed and will likely make future purchases from the business and would encourage others to do the same.

I started looking for a specific Beautyrest Mattress at my local Mattress Firm with Danielle. She was extremely helpful and did a computer search and made a phone call to this store in Broomfield to confirm the mattress was available. I visited the store and I worked with Paul Trujillo. Paul was Awesome!! He set up the mattress on a foundation and I tried it out for a while. Due to the pain issues I am having, Paul suggested I try two other mattresses. I made a decision and put down a 10%, refundable deposit to have a day to think things over. We worked with Steve who acted like a human being and not an aggressive sales robot. He gave us plenty of space to try the beds and discuss without hovering and making us uncomfortable like they did at the other stores. Paul was extremely helpful today. We went in looking to try out a Nectar mattress, but we learned and tried so much more. Paul was professional and helpful the entire time. We ended up purchasing some pillows, and would have purchased the mattress we loved from Nectar, but found it cheaper online with more bells and whistles. That was the only reason we didn’t purchase through Paul. If Mattress Firm was able to provide the same add-ons that were offered, even at an additional price, we would have closed right there. No-pressure sales experience, and he gave us a great deal, including directing us to the warehouse to pick up our order. This saved us almost 5% on sales taxes (unincorporated Adams County versus City of Westminster) which amounted to about $50. Would highly recommend this location.

Came to this location after starting at JC Penney where the customer service was average at best. They had several of their bed's firmnesses mislabeled so I had no idea what I was actually trying out. Bejay was very helpful and straightforward. In the time it took just to have someone from another department at JC Penney go find someone who could help me in the mattress section, Bejay had helped me to find a mattress in my price range, pay, and schedule delivery for the next day! My roommate will be needing a new mattress in not too long, and I'll definitely be recommending him to this mattress firm.
