My sister and I wanted to gift my parents with an adjustable bed for Christmas. The first time I went to the store (without my parents) the salesman gave me a lot of ideas and things to consider. He was not pushy at all. He actually recommended that I come back with my parents to choose the right mattress. That's right, he did not pressure me to rush and buy a mattress before I left the store. I came back later with my parents and a new saleswoman was there. She was so patient with me and elderly parents. We did buy the adjustable bed from that night and I would do it again.

Very happy with the service and follow up from Keith the assistant Manager. I was able to call and purchase a mattress & box spring and arrange delivery for my daughter moving into her apartment at OSU. The mattress went on sale the day after I made the purchase and that amount was refunded and when they didn't have the bed I purchased in stock he will willing to propose an appropriate substitute for the purchase price. Great customer service - thanks!

Great service and great deal! If you need a mattress set or a mattress with an adjustable base then stop in and ask for Mr. Harm. So my mom and I stopped in on Saturday and spoke briefly with Mr. Harm but the store got busy. We went home and thought over discussion and agreed to purchase a queen size mattress with an adjustable base. We returned the next day and we were greeted by our first names and a smile. Mr. Harm listens, works with you for a great deal(saved over $1000.00+), and proves that quality customer service still exist. Thank you, Mr. Harm!

I was very impressed and delighted with the knowledge and service we received from Keith Hanson at the Olentangy River store. We, like many others, did a good amount of research before making this buying decision. We thought of ordering online prior to going into Mattress Firm. After the visit, we thought about it some more, but ended up coming back and purchasing from Keith. Some things are worth investing a bit more to ensure you get a high quality product and we feel extremely confident we made the right decision. We price checked all the mattresses we were interested in and mattress firm was reasonable in that regard. They also offered a 24 month interest free line of credit that made the decision work easily into our budget. I’ll be recommending these guys anytime I talk beds with friends and we will be back in 8 years.

Within the hour we had everything I needed picked out and the paperwork was done. Less than 24 hours later the delivery guys showed up. Talk about exceeding expectations.

This was my first true experience with picking out a bed for myself that I would own long term. My salesman, Keith H, asked the right questions about what I was looking for and my “sleep habits”. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and types which made finding the right bed easy. I personally hate shopping and like to spend as little time doing so as possible. Went to one store and they didn’t have my product in stock so the sales person did everything he could to do make sure I got the product I needed. Very nice very professional. Ended up going to the store with my product in stock and was greeted warmly and they got me set up with my mattress from loading it to even supplying some extra supplies to make sure my mattress made it safely.
