The Mattress Firm rocks!! There’s no high pressure sales, they are open and transparent with pricing and what they have available in stock. You don’t have to wait 6 weeks to get something delivered; you could potentially get it next day even! Sam, the store manager was fantastic to deal with! As someone who always used to go to Colorado for furniture and mattress purchases, it’s great to have a place in Cheyenne that’s fair and friendly. I highly recommend the Mattress Firm, you won’t be disappointed!

I chose to buy here because they were so helpful and patient with me as I waited a while to decide on what I wanted to do and then when I returned with my very busy toddler, they were still so patient. This is a big purchase and I wanted to be sure I was getting what I really wanted. I can’t wait to get my bed, adjustable frame, and pillows! It’s time for a good sleep!!!

Worked with the store manager Sam and the experience was phenomenal! We were greeted, then explained the sales going on and led us in the direction we needed. Never was he pushy to sell us something we didn’t want and was great interacting with our boys. Top notch customer service needs to noticed! Come see Sam, he will not disappoint!

We first went to Denver Mattress, and the four guys pretty much just talked amongst themselves. We walked out. They lost a sale! We then went to Mattress firm and Ace, the sales guy, gave us his attention and knowledge. He was a big help and I would go back to this store before any other if I needed a new mattress. Word of mouth is important too and I will be telling all that I know to shop there first.

I had gone to Denver mattress across the street first and not only were the prices much higher, the sales staff were not helpful or welcoming. Pretty easy decision where to buy from. We got a great deal and free delivery since they are a new store. 10/10 recommend going here if you’re looking for a mattress.
