My husband and I bought a Hybrid 2000 adjustable king size bed back on 07/23/2022 Gwen was very helpful and knowledgeable and very kind.We were very impressed 👏 when we had a problem we called her and she was very helpful solving our problem. Ricky Yesterday on 09/12/22was so helpful solving our problem with the delivery repair 🚚 he was very knowledgeable and helpful,he rebook our date and he said we were not the only customer that had delivery 🚚 problem. We were pleasantly surprised that the salesperson was extremely helpful in allowing us to exchange the bed for a king size bed of the same brand. Our salesman Tim was great. Not pushy, didn't jump on us as soon as we walked in the door but did acknowledge us. He let us look around and was available when we needed him. He did a great job showing us the different styles and really seeing what we needed, not just selling us the most expensive option. He was not pushy at all and made the whole process very smooth because of his knowledge and experience. We have had multiple mattresses in the last 4 months after our previous mattress replacement and it was a pleasant experience which was nice. We will see how the mattress holds up but the buying and picking out of the mattress was a breeze.

Bryan was the only associate working and managed to juggle multiple customers and sales without making any one party feel overlooked. I had the best shopping experience today. I was helped by Bryan. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the price point. He was on it! I was looking for an inexpensive full size mattress that could be delivered by Friday. He did NOT try to talk me into anything other than what I asked for. We walked in the door just looking, and honestly, just to see what we thought we would like to buy, but probably from a different store. Tim, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and answered all our questions without seeming overbearing and pushy for a sale. He really was the reason we bought from here. I loved the 120 Day refund of any lower price we found on our model of bed. We will get the difference in price and he showed us how easy this was if we found a better price. My husband and I spent a whole day searching for a mattress. We found ones we liked at other places but they were way over our budget. In a last ditch effort before dinner we stopped buy Mattress Firm to see what they had to offer. It was a little after 6pm and they were closed. As my husband was about to leave a gentleman came out the door and told us to come on in and look. WOW!!! What customer service. Tim(the salesman) was GREAT! He showed us around ,asked questions, and was very helpful. We ended up finding the perfect mattress for a fantastic price and will make our sleepless nights no more. Great customer service, I explained what I was looking for and was shown several adjustable beds that would work well with my mattress. I was explained the different features and added benefits between the choices that were available. I was considering purchasing from Costco and Sam's, however, the clubs don't have a way to experience the models they offer. Mattress firm always has test subjects available and 0% financing makes the purchasing transaction much easier. Thank you MF for assisting my with my great night 🌙 sleep on my new 900!! After visiting a number of mattress firm stores, and laying down on at least 30 different mattresses, this store was beyond helpful and patient with my fiance and me. Both of us are a terror as far goes finding the right comfort zone that fits both of our needs. I'm a softy, hes a softy too but likes it on the firmer side. Both Brian and Terri were incredibly knowledgable and honest with us about the mattresses and the prices, and were so patient with us. We visited the store several times within a week because we just couldn't come to a decision. In the end we found the right one and they gave us a great price and let us just lay around on the mattresses without feeling pushed or pressured one way or another. Will definitely be back eventually, hopefully not for a while but whatever the case I would come back here!!
