David at Mattress Firm was fantastic!!! This was our first time shopping at Mattress Firm and we cannot overstate how excellent the service was here. David was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we made our decision. My husband and I came in not really sure of what we wanted and he helped us figure out the perfect mattress for us and our needs. He was always there if we needed anything but also gave us space to make our decision without being pushy or rushing us. He was very understanding of our budget as well which we greatly appreciated! We highly recommend this Mattress Firm location and we will definitely be back! (Though not for a while, because we got a great mattress! 😉)

Dave and Olivia were AMAZING!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I would give 10 stars if I could. First we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Big ups for that. Dave was training Olivia and she was very knowledgeable in the history of beds. ( I didn’t know beds been around for almost 200 years, matter of fact I don’t know much about beds period) Dave was able to get my boyfriend and I a bed that we agreed on that was an amazing price we even got a bed for our daughter. The whole experience was simply the BEST! I now understand the motto being the sleep experts. Both individually did their jobs and the experience was superb!

Excellent Customer Service. I have been in search of the right pillow for me for years. I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a Purple Pillow because my Visa gift card I got for Christmas wouldn't work online. Mattress Firm bent over backwards to order it for me and then even though they have a no return policy on pillows (which I didn't realize) they let me return the Purple Pillow because of Purple Pillows guarantee. And then the manager talked through with me not only suggesting what type of pillow probably would be best for me, but letting me know that getting at Amazon would be best because I would be able to return it if I didn't like it. His recommendation for pillow ended up being spot on and I have been sleeping much better for months. Shows true integrity to help a customer even when it isn't financially benefitting you.

The salesperson we had last Saturday night was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My husband and I were both hesitant to go in because we don't like pushy sales people. We agreed that we were just going to look around and get info and even decided that if it got pushy we would pretend the babysitter was calling. But he was awesome! Gave us information and then gave us plenty of space to make our decision, while staying close enough to quickly answer any questions. We ended up buying it that night! The two delivery reps were also awesome. Very polite, courteous, and friendly. They actually arrived early - which was awesome - and worked very quickly. I really appreciated the professionalism all around! And... we LOVE our new bed 😉

The gentleman that helped me was so friendly his name was David and he was very knowledgeable about which bed would be best for the position I sleep. He helped me find a bed that I think will just be PERFECT and I can not wait to sleep in it! He was also so kind I went with my 4 year old son who had a little more energy than normal and David was so kind to him. Great great guy! He also helped me get a free adjustable base and got me the best deal possible and made sure I had everything I needed when it arrived (like headboard brackets mattress protector and pillows). The cost in materials have definitely increased the price of comfort but due to my lack of sleep and the struggle to get out of bed, I know this bed will change my life and the investment will be worth it.

I got a mattress frame that was missing parts and when there wasn’t another like it at the store, they refunded me over half the cost of what I paid and still gave me a very good quality frame. Extremely happy with my experience. I went in to purchase a basic, temporary mattress for a friend who is staying with me and the one we needed was not in stock. I won't get into the specifics for the sake of the manager Nick, who helped us, but I do want to say that he worked with us and was empathetic to our situation. He went out of his way to help us and I really appreciated that. Overall, the mattress wasn't too bad either lol. Highly recommend! Struggled for weeks to find a mattress that was good, but would't break my bank either. I finally stumbled into Mattress Firm and do not regret it! The manager Hayden was so kind and helpful. He helped me pick out the mattress that was right for me and knew all of the products and their details well. Purchased a mattress at the end of December. While within the 120 day trial period I experienced a problem with the mattress. I went back to the store and explained the issue to Danny. He took care of the situation and is delivering a new mattress, and not charging another delivery fee. It's nice to know there are still companies out there that value their customers. I expressed all of my wants and needs with a new mattress and I he paid attention to every detail to nail down the best mattress to suit my needs. He was very thorough with explaining the difference between different mattresses, foam types, etc. and took the time to show us the differences in quality of mattresses. I have back issues and go to the chiropractor often and he took that into account when helping me decide what worked best for me. He explained what beds are good/bad for my condition and how the body and neck should lay on a mattress when it is perfectly aligned. I've had the bed for 4 days now and am satisfied thus far, still wanting more time with it before I fully decide if I'm going to stick with it. (Side note - google says the store opens/closes at different times than it actually does, the times have not been updated yet but Samuel stayed past technical closing time to help me out.) Overall great experience at the store and with Samuel. I did not get any compensation for writing this review, I just know how helpful reviews are and wanted to appreciate a good salesman when I see one.

The salesman was very informative about all of the beds. Prices of each during the black friday sale were pretty good. What i don't like about this company is the charge for delivery. after trying out the mattress not liking it then there's a charge for the customer to pay for them to pick it up. Say the least going back into the store to pick out something else and possibly another charge for delivery scheduled for another day. Now i was their did not pay the asking price for delivery but the salesman made a deal and to get me to close the deal made another deal on the delivery charge. Why be able to make a deal on the delivery charge at all! Customers are already paying for the purchase which are not cheap i say give us the customers a break by having free delivery since deals can be made on the charge for delivery. :) i just hope i will not have to make sales return. 😒

Sam was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was going between 3 different mattresses and he made sure I had a pillow that was like mine at home to try the mattresses too. That made the trying much easier because it felt more like home. I was there for a couple hours and never once did Sam make me feel like I was a bother. I've always been a "cheap" mattress buyer, $300 or less at the closest budget furniture store. Upon the urging of my chiropractor I visited a "real" mattress store this week. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by "Denise" and instead of feeling like prey in a lion's den full of sales sharks, she was surprisingly pleasant and welcoming. She asked all the right questions before even talking about beds. Did I have back problems? Was I able to sleep through the night? Did I sleep on my side, back or stomach? Did I prefer a firm, medium or soft mattress? How did I sleep on my current bed? etc. etc. As Denise walked me through the store explaining the pros & cons of each mattress I was just amazed by the differences in each bed. She had me lay on each bed and then she looked at how the bed dipped and formed to my body. Ironically the ones that did not meet her approval for my body position and pressure points were also uncomfortable to me. In the end, I purchased the first one she had recommended. After sleeping in my new bed with my fantastic coconut pillow last night, I feel as if the mattress and pillow were custom made just for my body. I slept great (without waking up multiple times), didn't toss and turn, woke up refreshed and the best part, my back feels great. Thank you so much Denise, you have just improved the quality of my life and made my chiropractor's job a breeze.

We went into the Reynoldsburg, OH location looking for a great mattress, but also not that expensive I'm very picky when it comes to my mattress with the help of the store associate Denise I was able to find a very comfortable mattress also within the price range I was looking for. She also threw in 2 pillows for free and recommended a very nice bed frame. Denise was very knowledgeable about the products offered at the store and was very friendly she got the mattress delivered within a couple of days so that was nice I was expecting a longer wait to get the mattress. We were in the market to make a purchase for a new larger bed than what we currently had. The store was actually quite busy that day, and the staff gave us the initial understanding of the layout of the store so we could zero in on what we already knew we wanted. Then we got to peacefully try out each bed together without the interruption of the technical details of each bed. This was great because then we got to talk to each other about what we did or did not like about just the feel of the bed. Once we narrowed down to one or two, we asked the staff for some details on the bed such as pricing, warranty, quality and manufacturing details. This gave us the insight to make the purchase that was right for us. The zero percent financing was a bonus ! Best experience spending such a large sum of money, and worth every penny!!! Looking forward to sleeping comfortably on this bed for years to come.

I wasn’t overly impressed with either initially, but this store did have the largest selection. So, the next day, my wife and I began our search at Mattress Firm. This is when we met Jocelyn. All we can say is that she worked circles around everyone; everyone I initially met at the other companies, and this specific store the previous day. called ahead and asked if they had queen size mattresses. they did...but they ommited the fact that they had no way of attaching anything to my car and that I would either have to come back with my own supplies, go to the warehouse, or pay 60 dollars for delivery for another day. i opted for warehouse pickup since even if I did have a way to put the bed on top of my car, I would still either need to go to the warehouse for my pillows, or have it delievered
