This was an awesome experience! Although I like the temperpetic mattess, I liked the sales person (Scott), even better. He let me try and assortment mattresses, ensured that I was working within my price point, told me all the pros and cons of each mattress, and was professional, not pushy. I never felt pressured; just informed. He was also smart enough to realize that, had I left the store, after initially saying that I would think about it, I put probably would not have come back. He jumped.through a lot hoops to secure my purchase, and I left feeling great about my .purchase.. Thank you, Mattress Firm, for staffing your store with professionals that care, and educate.

Great experience as expected. This is the third mattress I've gotten from them. All of them have had adjustable bases. Customer service is prompt with the 120 days and exchange. I haven't been in the store for a while but they remembered me. Its good to see the same friendly faces still working there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mattress!

Went in earlier in the week and was helped by Big Chris. He was great. Couldn’t buy that day because my wife wasn’t with me. Went back with her today and bought one of the previously shown selections from another sales guy. He did a good job trying to up sell but those products weren’t in our budget. Paying and closing out was super easy. Everything to be delivered in September.

What a difference buying local can make! I bought a king mattress online but immediately regretted not knowing if I chose the best mattress for my money. This is the best shopping experience ever. Tim was very helpful and very nice. We bought a Beautyrest firm on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday, after one night of sleep, my wife and I decided that we are gong to get another set for my son. Order on Saturday and deliver on Sunday. Tim is a very nice store manager, and answered all my question I had with the adjustable beds, and give detail information about the products. We really enjoyed this shopping experience. 5 stars, no questions ask.

I recently had back surgery and still need another surgery on the low lumbar area. We currently have a gel technology mattress that is still in great shape but I was in need of more comfort. We came by the store the store located in Lexington SC on 378 highway by Lowe's. This is where we meet Chris Gilliam the salesman GREAT GUY. We explained what we needed to Chris Gilliam he went above and beyond to find a mattress or bed 🛌 that would accommodate my medical 🚑 issues. If you are look for a new bed/mattress you need to go by and see Chris Gilliam he will find what you need again this store is located in Lexington at 5416 sunset Blvd sc with great prices . My wife and I will be sleeping like a baby 👶 we purchased a new Iseries 300 plush matt with a 600 adjustable base with massage. We are in heaven it's going to be harder to get out of the bed to go to work 4show.lol. GO SEE CHRIS.

I went here twice. The first time I was coming by to investigate the Purple Hybrid mattress line. I spent about an hour in the store talking to one of the salesladies and got a lot of information. I came back today and bought the Purple Hybrid 3. Everything is well explained and the sales folks are very helpful.
