They were amazing. I needed a mattress quickly and I told Ross and Eddy exactly what I needed and they were able to give me the options right over the phone. I came in and they let me try out the ones we had narrowed it down to. I went to 4 other places before this and I got the best price and service here. They even have some heavily discounted mattresses up front.

What you don't see online or in the commercials is exactly what makes Charleston Furniture District have exactly what you're looking for when shopping for a bed, couch or recliner. I didn't get overwhelmed by employees or salespeople with pitches on product knowledge or salesman technics. If anything I was more in a rush myself not wanting to be unable to make a decision. Lol I didn't even spend hours comparing online or other places. Why, because it's as simple as, Named Brands, good, better, best choices, not to many products, less marketing means less mark up. Ultimately I got everything I needed and more then I wanted all delivered today. You make your own decisions though. I'm saying positive reviews aren't as common as negative one's. I'm happy regardless.
