I came in a hour before closing. They didn't have the mattress I wanted in stock, however they were able to send me to the nearest location who had it in stock. I did all my financial business with them. All I needed to do was pick up the mattress from the other location which was only 10 minutes away. They were so professional and sweet. My son loves his new mattress. Thank you!

Awesome Experience. I needed to furnish a trundle bed in my guest room and i was not sure what mattress to get, but Ezequiel helped guide me through the process. Long story short, I purchased 2 great memory foam bamboo mattresses at a great price. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future if i need a new mattress!

Ezequiel (the manager) was able to help me find a great mattress within my budget and provide me discounts to include pillows and delivery fees within my allocated budget. Thanks to Ezekiel (with a Q) for great customer service. He completed a survey to help me choose the best mattress for my sleeping comfort. I had an amazing experience buying a mattress from Mattress firm. Two days before, I tried going to Macy’s to look for a mattress. There were 4 employees and 3 customers in the store at the time. My boy friend and I were greeted and told someone would be with us in 5 min. In the mean time, we tried out all the mattresses to find out 45 min later that one employee went on a lunch break and the other 3 had clients. We found the mattress we wanted to buy online and left rather than wasting more time. I did a lot of searching online after we left and the next day, and noticed a lot of places have the same mattress but call it something else, so price comparing is difficult. so I decided to go to Mattress Firm to try out a mattress in-person. I walked in and there was one employee, Mimi, who greeted me. There were 2 other customers and I figured I’ll look around and try out the mattresses while she finishes up with the other clients, but instead she let them look around on their own and came over to me and asked me if I knew what kind of mattress I would like. I knew I wanted it more firm one, but past that I wasn’t too sure. She let me try 4 different types and explained the differences, and then had me tell her which I liked most. From there, she helped me find one within my budget and did so while delivering superior customer service. I appreciated her honesty about what details I really need to focus spending my money on vs which ones were less important. I would highly recommend the location on Roosevelt right off the red line if you’re looking for a great deal and a reason to smile. What started out as an irritating, stressful chore turned into a warm, welcoming and satisfying experience. Thank you Mimi!!

I wanted to buy a nicer mattress to help me sleep consistently through the night, and I had a lot of questions. Joe, the store manager, gave me a very complete and thorough rundown of the memory foam mattress market that complemented my online research well. Much like the other reviewers on here, I felt like Joe's style was very low pressure and honest. In fact, he even steered me away from the most expensive options because they didn't suit what I was looking for. Finding a commissioned salesman who is this honest is very rare these days. The selection at the store is much better than you would expect for a store that size. Even if you aren't super interested in buying a mattress, it's fun to just go in and lay down on a bunch just to see what's out there. And with the low pressure style, it really allows you to ask any questions you might have and get to know all of your options (not just the expensive ones). I was in a rush to have everything completed so I asked for free next day delivery and everything went smoothly. The new mattress delivery, assembly, and old mattress removal process was complete in under 30 minutes. If you are in the South Loop and are even remotely interested in getting better sleep, I highly recommend stopping in and laying down on a few mattresses here. My only complaint would be that their hours should be extended a bit so that people could swing by later in the evening. But other than that, I had a great mattress buying experience there and would do so again in the future!

Went in to check out some mattresses for my teens, who will be staying in Chicago for College, instead of attending school out of state( Thanks Covid19). I walked into the store and the sales person, Mimi, greeted me and then she received a call. There was a delivery issue and Mimi quickly and professionally handled the issue. Just listening to her and seeing how customer focused she was, while dealing with this issue, won me over immediately. I told Mimi what my need was as well as my budget. Mimi asked many questions about my daughters' sleeping habits to help me find the perfect mattresses. Who knew mattress shopping could be a stress reliever? It was such a great experience getting to try all the mattresses at the showroom. MeMe, the sales person, was very lovely. She gave us all her attention and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the mattresses. She wanted to make it as stress free as possible knowing me and my fiance are getting married on Saturday. About a week ago I went out on a mattress hunt and this store was the second one I went to. I had imagined it was going to be the next of many stops. I had a price range in mind and it wasn't too high (my cap was going to be 400). The salesperson, Bobby, was super helpful and helped me find a mattress that was barely over the budget, which in the end actually seemed to be a major payoff. He took time to look through the inventory in the computer (there was stuff in store in the price range but he wanted to show me more options) to find a better mattress that was in one of the warehouses, and the mattress was on sale. In the end I got one that was listed for $648.99 alone (before the sale). I ended up paying $497 for it INCLUDING the delivery and box spring. I had to wait a week or so for it to be delivered because it was coming from the warehouse, but it was worth it. The delivery people came right in the time slot they were supposed to (unlike the cable guy) and they called 30 minutes beforehand. The bed is awesome, like really awesome. And as for Bobby, he was easy to talk to and really friendly and funny, so it was a fun experience. : ]

was looking for a new mattress this spring, so I decided to stop in at the new mattress store on Roosevelt & State on a Saturday in May. I had already tried out several mattresses at a large department store, so I knew what I was looking for when I went in, and I knew the prices at other stores. Pros of Bedding Experts: *The store manager, Joe, is not pushy. You know when you walk into some stores and you feel like you have a target on your back because people are following you around? Well, that is uncomfortable, especially when you are "trying out" mattresses. Joseph asked us what we were looking for, gave us the pitch for the different brands of beds he had, and then he let us be. It was great to be able to take our time without being watched. *Delivery was wicked fast, and included. We had our new mattress within 48 hours. It took the delivery guys 5 minutes to deliver and set up the new mattress, and take the old mattress out of the house. *The price was the best in Chicago. I purchased a Sterns & Foster bed, and I knew the price at each store in Chicago. Joseph said he would beat any price, but his original price was already lower than anyone else. *My new mattress is amazing. I have had it for about 1.5 months, and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend Sterns & Foster! Cons of Bedding Experts: *They don't have as many choices as a large department store, so, I would probably start there if you are just starting your search so you can try out all the mattresses. Then, I would go to Bedding Experts to get the best deal.

I had a GREAT experience trying out, learning about and finally purchasing a mattress. I had been researching mattresses for a few months and when I was finally ready to purchase, I started with Bedding Experts and had a fabulous time learning even more about mattresses from Tony out at the Homewood store. From there, I did some comparison shopping and even tried the new store in the south loop area, Sleepy's and did not have a good experience there as they were more concerned about making the sale then making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I ended up back at Bedding Experts and this time knew exactly what type of mattress I was looking for and ended up purchasing some awesome pillows as well to maximize my ultimate sleeping experience. This time I worked with Joe, who was also a super knowledgeable, very personable, and customer-focused sales associate. I cannot overstate the level of service and courtesy we received from these 3 wonderful people. We had Joe the store manager who provided great no pressure help during our visit. He knows his specific bed information very well and will point you in the right direction to meet your needs. We needed delayed shipping due to furniture arriving which was accommodated easily and arranged to have the bed arrive shortly after the furniture set up was complete. I'm not a fan of this place. I purchase a Queen mattress set and I wanted to change it to a lower price Queen set and the worker had got attitude. I guess it was more work for him to do but couldn't change it because his boss wasn't there. So I was annoyed so had to come back up there another day to change the set. Next time I won't go there, I would go to the other one further down on Roosevelt.
