I was so impressed by the way your sales manager treated me while I was in search for a new bed. I had 3 spinal surgeries in the last 2 years and my old bed was causing me a bit of pain, so it was necessary that I found a bed that didn't cause me anymore pain. Seth asked me a lot of questions about my sleep habits and and then recommend a few different choices and explained what the effect each bed would have. I tried a few and they were comfortable until the last one he showed me was like lying on a cloud. I fell in love with the serta hybrid and Seth started pushing some buttons and the head started to raise and then th foot. I couldn't believe how much the adjustable base made on my back. I've had the bed now for 3 weeks and no more back spasms. I can't thank Seth enough for what he has done for me and my back pain..... no more spasms or neck pain. I never realized how much difference a quality bed could make. Seth, thank you very much!!!!

The lady was very kind and helpful. She was kind to me and my one year old I had to drag along. She showed me a lot of mattresses and listened to me. I do feel like you could get these mattresses cheaper elsewhere. But I had my baby and I just had to get it done and didn't feel like going looking all over, or going to Florence or Columbia. I even saw them for cheaper on their website so that was disheartening. But I did get a free adjustable bed I never would have had, or invested in, otherwise. So I would say, do research before. They are very informative and kind but they are salespeople so be informed before you go. Havent gotten the mattresses yet, I'll update then.

I bought a queen sized Beauty Rest matress medium firm I love it I got the metal platform for it. I was surprised how easy it was to.put together 5 min. I am very happy with my new bed. My back does not hurt when I wake up in the morning. I ordered 2 twin and 1 full sized matresses with the metal platform for them that's how pleased I was with my first purchace. The people their are very friendly and helpful I 100% recommend them.

You can be sure you're being cared about here! I did not have the chance to go inside of the store, however I was sitting in the parking lot in front of the store for a little while. One of the employees saw me with my head down and my car running (I was reading on my phone) and came out to check on me! We went to mattress firm today at the Sumter, SC location. We were wanting to upgrade our mattress but we weren't sure we could afford to walk out with one today and we were planning on waiting until we got our taxes back. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by James. He was so nice and helpful and even offered our two year old a water and a snack while we shopped around. He was patient with my husband and I as we laid on 5 or 6 mattresses. We even started back at the beginning and narrowed them down on by one until we found the right one for us and he didn't show an ounce of irritation towards us. He knew a lot about every mattress we tried and he was able to answer all my questions. And believe me I had a ton of them. When it came to finance options, he broke them down for us and gave us several different quotes so we could find the payment plan that worked for us. And most importantly he made us feel comfortable and was an absolute delight to work with. Needless to say my husband and I walked out with a new mattress set to be relieved this coming Friday. We are so happy with James' customer service we will be coming back to mattress firm when we update our guest room. I HIGHLY recommend James at mattress firm in Sumter if you are looking to buy a new mattress. If you see this James, the Zamminers really appreciated your help and patients today!

These people are really customer oriented. I was looking for a memory foam full size mattress that would be firm but not so much that I had to sleep with back pain. Not a problem they set me right up with what I needed and then started giving me discounts, the biggie being MILITARY. Now I could have driven 90 miles round trip and saved a few dollars but they had what I wanted right there and with the great customer service, I was sold. They listen to what you want and are looking for and do their best to get it for you. Now they do have some high quality mattresses/sets from respected brand names if that is what you are looking for. They also have pillows, sheet sets and foundation kits in different price ranges but all are quality items. A final note, the mattress worked too well. I was able to sleep for more than two hours at a time, not possible in years due to back pain. Of course there may be some cons but I haven't seen them.

Went home and got on compter and applied and included required pictures. Sent to Mattress Firm and received immediate replied that claim would be reviewed and we would hear back within five days. We did hear back and claim was approve. Took return letter with approval to store today and replacmemt will be delivered In a couple of days. Nice to deal with MF and no hassell.
