Was in & out within 15 minutes! I’ve been looking for an affordable platform bed for the last month. I found this store on an outside marketplace app and glad I did - only $250 for a new platform bed & the best sleep I've had in quite some time. To be eligible for free same-day delivery ($295 in purchases), I bought 2 incredibly comfortable pillows. Cut off for delivery is same-day purchasing at 5 pm. Delivery window is 5 pm-10 pm. They delivered it well within the window and left the box in the living room. In the showroom, they have about 10 or so beds, a variety of mattresses, multiple pillows & sheet sets to pick from, and a quality nightstand.

My partner and I have made 3 separate purchases from Columbus Mattress Wholesale—an adjustable base, a mattress, and a bed frame/headboard—which were delivered on 7/18/21, 9/2/21, and 2/19/22, respectively. The adjustable base was in stock and purchased before 5 pm, so it was eligible for same-day delivery. The base boxes (along with all subsequent orders’ boxes) were placed in our living room, which is 7 steps up from the front door in our split level home. We placed an order for the mattress at the same time we purchased the adjustable base. Expectations were set ahead of time that the delivery timeframe could vary by a few months based on manufacturer availability and order placement timing. We were pleasantly surprised when it arrived earlier than expected. We decided several months after our initial orders arrived that we wanted to purchase a bed frame that was compatible with our adjustable base. We inquired about placing a special order for one we found on the manufacturer’s website, and about 2 months later it arrived. 1 of the 3 total boxes—which contained the slide out drawers for the bed frame—had mistakenly not been dropped off along with the headboard and frame. The owners delivered the forgotten box in their personal vehicle. Every step of our experience with Columbus Mattress Wholesale was objectively fantastic. The rapport in our business–client relationship was built entirely through genuine interactions. No one ever used the false sense of urgency manipulation tactic that nearly every other mattress store we visited prior attempted on us. Everyone was friendly, but not in a beguiling way. Our experience was so serendipitous that—not only have we become lifelong loyalists—we have and will continue to recount our exceptional experience to friends in the market for a new mattress.

I bought a hybrid mattress so I did not need delivery as it came in a box. However before I was even walking out of the door Chris was already outside with the mattress ready to put it in my truck. I’ve been searching for a mattress and did not want to initially spend $1000-$2000 for a quality mattress so I remained patient and did a Google search and COLUMBUS WHOLESALE MATTRESS popped up first on a Google ad. Not only am left putting together my box spring and bed frame, but also taking the dresser and night stand out the boxes. My opinion is if a person spends over $500 everything should be put together by them. But I guess that's what happens for us single parents who don't have the money for tips. Talk to Chris and Jay up here! For a couple years I’ve slept on a terrible mattress and we’ve been looking for something comfortable but something that isn’t going to cost an arm and a leg. Within a few minutes of walking in Jay helped explain to me about their zero credit checks and instant approvals. Surprisingly enough I wasn’t worried about it since the mattresses were so cheaply priced. They have mattresses up here that are basically brand new in the plastic that we’re originally $1,500.00+ Beds and we ended up with it for $850!! Chris helped us out with getting everything finalized and the best part is they deliver it next day or same day if you’re in early enough! Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are legit and will do anything to hook you up!

I came in and just had the money for a full . The manager Chris had a 300 dollar memory foam that had some dirt stains in it that he gave me for 150 with the box. I put some awesome on it and the stains came right out. I love my bed and couldn't have got a better deal on it. Plus it was delivered in a hour. Fantastic inventory and they really do live up to the claim "same day delivery"! When box springs arrived the fabric was torn loose on the bottom of the box springs. After a couple weeks the Memory Foam Mattress had become noticably uncomfortable due to the sagging of the box springs material. The fabric on the box spring began sagging horrible after a couple of weeks, all between the rungs that it uses to support a typical mattress, suprisingly NOT PROVIDING an even surface to support a Memory Foam Mattress. One board has now broken from being stressed inside the box springs due to the sagging Memory Foam Mattress inside of the box springs itself. I'll be attempting to pull it apart in order to repair the broken box springs rung - I'll be using heavy cardboard to replace & reinforce the now sagging material on the top of the box springs because it NOW offers absolutely NO support to the Memory Foam Mattress. The mattress has been very fine BUT the box springs have been very problematic with this mattress. I'll now be having to repair an inner board, reset & restaple the fabric material that has torn, reinforse the surface area with cardboard sheets or plywood because the supporting rungs on the box springs are WAY TO FAR APART to be of any function for a even weighted Memory Foamed Mattress. The spacing in the box spring rungs allows the Memory Foam Mattress to swag down into the gaps, stressing the box springs framework, and soon begins tearing all of the box springs fabrics & materials. After a couple weeks the resulting swags in the Memory Foam Mattress become more than noticable and made the Memory Foam Mattress QUITE uncomfortable. It was only because of THAT problem that I even discovered the dificiency in using this type of box spring with this kind of Memory Foam Mattress. If I wanted a project I would have purchased a project - I purchased a set. Something to 'set-it' & 'forget-it'. THIS Memory Foam Mattress & THIS box springs SET - are NOT a purchase of that nature. This style box springs SHOULD NOT BE A COMPANION PIECE for this type of Memory Foam mattress. The box springs should have a complete firm surface - NOT fabric run between rungs - this does NOT give full support to a Memory Foam Mattress and THAT begans tearing apart the box springs. A Memory Foam Mattress should ONLY be placed on a solid surface pedistal frame or solid top box springs - NEVER a rungs type with stretched material as the supporting factor. Solid Top Pedistal Frame OR Solid Top Box Springs - ONLY for a Memory Foam Mattress.
