Forget the furniture stores , box stores like Big Lots, American Freight... They're all overpriced... Compared to Discount Furniture and Mattress. As they have a very wide selection furniture. I got a mattress set and a couch for under $900 bed actually came with warranty. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and professional, awesome place highly recommended👍👍

All their locations have great sales people very knowledgeable and helpful. The shopping experience is pleasant and unhassled. Their delivery team is top notch, I haven’t seen a better one in a long time. This is a hidden Gem in Columbus. Tim treats everyone who walks into the store as if he’s known them a lifetime. Absolutely great guy.

When I walked into the store I was promptly and warmly greeted. The customer service was excellent! There is a great selection of furniture and delivery was hassle free. Steve and Tony delivered my furniture and they were great. They helped me out and hauled my old furniture away and got my new items set up very quickly! If you want excellent and quick service then you need to go to Discount Furniture and Mattress. I will be going back for any furniture needs in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience. In the store I got help looking for what I was interested in and didn’t felt like I was being pressured to buy stuff I didn’t want. The delivery was very efficient and professional they delivered and set up the furniture for me they were very clean as well. They cleaned up afterwards and was very friendly. Will be going again if I buy more furniture.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The gentleman that works their is very helpful and knowledgable. He has the best customer services I could ever ask for. He spent time with my husband and I and made sure we took our time and got what we really wanted. He was all by himself working and had multiple customers was calm and collective and just made it happen. I felt confident in my purchase and so did my husband. We purchased a bed set and a frame Sunday. First night in our bed and was the best sleep we have had in a long time. We got our first mattress together from your store 7/8 years ago...

Furniture for my Grandparents who just moved here, super customer service my grandfather had fishing questions and Steve was quick to offer some locations. Easily the simplest furniture shopping experience we’ve ever had. We went in with our stern game faces on, but we didn’t have to. Tim was attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful. We got exactly what we wanted (quality, modern sofa and loveseat on hand, on a 0% interest cash payment plan and no credit check) His service was exceptional as he was personable and relatable. Plus, we did not feel any pressure whatsoever. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for furniture.
