The experience was above expectations. They didn't have what I needed initially but said they would get it and call me when they did. They kept in touch with me to let me know they had not forgotten about me and ask for my patience. They were able to get the mattress I wanted at a great price. Ceasar was very professional. When I returned to purchase the mattress the young lady, working,Terri, was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the products with every customer that came in. She had excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Sandhills location.

We went just to get an idea of the type of mattresses that is available. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and really took her time with us explaining how each mattress should contour to your body. The entire staff was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We ended up purchasing the mattresses that conformed to me and my husband. Mattress Firm at Sandhills is the best.

Highly recommend matters firm!! Everyone here was very nice and extremely helpful . We looked at several places before we made our decision. I bought a purple mattress from here a month ago after sleeping on it a few weeks I knew this mattress wasn’t right for me so I called mattress firm at Sandhills in Columbia SC where I purchased the purple mattress and they told me to come in and after going there every one there was super nice and they helped me get another mattress that would work better for my needs! Great experience . Would not hesitate to buy from them again. Let me test many beds till I found just the right one. Ceaser the manager even gave me the discount from an online sale price. Could not believe delivery in 24 hours later and comes with 4 months trial if you don’t like it you can have it replaced and has a 10 year warranty.

They told me where the warehouse was and arranged for me to go pick them up within 30mins. They stopped everything they were doing to help me and walked me through the entire process. Trying to be cheap purchasing online, ran into bunch of problems for the delivery. Had already decided to purchase a bed, purchasing the comforter set, sheets, and pillows at the same time. Just waiting on the bed. After the third failure this morning, I walked into the store and they filled that void in less than 30 mins. Sending me back out with a smile after releasing the neck pain inherited from the guest mattress by elevating my feet during the test try. Canceled the original bed order because they failed to deliver the service expected. Take our advice and spend the money. Save your change and treat yourself right. Thanks Abby 😘

She broke down the differences in beds which was very important to me. As a fully disabled veteran I needed to make sure I found the right bed that would not amplify my physical pain. For the last 3 weeks I went mattress shopping. I decided to buy from this store because I felt like I was a valued customer and Caesar was very honest with me on which mattress I should pick and which wasn’t a good idea. I decided to go with the Serta Iseries Hybrid 2000 Firm. I believe that this mattress is a good choice for me. I was in love the minute I laid on it. It’s definitely an investment and it took me a minute to decide. But Caesar was very patient and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that the 2 Girls on the front desk talking loud about their Personal stuff, nails and whatever else. But definitely thumbs up to Caesar who was helpful and very nice and also got me a great deal. I spent a little more what I wanted to pay but I think it will pay off at the end. This is my second time at Mattress Firm at Sandhills location. I purchased a mattress with a base that allows the foot and head to raise up and down to my comfort. I purchased it in 2016. My mattress looks as if I just purchased it yesterday. I went yesterday to get my mom a king sized mattress and box spring. It will be delivered on Saturday. They deliver and take away the old mattress. They also give 4 months for my mom to try it out, if she don't like it, we can exchange for another one. I. recommend everyone to Mattress Firm.

After having a horrible experience with delays and absolute horrible customer service at a nearby furniture store, we turned to Mattress Firm at Sandhills to start the entire process over. (Originally purchased a mattress May 2021 and delivery was pushed back 3 times from June to July to August, still with no guaranteed delivery. This is understandable with the current issues due to Covid however, the customer service was absolutely unbearable.) We were immediately greeted by Midrina and Caesar. They were very friendly, personable, and patient as we roamed the store searching for something we loved. We found a couple options we loved but needed to return after our refund at the other store was finalized. We returned 7 days later and again were immediately greeted by Midrina and Caesar who remembered us from 7 days before. The process to purchase was very simple. They were very upfront about expected delivery times (something we never experienced at the other store). Although we do have to wait a little under two weeks for our mattress to arrive, we feel much more optimistic now. Thank you, Midrina and Caesar, for providing excellent customer service! You truly made a difference!

Awesome experience here! I HATE shopping for mattresses or anything similar, mostly because the people selling are usually pushy and only care about selling a matress and not your best interest. We came here first, not sure of what we were looking for. Keisha was super friendly and helpful and walked us through all of our options. We found a mattress that we really liked but we had a few more stores we wanted to check out first. We weren't pressured into anything we weren't sure of. We checked out a couple more stores, and found a similar bed for a lower price at one of them, but we didn't love it as much as the one at mattress firm (the salespeople didn't seem as happy to help, and we needed one ASAP and no one would deliver within 2 weeks). We returned to their store and spoke with the area manager and told him or situation. He worked with us and gave us the mattress we love at an even better price than our second choice, AND we got our bed the next day (the delivery guys were great too!) They really impressed us with their customer service

What wasn't awesome is Mattress Firm has stopped working with the mattress brand of our first mattress and we will have to go through the manufacturer if we want to use our warranty.

Had a great experience Jan 2017 but not this time I wasnt told my payments when I left the store. I was sold a headboard that didnt attach to the free adjustable base. When the headboard was delivered it didnt have any hardware to put it together. I had to call when the delivery guys came to find out why I was not informed there isnt a frame on the adjustable bed to attach a headboard to that I was just sold. They offered a free frame. I went back to the store to pickup the hardware and the frame. They couldn't find the bolts so they had to take them out of a display model and then I was informed that they sold the frame and I'd need to go to another store location to get it.
