I had an amazing experience at CLS, as soon as I walked in I was treated like family. A family-owned business that is a great company and provides quality furniture at great prices. I was in need of a new couch and was guided to a great couch that fits my apartment perfectly. George assisted me in the process and that guy needs a raise. He did a great job, I would absolutely go back for any other mattress/ furniture needs. 10/10 wonderful experience.

I had the best experience shopping at CLS Direct and will henceforth be using them for all of my furniture needs! To begin, the shopping process was smooth and easy. I came into the store knowing what I wanted, thanks to their easy-to-navigate website. I consulted with Evan and George, who showed me the product and rang me up in about 10 minutes - the whole process was effective, while also remaining incredibly friendly! The couch itself is wonderful. I have used it everyday, multiple times a day, for the past 2 months and it still looks brand new. However, that's not to say it isn't comfortable - it is, and I have fallen victim to many naps on the couch. My cat has taken to using it as his personal scratching pad, but you can't even tell - there are no scuff markets or stray pieces of fabric. This couch was worth every penny. Despite this couch being my favorite piece of furniture in my apartment, it's not my favorite takeaway from my experience with CLS - that would be the customer service. I am still impressed by the kindness and knowledge that Evan and George showed me when I entered the showroom. I'm looking forward to shopping here again!

Needed a mattress immediately after moving here. This was the only place not trying to take an arm and a leg for a mattress. They did the obligatory attempt to upsell, which is to be expected anywhere, but when I stated exactly what I was looking for, they didn't keep pushing, which was so refreshing! They were straightforward, answered my questions directly, and I got a great deal! I would buy from them again!

Very pleased with our experience. Evan helped us and he was very helpful and not pushy like you experience at most furniture stores. Answered all our questions and let us split our payment(which was $200 less than the same items at Ashley) for our new loveseat and couch. We chose to pick it up when it was delivered to the store and we were told it would be 1-3 weeks for them to get our items in. If that were to change we would get a call. After a week and a half we got a call that our furniture was in and to just give them a call when we were on our way to pick it up. We called and when we showed up all we had to do was sign that we received it and Evan helped us load our furniture into our truck bed and told us if we ever needed help with anything else to come see them again. Very polite and the whole experience was easy and pleasant. Would buy from them again!

If I could give CLS Direct 100 stars I would! Evan and George were Awesome. Neither of them were pushy, they were very knowledgeable and they do their absolute best to make sure you feel comfortable, have great knowledge of whatever you are looking to buy and making sure you have the best price. I first had the plasure of dealing with George my husband and I wanted to look around and then make a decision. When we went back we had the pleasure of dealing with Evan he ordered our new sectional for us we are so excited and let me tell you I will go back to order more in the future and will recommend anyone and everyone I know to CLS! I went to CLS Direct yesterday and Loved it. I was helped right away. My customer s rvice rep was Evan. Total sweetheart. Helped.me decide on a good mattress. I went in at 11:30 am and my mattress and box spring was delivered to my house at 1pm at no extra charge. The boss man was very sweet as well. Everyone was so friendly. And they don't group you in as to what they thing you can afford. Great company and I will be going back to look at furniture.

Even though Evan gave me the best deal but unfortunately one of the mattress on display did not match with the one they gave me for purchase. Soon as I open it at home and waited for three days to fill up with the air like they instructed, the mattress is still thinner than the one on display at the store. I came to find out that they duped me and I felt cheated. Hope y'all keep it real for the next costumers.

I had a great experience with CLS direct. I bought almost all of the furniture in my apartment from them, and they were great about setting me up with stylish things that were in my price range. They have a great selection of furniture for young people at good prices. The sales staff are extremely friendly people. Not only did they assist me, but also my elderly grandmother in a different transaction. She has nothing but good things to say about the friendly, chivalrous delivery staff. (Easy on the eyes, too according to her, which is always a plus in our book!) Great company! Definitely buy from them! :)

Since I found this store, I have purchased a recliner, sofa, table set and TV stand. All were delivered promptly and with great care. While I did not use it, I was informed they have access to financing options, as well. Quality furniture at a great price. Can't beat these guys!!!!

I went in to CLS Direct looking for a queen size mattress set. I had seen some options on Craiglist that I was interested in. I spoke with Chris and he was great!! He assisted me right away, showed me several options and gave me time to browse on my own and see which one I liked. I asked him about delivery. I explained that I worked near the store, but would not get home until 4:15 (it was a little after noon at this point), but that I wanted the bed delivered THAT DAY. He assured me that he would have no problem meeting that expectation and that my mattress set would be delivered no later then 6:30 that evening. The delivery person arrived at 4:30 and it only took him 10 minutes to get my mattress and box spring set up in my room. I am extremely pleased with the service and product (I slept wonderfully last night) that I received from CLS Direct. I would DEFINITELY recommend them. They are very reasonably priced and they provide superior customer service!

This 5 start rating is NO fake. Could not be happier with my experience. I gave CLS less than a week notice when I ordered that I wanted this delivered on a particular day. They made that happen. Delivery guys rushed to get my furniture in before a storm hit, were very courteous, even took all the related trash back to their truck. Beautiful quality. Saved money. GREAT service. Great value on cabinets. They look great and are priced well below big box stores. TERRIBLE customer service! As long as you are not in a rush, meaning you can wait an extra month in addition to your regular order time, you will be fine. I'm still trying to complete a project I started in July and its nearly done with September. addendum- They took care of the issue and sincerely apologized. I'll give them another chance.

What a wonderful experience we had with CLS! From the moment we walked into the store to delivery, our service was amazing. We were promptly greeted by George and he worked with us to ensure we found just exactly what we wanted. My daughter was moving into a smaller apartment and he looked at the dimensions of her place to make sure we found a couch that would be the appropriate size. Along with a sectional couch, we ordered a tv stand, headboard and bedside tables. The delivery men showed up exactly within the scheduled time frame. They were very professional and friendly, The bedroom furniture and tv stand required assembly which they were quickly able to do. We will absolutely use CLS direct with our future furniture needs!

I ordered a bed that was suppose to be delivered a month ago and due to the manufacturer pushing back the date the bed is available, we are all waiting. At times it was difficult to receive a call back to inquire about the status of the piece I ordered, but the manager did call me back to ensure my order was on its way and provided good customer service. You save money when you buy here, but you may have to wait a while to receive your item due to the manufacturer.

Over the past few years we purchased a Master Bedroom Set, living room chair, living room couch, and our kids bunk bed sets all from CLS; for starters, as promised, everything was purchased well below retail. In fact I would say the prices are unbeatable. Every item we received was exactly what we were looking for, and the quality of the pieces was exceptional. Furthermore, everything was delivered by conscientious delivery people that went above and beyond the call of duty. Now, make no mistake CLS Direct is a no frills, furniture direct dealer. You can see some furniture in their store, but you're better off looking on their website. If you order, it takes 1-3 weeks to arrive, as per the gentleman that was working the floor. You're likely to find a mattress and bed you're looking for, as those are more plentiful at the store. Some of the furniture is cheaply made, and is comparable to what you may find at a Big Lots. Some is of better quality. I'd recommend this place for someone looking for ok furniture, and not wanting to spend big furniture chain prices.

Never go to this store for furniture or any thing. Stuff here is cheap but by the time it delivered to your home it will be more than 2 months from the ordered date. We ordered an Item and it got delivered exactly after 2 months. Really bad customer service. They don't respond properly on phone. These people will cut the call when you are still talking. So,If you want to wait for your furniture to arrive after 2 months then this is the better place.

Took King size memory foam from this shop it's too hot and can't use that at all when called the shop they say they can't do much so please try before buying as they don't remove the cover on the beds which you can't really feel before you try so buy in some other store than this store where you can try before you buy
