Absolutely terrible access to parking for this location! A little bit lacking in customer assistance but my wife and I managed to choose a mattress ourselves. Although they offer free delivery it’s only to your porch and they charge $70 to take it inside, so we made a second visit and picked it up ourselves instead of having to wait around for the delivery man. The sales process and loading went perfectly smooth.

No one in CO had the pillow I needed, and today it was urgent I found one, as my health has been drastically affected by my lack of quality sleep, and in the process of finding a new bed, getting a pillow was the one thing I could do to help until we get a bed. Worked with us on the delivery date so it worked with our schedule. If there is any negative it’s that there is a delivery fee for home delivery. Purchased a Royal Purple seat cushion on 8/28/21 being informed it has a 30 day return window if it wasn't what I wanted or didn't help. I realized it was not the product I had hoped it would be 8/29/21. Found myself at a different location of Denver Mattress and loved a Purple pillow that wasn't in stock at that location. Called my local Cheyenne store and found out they did have what I was looking for. Went in and purchased the pillow, from Zach, and mentioned needing to return the seat cushion. Zach quickly informed me that they do not take returns on the cushions or the pillow that I had just purchased, only on mattresses. I called Purple to find out the return process and was informed that he was misinformed. Spoke with Zach over the phone and he made the problems right.

We bought one of the new Purple Mattress versions with the coils in it. Derick, the salesman was very helpful, not pushy, but provided information for us to make a decision. We should also mention Roy, the warehouse guy, who looked over our vehicle to see if our prospective purchase would fit, so that we could take it home that day. (They deliver locally, but we weren't local to the Cheyenne store). He then carried it out and got it in our vehicle with a little help from Derrick. Mattress purchases typically don't happen frequently. This is our second from Denver Mattress. Whenever we need another, Denver Mattress will be our first stop.

Must have been in store over an hour. I needed a firm lower mattress because our bed bight off the ground. Told me what to measure on my old Mattress box springs and bed frame. My husband came back with me and we picked out the mattress and box springs with Zachary!s help. Mainly got a smaller box springs but higher mattress.

I called the Cheyenne Denver mattress Company to find out if they had the purple mattress we had been deciding and researching for several months to find a mattress that fit us and they did so I decided to drive down there and try them out. Young man that helped us was very knowledgeable I told him about what kind of sleeper I was on my issues and what my husband was like and he directed us to a few different mattresses he also told us about his personal mattress and how it affected his sleeve and what he did and so we ended up buying a purple two or three nights in and it’s been great I hope it’s the mattress of our dreams because I am tired of searching for mattresses that are comparable but Denver mattress company goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy very professional and the best customer service ever I would definitely recommend them.
