I've been in the process of searching for a new matress for months and completely by chance dropped in your store where i was greeted, but not pushed, into thecprocess of finding the best mattress for me by an outstanding salesperson. She was friendly, extremely informed and methodically helped me narrow down my options until I felt comfortable with my decision But, her help didn't stop there as she continued to work toward assembling a great package. We bought a bed a couple years ago, and had a very good experience. As one would expect from a solid brand-name store with top end products. However I feel compelled to write a review now because of the above-and-beyond service we've had years later! (Spoiler Alert: Lisa is incredible!) When our bed was set up by the Mattress Firm delivery team, it appears they made a couple of mistakes. 2 years later, that led to some parts failing. The bed is under warranty and when I called the store, Lisa helped get me a duplicate copy of my receipt/invoice and connected me to the 3rd-party warranty service. They did what they do, but that company was going to take 2-3 weeks to get us replacement parts. So I'd be sleeping on the couch until then! Eesh... Well, I spoke with Lisa and she arranged with their warehouse so I could pick up those parts the same day, and then get the warranty parts back to Mattress Firm when they arrive. This is way beyond what I'd expect, and let me sleep well for those ~2.5 weeks. Thanks to the Mattress Firm team, especially Lisa at the Applewood store, for great customer service!

Spent this morning with my husband mattress shopping. Visited Mattress firm expecting to look and visit other mattress stores as well. We were welcomed at Mattress Fire by Kelsey. I seem to be a loyal fan of mattress firm and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Kelsey was extremely knowledgeable (which is so comforting when making a big purchase) and so much fun to work with. She was patient and understanding with my uncertainty and questions. Something came up personally and I had to pursue a different mattress option where Parker, also a super star helped me immensely. I was very impressed by my experience purchasing from this location. The kindness, thoughtfulness and care goes a long way in making someone’s day brighter. Dare I say my evenings too as I will no longer be sleeping in a tuna can, but a real bed where I’ll be smiling because I met real sleep angels, Kelsey and Parker. It’s evident they care about what they do, helping you find the mattress of your dreams so you can dream. Five stars simply isn’t enough.

We recently bought 2 new beds from Kelsey. We had very dated old beds and she was helpful, informative and friendly! We had a problem on delivery, the driver would not pick up our old mattress as promised. I called Kelsey and she took it upon herself to come in her own vehicle and grab our mattress on her own time. This was a very positive experience and my husband and I very excited to try out our new mattress. Parker greeted us and asked us all about our sleep patterns before showing us a few options that would address some of our issues. He was very informative about the products he offered. First-time mattress buyer here. I would love to say I’ll be back but with the eternal-like quality mattress I purchased, I don’t think I’ll need to be anytime soon. I was suuuuper needy and the staff (I’m looking at you Kelsey and Austin) didn’t even blink an eye. I see why they call them experts. They let me try every mattress in the store until I found the one that fit like a glove. I was really bouncing around in that place. It was like I was speed dating for mattresses. I even met a neighbor I never knew existed (you had to be there). I digress. Kelsey and the gang really took care of me and now the junk sleep is dust in the wind. 6/5 stars.

Went in to Mattress Firm to hopefully get in and out efficiently and they did not disappoint. My purchase took all of 25 minutes including us loading my daughter's mattress. Very nice staff with excellent customer service. The two mattresses technical specs, pros and cons I picked out were explained to me at a level I could understand without technical mattress jargon. We had a problem with our tempurpedic adjustable base. Kelsey at the Wheatridge, Colorado store went above and beyond expectations to help us get our issue resolved. We were having trouble getting the help we needed from tempurpedic related to our warranty. She helped contact them and to problem solve with mattress firm to come up with a plan that got our problem solved almost immediately after trying on our own for several weeks. Kelsey Thie, who is the store manager, was extremely easy to work with. She asked me questions to assess what type of mattress will best meet my needs. On my first visit I tested 4 or 5 different mattress and narrowed my choice to 2 styles. I returned a few days later and placed my order. COVID-19 is causing a delay in delivery of my mattress; but I am confident I will enjoy sleeping on it when I receive it. Ten years ago my husband and I had a favorable experience when we purchased 2 beds at this Applewood store. I returned again hoping for a similar experience; and Kelsey met and exceeded my expectations.

Had a bit of a mix up when ordering our new bed online a couple of weeks ago. To straighten out our order, we had to go into the store - and Kelsey was absolutely amazing! Our initial mattress choice was back ordered, which we weren't aware of upon payment. We also couldn't get a hold of anyone in customer service due to COVID transferring all business to email. Turns out, you should just go to this location for the best customer support. Kelsey made sure that we were getting the best option for our sleep style, price point, and preferences. My wife and I came in initially just to ask some questions and to test out some of the beds in person. We had been reading many online reviews looking for the best mattress for us. The Purple mattress had caught our eye, but we also wanted a comparison to the Tempurpedic. From only reading online reviews I had assumed I just wanted the basic Purple mattress, but I'm really glad now that I hadn't simply purchased online. The store was very clean and tidy. Several other customers were there before us looking around. The moment we walked in the store we were greeted by Parker the sleep expert. He was very polite, professional, friendly, and was able to get us started out even though he was already in the middle of helping other customers. He was able to expertly multitask with all of the customers in the store at once and did a great job of answering everyone's questions. From my description of my sleep style and issues I was having with my old mattress he suggested the Purple 3 might be the best fit for me. My wife and I tested out all the Purple and Tempurpedic beds in the store and sure enough the Purple 3 was our favorite by far. While the Purple 3 is more expensive than the base model, it was 1000 times more comfortable and was the one we decided on. I first assumed I'd have to wait for my next paycheck to make the purchase, but Parker gave me all the details about the financing options available with a 0% interest rate. He matched the price and even promotional offers that were online on the Purple website, and informed us that The Mattress Firm had a 4 month satisfaction guarantee which is even longer than the 100 day offer from Purple. Oh, and free delivery too. We quickly and easily finished up our purchase and eagerly await the delivery of our new mattress in a few days (purchased Friday and should arrive Tuesday). Just wanted to shoot out a big thank you from myself and my wife to Parker over at The Mattress Firm. I'm very glad we stopped by to visit vs simply ordering online direct from Purple.

Unbelievable customer service with zero sales pressure. Also the best prices I found anywhere, online or otherwise. Highly recommended! This is one of the few things you CANNOT buy on amazon. And you shouldn't buy a mattress sight unseen (or back unlied) anyway.

Jamie and the other salesman I forgot his name where great and helpful. They explained the differences in the mattresses and where they where made. I am happy with my purchase even though the first mattress was too firm, however that was my fault and stubbornness. They let me try it for two weeks and we exchanged it and we are very happy. Great knowledge and customer service. This should not get a 5 star review based on the delivery services they out sources to. Both times they tried to talk me out of the base I bought and I think that was to save the delivery guys time and effort. The first time they where correct and I fixed the issue with my bed frame. The second time it was ridiculous, first it was my bed was not strong enough. Then when I disproved that, it was well it just won’t work. I said put it on the bed then he said see it won’t work like I told you. Then we put the batteries in the remote for the power base and then it worked just fine. Then he said well it won’t work when you guys are in the bed. Well again it works fine. I gave this a five star rating because the sales staff should not be penalized, for the outsource delivery crew. If somebody from corporate would like to reach out to me, feel free.

This was a good experience for buying a bed the first time in my life, Parker was very helpful and amazingly supportive on helping me buy a new bed for the first time, i walk in there and he was automatically on his toes ready to help and was also very welcoming when walking in the building he asked what i was interested in and offered me a nice cold bottle of water after a long hot day at work, he was very genuine and welcoming when coming in, it's very rare to get employees like his self to care about there customers.. So we got to talking and i told him i was looking for the cheapest bed they got and he showed me the cheapest one, but i didn't like it so much though so he showed me the next one up and i like it a lot, it was way more comfortable than the cheaper one that he showed me the first time and it was not a big price difference at all so he hook it up with that bed and even gave me a tiny discount sense it was my first time buying a new bed so i got it at a realy good price. Now thats how you keep your costumers coming back is excellent costumer service 💯. well, when all said and done he loaded it on top of my jeep and helped me strap it down and sent me on my way home happy as can be, again thank you parker for a great experience at Mattress firm. Very Much Appreciated Man thank you alot for a great experience 😁.

She was amazing and almost matched the lowest price I found but with a much higher quality product. I've been sleeping on a waterbed for 40 years, I was concerned about moving to a regular bed but Brandon got me a great deal where I saved almost as much as I spent and the bed is great! He got me a great deal on the mattress, an adjustable base, a mattress cover, and some great pillows. I hope anyone looking for a new bed will give Brandon a chance to save you a lot of money.
