She helped me pick out the best mattress suitable for me! Denise was patient, kind and answered all my questions! Best part is the delivery time is convenient and quick! Thank you so much Denise! Wallid was absolutely amazing. He was very patient, listened to everything I was looking for in a new bed and experiencing with my old 16+ yr old mattress. His selection process was amazing, his patients was amazing. He looked at my posture when I was on each mattress to see what might be best. After some time we found the perfect bed for me in my price range. If I had to recommend anyone for a new mattress it would be Wallid. One of the best salesmen I have ever had and his personality was 5 stars.

I finally got the nerve to go look for a new mattress. I thought it was awkward to roll around on a. Mattress in public but salesperson WALLY took charge and before I was going from one mattress and another while Wally was explaining how each was how much they fit the way I had explained. I was so relaxed and also decided to get a bed frame that will let me raise the head so I could read my books. Wally has a wonderful personality and an asset to the store.

Sorry Matress King, the rep I got at Matress Firm, Wally... he just took your crown. I expected to sit on one or two beds and be like, "that's good enough for me." Nope. Wally wasn't havin it. Ran through some fancy test, had me try out a whole bunch of different ones, and when I finally found the right one, he was like "Here, this one's basically the same but 200 bucks cheaper." Just recently went back to Mattress Firm to purchase a second bed for the house. The first time I went in 2020 was for my son. I didn't write a review because it wasn't my bed. However, since my son loved it, I thought I would give it a go for myself the first month of 2021. Joe Nowak was amazing again. He was able to assist my wife in finding that mattress that would support her well with her bad back, but also be comfortable enough to let her rest. Joe Nowak the salesman was an exemplar in salesmanship and helped us understand the products, and cared about what we wanted to buy. He helped us get the mattress we love while at an amazing price.
