I was very pleased with Richard. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We looked at couple beds. We found two we like. But didn't purchase any. We wanted to look around other places. Richard give was alot of good information about each beds and what will work best to fit us. We will be back to this store next time.

Selene and Rick were so knowledgeable about mattresses! I never knew there was so much technology in a mattress! They really took the time to answer all my questions and they actually LISTENED to me and understood my needs. I have had chronic back pain for years and all this time it was my mattress. I have had my new set for 3 weeks and I have never felt better. I no longer toss and turn at night and I wake up with zero back pain. Selene and Rick I just want to say thank you SOOOOO MUCH!!!! Very knowledgeable of all the manufacturers and models displayed, and offered great recommendations based on our sleep style, temperature, and other wishlist items. He definitely helped us zero in on a great mattress at a great price. If we’re able to find a better deal on the same mattress, Josh told us to just bring the advertisement in and they would match it. They offered fast delivery, so we’ll be sleeping in our new bed within two days of sale! Can’t wait!

Fantastic service. I came in moving and talked to Rick here and told him my budget. He did everything in his power to keep me at $1500 while getting me a good mattress, a pillow, mattress protector, and sheets. We had some issues with the mattress coming to our house in a downpour and getting pretty wet through Luggs delivery service. We had paid a lot of money for the new mattress and a waterproof cover to keep it in good shape so we were pretty upset to see that the mattress had arrived wet and once dried, the spots had turned into water stains. We called James to let him know of the mishap and he immediately made it right without hesitation. Can’t speak highly enough on his customer service and caring! Would recommend 100%!

She was patient, willing to answer all of my questions, and she didn't try to push me into buying anything, which is a mistake many other sales reps at other stores have done. I am so glad I went to this store to buy my mattress and movable foundation. In fact, after I left the store I decided to buy another bed and I went back there! Plus, I received a free pillow which gave me a good night of sleep without the usual neck pain I experience. I look forward to the delivery of the beds I purchased. I recently needed a new mattress. Not urgently but wanted to browse around to get ideas. I was not planning on purchasing anything that day. Selene had greeted me and answered all of my "never purchased a bed before" questions. She was patient in explaining price, brand, style and even letting me and my child try, what I think was every floor model, all within the last half hour before closing. The prices were much fairer than I had initially expected and due to being more informed than I was when coming in, I was confident in my purchase. It was pretty ok. The issues I had were the sales person was not straight forward with how the delivery worked. The only thing he told me was it would cost me $99 just to get it delivered. Not once was there a mention that I could get it delivered free to my front door. So disappointed in that and feel that this place needs to be more honest.

Had a really great, no pressure experience. Linda, the manager, explained the prices clearly, and was even kind/patient with my rambunctious 2 year old. I know they can't price budge on tempurpedic beds, so I can't get upset about paying top dollar for a top dollar bed.
