Mattress Firm Skokie did a great job of helping me select the perfect mattress, delivered it on time, and set it up with great care. We purchased a second mattress for our son but found it to be too soft. When I phoned the store and talked to Tom, he took great care to facilitate a mattress exchange, and did not give me a hard time. I highly recommend Mattress Firm Skokie if you need a great mattress at a great price with really nice, helpful employees!

Richard was the sales associate who worked with me. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. It was a great shopping experience and I feel confident about my purchases. I couldn’t be happier. Going into the store and working with Richard, I was able to test mattresses. While there are websites providing positive reviews of mattresses sold online, I made the mistake of following these reviews. Don’t make the same mistake. Now I have to pay a $99 return fee for a favorably-reviewed mattress sold online. It is far better to test multiple mattresses and to work directly with someone truly helpful who isn’t aligned with one particular brand.

Such Great experience with this Mattress Firm. Great selection and prices and knowledgeable staff. The sales rep we dealt with (Richard I believe) was amazingly friendly and helpful. He was not too pushy and did not seem like most of the other salesman types. He just wanted us to be happy and he helped us find something that meet our criteria. I definitely recommended him. I’ve bought more than a few mattresses over the years and this was the best experience by far. I don’t like leaving reviews but for him and this store I will. Great job!

I went into the store to buy a new firm mattress, with the idea that I wanted to stay under $1,000. I was expertly led to 2 excellent mattresses, at $899 with a free base included. Deciding which one to pick was not easy, but then, just for fun, I went to lie down on Tempur-pedic firm mattresses. I could Not resist! My sales person was amazing, and honest, and he allowed me to make my own decision, which was to ultimately purchase a Tempur-pedic. This was on sale, though still expensive. I know I made the decision to help me physically, and Richard was knowledgeable, supportive, and particularly patient with me. I recommend this store and Richard

Very clean and showroom looks great! All new tempurpedic models are on display along with Intellibed, Purple, Beautyrest Black hybrids and Serta I-Series. Sealy and Stearns and Foster new models just arrived and look and feel great. I prefer the tempurpedic luxe breeze soft model and have never slept better. This is the North Shores Super Store for mattresses!

Bought 2 mattresses from ‘Ace’ who was very helpful without pressuring us. Took the time to explain the different types and pros and cons for each. Then matched that with our budget and ended up buying 2 mattresses when we initially came in for just one. Would definitely recommend.

We had a bed emergency and Mattress Firm came to the rescue! We had ordered a platform bed and mattress in May of this year from a furniture store and delivery was set for September. The bed was delivered and it was defective and we found out they no longer make the bed. We declined the whole order and there we were with an empty bedroom. We went to Mattress Firm on a Wednesday evening. They had exactly what we were looking for (a firm king hybrid mattress) in stock. It was on sale, and they delivered two days later, complete with box springs and frame. The sales person, Edith, was lovely. She was professional and friendly and we were in and out of the store in less than a half hour. I could not be happier with mattress firm and I highly recommend them.

After doing months of research and testing mattresses at different stores I just about gave up. I figured I would give it a try again and went to Mattress Firm in Skokie. It was there I found 2 people with the knowledge and patience I had been looking for. They even let me lay in the beds of my choice to get comfortable. Not the lay down and get up either. I stayed in the bed for about a half hour before I decided it was the bed for me. Marc and Edith were so pleasant I will send everyone I know who needs a bed to their store. They set me up with a bed I needed, and were very upfront with the quality of each bed. Making my decision easier. Thank you Marc and Edith for everything!

Jace has amazing customer service! We bought a queen size mattress for our main bedroom and needed a full size for our guest room. Jace worked with us to get us the best possible deal AND delivery on our move-in day about 3 weeks out. When there was a mix up with the order that delayed out guest room mattress delivery, he called to let us know and make it up to us by upgrading our guest mattress for free!! Mattress Firm is good stuff, and Jace helps make them so!

I recently purchased a Queen sized mattress @ the Mattress Firm Store in Skokie Illinois. My experience there was absolutely wonderful. The store was clean, bright with good lighting, the selection of mattresses was more than adequate. My sales person was Josh Dore he was not only friendly, but very patient and took much time showing us different options that fit in to our budget. He never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase and he went above the expectations to make us feel comfortable. I did infact purchase a Queen Sized Pillow top Mattress. I will definitely be returning to that store for my future mattress needs, and I will recommend family and friends to shop there as well. In conclusion all staff members were wearing masks and practicing social distancing practices during Covid -19. GO THERE IT'S A GOOD PLACE !

Great experience at this store! Jace was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I spent about an hour and half testing each bed, asking about all the prices and discounts, and being super indecisive during it all. I also appreciated him calling me by name throughout the whole process and asking pertinent questions to my sleep experience. I truly didn’t plan on walking out having purchased a mattress, but that’s what happened! I went in on Monday night and it’s Wednesday and I have my bed, set up free of charge (which Jace threw in for me, along with discounts on the adjustable frame, sheets, and mattress protector). We stopped in this morning looking for a mattress that we could have in time to move in on Friday this week. Tom and Jay were very helpful. Once we picked out a mattress, Tom did everything he could to make it convenient for us to get the mattress with no delay. Once it became clear that it would be a hassle to have it delivered to our home in New York, Tom gave us a great deal on a slightly nicer mattress we could take home today! In all, we were done within half an hour and we have a great mattress ready to go. Jace is the guy to go to! Let me start off by saying the customer service I received from Jace was beyond exceptional. You can immediately tell he is a genuine person who truly does want you to get the bang for your buck. Sales representatives really put me off to the purchasing process but Jace was not pushy at all. He allowed us to browse the store without interruption and recommended some really amazing options. He convinced us of the purple bed; let me tell you, it is worth every dollar. Price was a bit of an issue but he was able to find us a mattress through the outlet so we could splurge on a better quality of bed. Due to COVID-19, we had to call for a private appointment first. We were able to make an appointment here just 20 minutes in advance. When we arrived, Jace (I’m sorry if i misspelled his name) let us in to look around, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were looking for a kid’s mattress and Jace let our son test them out using a disposable sanitary mattress cover.. He then helped us carry the new mattress to the car. The store is very clean and well-organized and we got a great deal on a memory foam mattress ($200 for a twin size). If you’re worried about mattress shopping during COVID-19, don’t be! The hygiene practices here are impressive. You can’t test a mattress without a protective liner being placed on it first. The staff wear masks and there is hand sanitizer at the front desk. Highly recommend Mattress Firm on Skokie Boulevard!

This review is two portions what about Mattress Firm the company and the other more specifically about this location. Shopping at Mattress Firm is extremely easy they have a very specific system in order to figure out what bed type fits what you like to sleep with. This specific location is absolutely fantastic the customer service is top-notch every step of the way and went above and beyond my expectations and what I think is reasonable to expect from any company. Working with Johnny and Anton was easy reassuring and most importantly friendly and truthful. I'm not saying that there was not any bumps in the road with the purchase, but what I am saying is with a friendly and kind manner and caring and compassion they went above and beyond the responsibilities to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend not only shopping at Mattress Firm but more specifically shopping at this specific location because of the quality of service and more importantly the quality and kindness of the sales team. With my specific purchase they were a number of unique situations which I think would have thrown a monkey wrench into the ability of other individuals to be able to service my needs but that is not true for both Johnny and Anton. I think the most important thing with this location was that they listen to my budget and explain to me my options very clearly and concisely and not once showing me an option that was out of the price range of which I was able to afford. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm or more specifically I would highly recommend this location with their Stellar staff that go above and beyond.

I haven’t ordered a mattress in years. But I moved my 96 year old mom to a new assisted living center. I left the old bed where she had lived before. I didn’t have time to shop around in this era of Covid-19, so I ordered the mattress and box spring online. Unfortunately when I ordered I neglected to say that I needed a “low profile” box spring. So when the mattress and box spring was delivered it was too high for my mother to get in bed. Instead of calling online again, I called the Mattress Firm location in Skokie. I spoke with Jace Starwin who assured me that he had a low profile box spring to replace the original one that was delivered. The next day I met Jace, who was extremely professional, and understanding. Not only did I order a low profile boxspring, but another and better mattress for the same price. This mattress originally was twice the amount of the mattress I purchased, but it was on sale. So all that was necessary was to do an exchange. I paid a small fee for assembly, and the low profile box spring and new mattress was delivered in a few days, the crew, took the original mattress and box spring and assembled the new. Great service, great experience! I started to wake up with an aching back; that told me it was time for a new mattress. After trying a memory foam mattress when I was a houseguest last summer, that’s the direction I was headed. The salesman, Jace, encouraged me to try a wide variety of mattresses, memory foam, regular, and hybrid. He introduced me to the added feature which raises or lowers the head or the knees and was very patient as I considered the pros and cons. In the end he supported the choices I made and was very helpful in giving me a good deal. This was an hour and a half of time well spent, & i’m looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress!

He asked which position my husband and I slept if we like to sleep on top of mattress or sink into mattress. He asked if I got hot when I slept. Very helpful guy. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. He learned what we were looking for, and tried to get an idea. Showed me some maps of some beds composition and then tried the bed in store. Because we were on s budget of under $1000, we thought, no way will they have a nice hybrid that will be to our comfort. Because we’ve been to 8+ stores, the past few weeks, and found no bed under $1k. But this guy?
