This is, literally, the best mattress I've ever had! I needed a very firm mattress, but still comforting to my hips. It does the job and at the most affordable in today's market. I highly recommend Best Mattress. They also take the time to show you everything they have to offer and explain exactly HOW it is made. Love it! The delivery team were excellent too! They went above and beyond to make sure my new mattress and my old box springs (my choice) were properly supported. No one else has ever done that for me. Thanks again to the entire Best Mattress team!

Excellent experience from walking in to blissful night's sleep! We shopped several stores and came back here. They offer a 10 year NON prorated warranty. The gentlemen who delivered the mattress were very professional, they helped my wife install the dust ruffle. We will never shop any where else.

Best Mattress Company made a beautiful and very comfortable mattress for my antique bed in record time and delivered it to the house exactly when promised. The bed is about 2" too small for a standard full-sized mattress, and none of the stores I visited were able to provide a mattress that would fit inside the bedframe. They all referred me to Best Mattress Company. They were right. Logan understood exactly what was needed, helped me make decisions on which components were available without pushing for a sale, and could not have been better to work with. The delivery guys were great. The quality and workmanship is wonderful. I'm very impressed with this company.

We've been buying mattresses from Best Mattress for over a decade now. I've found their customer service and price really hard to beat! We most recently purchased a new queen mattress and the mid-level adjustable base for our master bedroom, and a full mattress and box spring for a guest bedroom. We went into the store on Devine St. And had a wonderful experience. The salesman took his time with us and was able to answer any questions we had. He was very accommodating when scheduling delivery, and when he gave us the total it was less than the cost of a just a queen mattress and basic adjustable base at several other stores! I recommend Best Mattress to everyone I know in the market for a new mattress without reservation. I love that they are a local company and that they make their mattresses in West Columbia. Absolutely loved the experience I had at Best Mattress on Meeting Street. First mattress store we went to, went to others, and circled back around to purchase the TriZone Latex mattress with Mr. Wilson! Enjoyed the entire mattress and adjustable base. Received the mattress before the 2 week turnaround period and added the custom feature. The meeting street show room had a massaging adjustable base. Had a little miscommunication in the massaging feature when receiving the mattress but called Logan right up and he got us fixed!

Probably the best mattress you can buy today without taking out a personal loan ! Very well priced for such a high quality mattress . Extremely well made , beautiful fabric , no strange off gasses., because there are no harsh chemicals used ! A true double sided mattress and can be turned and so lasts much longer than the average single side mattress ! The staff including sales desk , accounting , warehouse and delivering are all professional but extremely warm and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel like family because well they are a family company and all their mattress are made for you when you order not sitting around some dusty warehouse just waiting ! ! We loved our last mattress we bought in 2007. When it was time to buy another mattress we went straight back to Best Mattress to buy their latest bed mattress and platform that lifts the head, feet, massager, flashlight on the remote, a snore stop option, and light underneath the bed. I was a little skeptical buying a mattress that can't be returned but their comfort adjustment option is perfect. We bought a king memory foam that was firmer than we'd prefer. Logan was able to have my mattress picked up in the morning and brought back in just a few hours. The new one is perfect and the delivery guys were great. Much better option than having to start all over with one of the online places.

We just bought two more mattresses from Best Mattress (got three six years ago). It was a good surprise to find that Mr. Wilson Joye still worked here. He is an extremely nice gentleman and very pleasant to talk to. I had met the owner twice - he is a super friendly guy too. We are happy with all mattresses we got from this place. This is a locally owned family mattress store, it has its own factory adjacent to the building. So it addresses our requirements very quickly and the price is very reasonable.

I went to this family owned business to buy a mattress for my college-aged son. They gave me a college student discount and were great to deal with for the sale and delivery. After the twin mattress and frame were delivered, my son decided it was too small and wanted a full. Mr. Wilson calls and schedules the deliveries and he is the kindest man I may have ever spoken to in the phone. The delivery guys who bring your mattress are the kind of guys who you don’t mind having in your home. Not like some businesses who hire ‘day labor’ for deliveries. We like it so much when I needed another I went back to Buddy Delany.and purchased another mattress... First there was no pushing me into one or another ..I was given the time to be sure because now as a widow I was making a investment and wanted something to be lasting and comfortable but also help my back...I trusted Mr Delany since he was good to us last time.... His sister Linda was very nice and his son too... It came the day of delivery. They removed my tempur pedic king down the stairs and brought the new one in. It was also a king , big and beautiful but unlike my tempur pedic it did not bend! I thought after the movers had tried and tried I would not be getting my beautiful new bed but they eased my mind , and assured me they would make me happy.. They took a while and poor things were sweating but they got my bed in and I was so impressed by their efforts and careful moving to get my mattress upstairs.. Often you dont find this kind of service by every level of a business but EVERYONE was helpful courteous and seemed to just want to please and they did!! Best experience ever, I highly recommend Best Mattress. Mr. Joye was extremely helpful and friendly, but not pushy at all. The first mattress he recommended ended up being “the one.” My husband has chronic back issues, and has been sleeping wonderfully since we switched. I was able to get my side 20% softer and it’s perfect! When we ordered, Mr. Joye told us that all the mattress were made in their warehouse and to expect delivery in about 10 days. We ended up getting our mattress delivered in about 5 business days! Delivery was a breeze and the guys were super friendly. I appreciated the heads up phone call that they were on the way and would see me soon, even though I had an estimated delivery time that spanned 2hrs. That company was wishy washy not returning calls and making excuses for why they could not deliver the bed. My dad called you guys on Thursday and told you the situation and 24 hours later I had two delivery drivers dropping off a new bed for me. He asked questions about my sleeping habits and preferences and then gave me the perfect amount of time to make an informed decision — never pushy! I ordered my new mattress and foundation on a Sunday afternoon, and I received a call the following Friday to set up delivery this Wednesday. Can’t wait!! What a wonderful experience! We first visited the store on Devine. Logan took his time to really educate us on mattresses--not sell us one. We left with a specific mattress in mind and compared it to two other stores' mattresses. The other two stores could not compete in price, service or anything! We went back to Best Mattress but this time to the Meeting St. location. There we were treated equally well and found a mattress we liked better. It was less expensive and they had JUST designed it two weeks prior. Delivery and old mattress pickup was flawless. Everyone we met was kind, helpful and in no way a sales-type. Buddy worked with us to build the exact mattresses that we wanted. We were able to get natural latex, custom firmness for each of us, and organic cotton covers at a price that was very competitive. I had the same mattress for 10 years, so it’s safe to say I had no idea what I was looking for in a new one. Walked into the Devine location and had fantastic customer service. Logan helped me through the process where we zoned in on exactly what felt right for me. After we settled on one, the mattress was delivered the next business day. Delivery was so smooth, and the guys were swift and respectful. They also took my old mattress out so I didn’t have to deal with throwing it away. After sleeping on the new mattress, I decided I wanted an additional feature. The delivery guys came to pick it up, added it, and dropped it back off within an hour. Since then, it feels like I sleep in a cloud. It’s so nice waking up actually feeling rested and ready to start the day. I had no idea what I was missing until I came here. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful experience! Buddy and staff were very informative and not once did I feel pressured which is unlike the big box stores. I went from a 14 year old inner spring mattress to memory foam. The first week I was doubting my purchase but once my body adjusted I've never slept better! Not once have I had a back ache which happened nearly every morning on my old mattress. I was even able to customize my mattress with edge support and a cooling cover. The delivery guys were super nice. You can't go wrong with Best Mattress!

Great shopping experience AND great mattress! My wife had bought a Best Mattress years ago which finally just wore out. We like the old one so much, we returned and bought an inner spring replacement mattress. We got it home, slept on it for two weeks and were unhappy with it. We contacted Best Mattress who took it back with no hassle. Logan, the representative at the Meeting St. store, had us try out new foam mattresses as an alternative to inner spring. Nervously we selected one that felt good in the store, but worried it might not sleep well at home. Happy to say we couldn't be more pleased! The new mattress is a great blend of firm and soft for a terrific sleep! I've already phoned Logan and we're headed back to Best Mattress to look for a replacement for our guest bedroom. I'm here to tell u unequivocally this is the best mattress I have ever slept on!!!! I'm an oversized person with legs, back and knee pain, along with sciatica. Normally I wake up very very stiff and achy and toss and turn all night resulting in of course, waking and not feeling rested. That all changed on July 13th night when I slept on it for the 1st time. They came and got our mattress, switched the layers, brought us a new mattress within a week. If I was going to purchase a product that I will use pretty much everyday for the next 10 years, I wanted to be very sure I made the right choice. While speaking to a variety of people about their mattress choice, I learned a lot about the pros and cons of Sleep Number, memory foam, pillowtop, gel and the infamous 'bed in a box'. A good friend strongly recommended I go to Best Mattress before I made a final decision. We met our salesperson, Joye, upon arrival and he addressed every concern we had. He was patient and I feel he genuinely wanted us to make the best decision for ourselves, whether that be one of their product or one from another company. We settled on the Quantum Ultra-Premium (Medium). The first couple of nights we worried it may be too firm. Then we put our pillowtop mattress cover back on and I think we have the perfect setup. The two free pillows were a bonus and we'll head back across town when we need to buy again.

No questions asked- they came and retrieved the mattress, made the agreed upon adjustment to it and returned it to us the same day. And it’s now exactly what we were after.

Over 5 years ago we went to Best Mattress and a few other stores looking for a mattress to replace our 15 year old Simmons Beautyrest. We knew nothing about mattresses except we loved that older Beautyrest for years. It truly was like sleeping on a cloud. The gentleman at Best Mattress explained why we loved that old plush Beautyrest and showed us around the showroom. We were overwhelmed by all the choices. We looked all over the Columbia area and finally bought a memory foam mattress from another store. Memory foam at the time was all the stores were selling. Worst mistake we ever made. We paid a lot of money for that supposedly "Plush" memory foam mattress and it was like sleeping on a soft rock. Your body sank down into the mattress and made turning over at night difficult at best. We were told that it would soften as time went by but it didnt. 2 years later we tried putting various Memory Foam and Latex toppers on top of that "Rock" and while it made it more tolerable, you could still see the pits our bodies made in that mattress after a couple of years. That memory foam was still hard as a rock. I could still recall the sales rep at Best Mattress telling us what to look for in a premium mattress and it was evident that the expensive mattress we purchased from the other store was not living up to the promises made. 4 years later I did a lot of research and determined why we loved that old Simmons Beautyrest. The Beautyrest was a pure latex mattress. It had a firm latex interlayer and a Medium Firm top layer which is why it was so nice for so many years. It provided excellent support and yet had a plush feel. We went back to Best Mattress and the same sales rep we spoke to 4 years earlier was still working there. He again showed my wife and I all the various mattresses and got us to try several out. I told him what kind of mattress we were looking for. He showed us what they had and what they COULD MAKE for us, told us about the guarantee and we purchased that day. They brought the mattress out a few weeks later and asked that we sleep on it for a week to get used to it. The first night was great. It was like sleeping on a real mattress again. We thought it was still a bit firm and called Best Mattress to see what they could do to make it a bit more plush. They scheduled a pickup then came and picked it back up early one day and brought it back later that same day. I'm not gonna lie; this all latex mattress is easily as good as the Beautyrest we owned for 15 years. I can only hope it will last as long. According to Best Mattress its should. We should have purchased from Best Mattress 4 years before and we could have saved a lot of money and aggravation. Give Best Mattress a visit. I have been very impressed with their service and support. They have so many options and their mattresses are made in West Columbia. I really appreciate that they stand behind their quality products.
