I must say that Jennifer made my visit to get a mattress way more than I expected. She is very thorough, and seems to take genuine concern in getting to the cause of your sleep discomfort, and getting you set up with a mattress that is the perfect fit. She does not seem like most sales associates who are more concerned with making the all mighty dollar than finding the customer their dream (pardon the corny pun) mattress. She has definitely made this an experience I'll never forget, and spoilt me to ever consider working with anyone else when it come to my mattress needs. She also made sure that delivery and setup was gonna be quick, and that I didn't have any question about what was gonna happen next in getting the bed delivered and set up ☺️. If I had to give my visit a rating 1 being the worst to 5 being the most exceptional service you could receive I would have to give her a 100 star rating. Keep up the great work, and thanks for making me feel like family, and getting me the best deals available.

Jennifer was awesome! I told her what I needed and she helped me choose the perfect bed at the perfect price for me. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Went to purchase a pillow & left with a quote! Jennifer asked us how long we h a d our bed, how we were sleeping etc. I'm pretty pumped! I've been begging my husband to just try a tempurpedic but he always shoots me down. Jennifer asked him to try. He hopped onto a Proadapt hybrid. I wanted to research so I was informed prior to shopping in store so I knew what questions to ask. He was kind, professional, and easilyxx do understood my concerns and preferences. After speaking for less than 2-3 minutes he walked me to the perfect mattress on the first try! He then helped me try out several other types of mattresses to make sure I was confident in my selection. He explained the differences between each mattress, explained each charge line-by-line, and confirmed delivery date and preferences. I cannot think of any way this could have been smoother or a person I would trust more to help me than Terry.

I had absolutely no plan on purchasing a new mattress today, just look. My head hurts from looking online, which I don't care how many people say they are good & cheaper but the fact of the matter is that we are all different from each other & we all assess thing's differently. I'd rather be able to sit & lay on what we're searching for instead of ordering a bed online & then not being happy with it. Just my opinion. So my wife & I told Terry what we were looking for in a mattress & he listened to us our wants & needs & spent about two hrs dealing with us. Well, after some back & forth, guess who left happy & the proud owners of a soon to be delivered king bed. Us lol! Take my advice folks, go see Terry & Dave @ the store & you won't regret it!
