I was researching tempur pedic online when I discovered they had a local store. When I went they didn’t have the model online I was looking at online, but the team working; Steven and Kayla were probably some of the most helpful representatives I’ve worked with. If it weren’t for the online special and the airline miles I get for online purchase, I would have purchased in store today. If customer service is your main thing then 💯 go to this store for your purchase. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I bought a tempur pedicure mattress online and it was just too firm and we weren’t sleeping well. I knew about the 90 return/exchange policy so we decided to drive across town and figure out a better solution. Unfortunately the store couldn’t help with the exchange but the service was unquestionable and they genuinely wanted to help. They showed us all the options, made recommendations and did everything they could to help and told us if we needed anything along the way with our online exchange to call them. Simply fantastic.

What a great experience! My wife and I had such a great time shopping for pillows and beds. The salesman, Patrick, took time to really get to know us. I never felt pressured. The store is really neat. It doesn’t have all the clutter you see at some stores. They also laid down protective sheets for the mattress and pillows. Bryan helped out us at this Easton location. We really appreciated the sanitary procedures they have. Guests and salespeople wore masks and provided disposable covers for the pillows and beds. Choosing a new mattress is difficult and we put it off for longer than we should have. My husband has owned a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past and suggested we go to Eastons' Flagship Terpur-Pedic store and have a look. Luckily Lacey made our shopping experience much easier than I had anticipated. She asked questions regarding our sleep style and was very patient while we tried every bed before choosing. The store looked brand-new and the selection of mattress styles and bases were plentiful. Lacey helped us narrow down our choices and select the perfect mattress. When our mattress arrived it was easily set-up and we were very pleased with the timely delivery. This mattress is so comfortable- if I didn't have a job, I would never get out of this bed! I went in for a pillow and left with a bed! I was so impressed with the time a attention I received from the sales associate Micaella Clay when I was “just a pillow customer”. I indicated I wanted to purchase a new bed in the future but for now was just in the fact gathering stage. She treated me like I was their best client ever, she was very knowledgeable, patient and obviously a great sales person! In addition to having a superior product the customer service is a 10. I also appreciate that you can “test drive” the beds in the store- now days that’s become very difficult - in a cyber shopping world I’m still old school. Who wants to buy a bed on their phone? I highly recommend Tempur-pedicic - it will be a great experience and you’ll get an amazing bed too!

We visited the store 3 times in order to be sure we picked the right mattress for ourselves, The first 2 visits we had Bryan for our salesman, The third and deciding time Darren was our salesman.Every time we were treated like they genuinely cared about us and what we wanted and which would work best for the way we slept! The store followed all the protocols keeping the the store beautiful as well as sanitized! They used disposable coverings for the beds and pillows so that we had a comfortable test of different mattresses and pillows! They were so knowledgeable about their products and how they were different and how they worked on the way you sleep! After going to 4-5 mattress stores over the Black Friday weekend in a rush to take advantage of offers, I can safely say this was the best experience we had. Unlike other stores we visited, the flagship location has every Tempur-pedic mattress available to try, so we were sure we picked the best option for us. The manager was super helpful and friendly, and most importantly to me, didn’t pressure us to buy today or up sell us on anything we didn’t need (they don’t work commission—I hate getting pressure for a sale, so this was a HUGE plus for me). We got information about the products we looked at, but never got overwhelmed by hearing about too many features at once. Plus, it’s right on the edge of Easton and attached to a parking lot so super easy to get in and out. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend!

The first mattress I purchased online. For this one we went to the Tempur-pedic flag ship store at Easton town Center. The Tempur-pedic consultant, Lacy Messman, was extremely helpful. She helped us make a good decision as to the best Tempur-pedic model for us. The delivery was quick and efficient and we are extremely happy with our new Tempur-pedic mattress.
