Joshua was very knowledgeable and a great salesman. I went in just to look at mattresses and walked out knowing a lot more about mattresses and had purchased everything needed to make my at home set up much easier. Definitely will be back in 7-10 years when I’m ready for a new one!

Sam was incredibly helpful and took the time to give me a feel for the mattresses. Rather than ask me what I was looking for (as I was new to buying a mattress). He had me test out a couple to figure out what I liked and helped me get the best deal on a mattress. Due to COVID I wasn’t able to get the mattress that day, but Sam was up front about this and made the process as easy as possible. Delivery to the house free of charge, and $200 which went towards alot of the bed’s accessories. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a mattress.

I have never went to a mattress only store to purchase a bed, I've used furniture stores or online which means I was buying without really knowing what I was really looking for or needed for a good nights sleep. A friend had purchased from Mattress Firm so I decided to stop in and "look" around. Then I met their associate Josh, what a knowledgeable young man, he walked me through a presentation of the different types of beds. He shared the pros and cons of the different types of mattresses all without pressure to purchase. His expertise guided me to what I feel I needed, I am so looking forward to my white glove delivery tomorrow. He even shared a website they have to help me with my new purchase. A great buying experience!

I had done some research and found that the brand I was purchasing does not have blow out sales and their prices were the same at every retailer I checked. The primary reason I chose Mattress Firm was mostly immediate availability of the mattress I wanted. The secondary reason for choosing Mattress Firm was the salesperson, Josh, was super helpful and friendly. I’m glad I chose Mattress Firm. Josh sweetened my deal by throwing in a few extras I won’t describe in detail. However, he basically made delivery and some high priced cooling gel pillows a lot more affordable. Stop by and see for yourself.

My boyfriend and I had never shopped for a new mattress before and I thought it was a full involved all day process. Doing research online mattress firm had the most selection and online education explaining the difference between mattress types. Nate was knowledgeable and we did the whole thing in about thirty min! It wasn't available at store but we were allowed to pick up at the nearby warehouse!!! Who else does that?!?! We hit a snag and was worried we would be sleeping on the floor. We called Nate and it wasn't an issue for us to be taken care of in a way that was convenient for us at no additional expenses. Mattress firm customer for life and a huge fan of Nate!

On Memorial Day I had come in around 7 with my 6 year old to get in on the sales. There were 2 families already waiting to be helped. There was only 1 person there to help all of those people on a sale day. In between helping people Denise asked if anyone wanted a bottle of water. She spent quality time with each customer to make sure they got what they wanted at the best price. We assumed we would have to wait because it was an awesome sale and so we did. When Denise helped us she was very patient with my restless 6 yr old and even though she was exhausted from the day she still took her time to go over everything and help me with financing. She even made some calls to see if there were any beds still available of a brand I wanted, but had been discontinued! There was 1 and i got a heck of a deal! She was very professional and personable to work with. I highly recommend working with Denise to find the bed you want at the price you can afford. Thanks Denise 😊

My wife and I came in late on a Saturday hoping to just look around and maybe ask some questions. Denise was the only one working and even though she finished a sale 5 minutes before closing time she was VERY welcoming and told us not to worry, she would be happy to stay and answer our questions. She did not hard sell us on anything and the way she explained the products was insightful and helpful. Needless to say I came back in the next day and bought a mattress and pillow/sheet combo which she made me an excellent deal on. Excellent service here from Alex and Phil! We got very focused and individual attention from Alex during BOTH of our visits. We went back to make sure we were making the right choice. I walked into the store on July 5th right as they were opening. I had planned on going to a mattress store that was in the strip center with Target. Where we had bought a mattress in 2016. But the store was no longer there. I just figured they moved to this new location. It was the best experience ! The young man was so friendly! I’d been to this store once before and was not able to really test the mattresses. Last night I found my opportunity and selected the best mattress for me. Rich gave me pointers of what to look for when deciding which mattress was best, and how to test if it will provide the rest needed. He didn’t hover and this allowed me to get a feel for the beds. Periodically he’d come over to get e feel for how I was doing while managing other demanding clients. I selected a Sterns and Foster mattress set and am really looking forward to delivery 🚚!

While out running other errands, I decided to drop into the local Mattress Firm and see if products and advertised sales made sense for me to buy new amd upgrade my bedroom mattress this weekend. I met with Denise Sims and she ran throught the products, options and price points candidly and concisely. 45 minutes later, I made my purchase and will have delivery in about 10 days. Ms. Sims is a very professional retail sales manager and did a top-notch job of walking through the sales and warranty process. Buying a mattress is like buying a car, when, what kind, where, am I getting a good value for the money I am going to spend. Well, Denise, at this store is just great. Fully explains all details, is able to notice little body motions that probably affect ones sleep. She is then able to offer hints that will provide a better sleep. There is no pressure, the information provided is what you need to make an informed decision. The selection at this location is very good. We are older and have purchased a number of mattresses. This experience was the best by far.

Been looking for a mattress for the past week and a half going to Sleep Outfitters, Original Mattress, Ashley’s, Value city, and Mattress Firm multiple times to get the best mattress for me. This was my first time ever shopping for a mattress and was very confused and frustrated trying to make sense of all the different brands and types as they varied from store to store. All I can I say is Hayden at Mattress Firm was the most knowledgeable mattress consultant I talked to across all stores, answering my questions with ease and giving me the best information possible to find the mattress I needed. Even though they didn’t have the mattress I liked in their particular store that I tried out from Ashley’s, they had no problem ordering it for me. These people will do there absolute best to make sure you get that mattress you need as well as all the knowledge about beds. Thank you for making my shopping experience so much easier!!

Denise is great. I’ve bought 2 beds from her at this location. She will work with you and price match/promotion match the manufacturers offers while still squeaking in a gift or free delivery or whatever. The point is...Denise will take care of you to ensure you are happy and by treating folks like this they become repeat buyers...that’s why I went back. Just bought a Purple bed King size and adjustable base. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this store needs more employees. Denise is typically by herself.

We purchased a memory foam mattress w/adjustable base several months ago and decided that choosing a firm mattress was a mistake. We returned to the store even though we were outside of our 120 day exchange time frame. We worked with Denise Sims who had been our original sales person and she was wonderful. I use to be a customer service trainer for a large retail chain. So I have had some bad experiences with customer service, but not at this store and it was my first time in Mattress Firm. So, I can say it was great customer service and great sense of humor from Denise Sims at this location. I shopped around for some quotes from other competitors and she beat them all. Great place to purchase a bed! The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Denise who is the manager at this location is very helpful. I love the pillows and mattress cover she recommended for my mattress. 2 months after my purchase the mattress went on sale, I called Denise and she processed a refund of $400.00. Typically when companies offer these perks there is haggaling or some small print, everything she told me was correct. I typically do not recommend companies however, this is one place I would recommend.

Currently I am giving this place a 4 star rating. The sale is only half complete. It is going to take 10 days for delivery. Far too long in my opinion. So far the experience has been good. The sales guy did his job and explained the difference in the various mattresses. If the delivery and installation goes well I will boost this review to 5 stars with the exception of the delay in delivery. If the delivery fails, then the rating will suffer tremendously. Very difficult to give a review before the transaction is complete, but I want the incessant texts to "please rate us" so I am forced to make a temporary review

Also spent what seemed like forever seeing what kind of pillows we liked, maybe more time than the mattress! We had taken forever finding exactly what we wanted, and it was only then that she very subtly offered the pricing and financing. Absolutely perfect. Got the mattress delivered next day, and the crew was fast. My only complaint is you sign up for a 6 hour delivery window, they call you the day before to tell you a 2 hour window. Then this morning I get a call 2 hours before the agreed time, saying they are 30min out. So in summary, great location, great salesperson, crappy automated system 6 hour-ish delivery estimates that makes one think of old time Warner Cable service calls. Still would do again as of today! Loving the bed.
