Besides the great selection at competitive, fair prices, my attending salesperson :Mr. Shaka was very informative, patient and worked with me at every angle to make sure I was able to find something comparative what I was looking for and had me completing the sale, leaving the store as if I got what wanted, needed and all at a great price. Mr. Shaka with product knowledge, intuition, professionalism & people skills made me feel like my friend or a close, trusted family member was assisting me on the sale instead of just another typical salesperson. Mr. Shaka at such point could of sold me a car, home, a business venture, etc. I felt that comfortable with him, trusted his product info. & his willingness to help me find what I needed at a price that will have me coming back in da very near future for another mattress, box, frame set for another close relative. My mom and I were greeted by Chaka, a man who was born to sell mattresses. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure that we were getting exactly what we came for. We walked out with a great deal and no hassle whatsoever. This store had many different styles of mattresses , should you want a softer or firmer top. When you go in, ask for Chaka, you’ll be glad that you did.

Upon entering the building I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Chaka Bradley (Sleep Expert) introduced himself and offered his service. He was professional, and personable. Even though I had done my research, I wanted to hear his professional recommendations. Chaka was knowledgeable and was sensitive to my price range. He was very patient and after an extensive search, we were able to find a mattress that was perfect for me. Came in for a new mattress and had the pleasure of working with Carol. She was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure me to add on any additional products, but did highlight the benefits the other products would provide. She really listened attentively to what I was looking for and did not try to push and oversell me on a mattress over my budget or on a product I did not need immediately. Carol even remembered small details we discussed immediately when I walked in, which most people would typically forget, making the experience even more personal. She created a more “family owned business” vibe instead of a large corporation which I loved. Could not recommend this Mattress Firm enough as well as working with Carol. She’s truly one of a kind!

I went in with an idea of what I wanted so it took me less than an hour. I was helped by Carol. She was friendly and patient. Any question I had about the mattresses she knew. She's a great salesperson because she really sold me on a lot of items they had. I declined most of them and she wasn't bothered by it. On April 6, 2021,My Fiancé and I, went to Mattress Firm at their Bridgeport location, in search of a new bed. We were warmly welcomed and greeted by Ms. Carol Johnson, who kindly and patiently attended us throughout the process of choosing a bed for our new apartment.Even though I didn’t have a credit history and was unable to get a loan, she helped me get a lease from Progressive Leasing. I was so happy to go home with our new bed and enjoy a good night sleep. Unfortunately, the mattress we thought was going to be a perfect fit for us wasn’t for my body and back. I called Ms. Johnson and explained that the mattress was too soft and didn’t have enough support for my lower back. I suffered lower back pain, sciatic nerve pain, and hip pain. I must admit that Ms. Johnson wasn’t at fault in my Fiancé and I choosing the mattress that later caused me to experience back pain. She allowed me to lay on several soft and firm mattresses within my budget, and my fiancé and I chose a soft memory foam mattress. However, after learning of my back pain condition she called me into the mattress firm location to pick out a firmer mattress and we chose a stock mattress and she made calls to find one and had it set aside for us and delivered to my apartment a couple of days later. Wow !!! That was amazing!!!! She also helped me get another lease from Progressive leasing for this second mattress, which was in exchange for the first one. I’ve had no more back pain since I received the firmer mattress. Ms. Carol Johnson went above and beyond in ensures that I was able to find the right mattress for me. She is a great person and we’re so glad she was there for us. Thank you Mattress Firm for having Ms. Carol Johnson as your customer service representative. She truly cares about each person who walks through Mattress Firm and wants them to have a great experience purchasing a bed. I definitely will shop again at mattress firm and tell my family and friends to go there because I know that Ms. Johnson Will take care of them well.

Our situation is different than most consumers looking to buy our second Adjustable Bed. It’s not just an issue of comfort and convenience. My wife’s disability means our bed has significant medical benefits. I researched and my wife and I agreed on the Tempur-Pedic Ergo Adjustable base as our choice. Other than knowing we wanted a firm mattress we didn’t talk such about brands. I chose the Mattress Firm location in Bridgeport based on local convenience. But I got so much more than I could have hoped for. Anthony. listened carefully as I described our situation. He was patient, thorough, deliberate and very well versed in the features of all of the Adjustable bases as well as the wide selection of mattresses. He helped me compare the base I came in looking for as well as competing products. Based on my wife’s immobility, he recommended a Purple Mattress, a brand I knew very little about. But again, his knowledge of the product was extremely helpful. He explained that the technology was developed as seat cushions for wheelchair users and the Purple mattress is designed to help dissipate pressure points, a significant issue in our circumstance. Not only was the final price exactly what I expected, but Anthony helped us make the most of promotional offers from both Tempur-Pedic and Purple. The crowning jewels in this transaction included 0% financing and delivery in one week. This purchase was something I stressed over for weeks as I did my research. But Anthony put all my fears to rest and made this an easy transaction. The Mattress Firm Store in Bridgeport was very clean. They follow all Covid-related mask and social distance guidelines. We came here on a recommendation from a friend and worked with John Geimer. First of all, I had no idea this level of comfort was even possible. If you are like me and constantly telling people how tired you are, reevaluate your mattress.
