This is my first experience with Mattress Firm in Peabody MA. Walking through the door we were immediately greeted by an associate, even though they were with other customers, nice to know they want my business. We had tried a number of beds while we waited and within minutes Lucas approached us. Lucas was very helpful from the start, and immediately helped us narrow down a few beds. Lucas found a bed within our budget, that coincided with the bed my son liked. Long story short, no sales pitches and up-selling. Very knowledgeable and direct. Confident, we walked out with the best deal possible and made sure I received my promotional items. I was previously committed to shop around some more, but didn’t need to. Thank you Lucas and the staff at Peabody MA Mattress Firm.

My husband and I went in to buy a queen size mattress a year ago and we love the mattress and the help we received so much we decided to go back and buy a king gift size mattress for the master bedroom and once again we r very satisfied with the help we received. We had the pleasure of meeting Lucas and he was so calm in his demeanor and disposition. He spoke very softly but was very knowledgeable. We would recommend buying your mattress here because we have had two excellent experiences and love our mattresses. Other staff members were helpful to us also so don’t take our word for it if u r in the market for a new mattress go to mattress firm in Peabody experience it yourself and u won’t be disappointed.

Our sales rep Lucas was amazing. I despise shopping and sakes consultants pressuring you. Lucas was incredibly helpful, and got us in and out of the store (without trying to oversell) within 15 minutes. We even demoed 4 mattresses and still finished within 15 mins. Called David H. on a late night (apologies it was near closing time and a day before the Thanksgiving holiday) to handle a warranty claim. I wasn't expecting anyone to expedite this claim, but in a matter of 2 days I had a new box spring, delivered, and setup. This is the fastest claim I have ever witnessed with anyone AND especially during the holidays! Thank you David, you made the holidays that much better.

I stopped by Mattress Firm Peabody early this morning to purchase an inexpensive mattress. I was greeted by two very professional sales associates who explained the range of mattresses carried in the store. Together, we quickly honed in on a Serta line which satisfied all my requirements for a guest room bed. I was very impressed with the professionalism and product knowledge displayed by both associates. I was in and out in 25 minutes with the bed being scheduled for delivery to my home in just two days! Plus, free delivery! I have only good things to say about my experience!

Fantastic! We worked with Gregory at the Peabody, Andover St. Location. He listened to what we wanted to do in regards to our exchange. We showed him the new Mattress we wanted, and he made the whole exchange process, so easy to do. He set up a delivery date 2 days later. The delivery crew was excellent. They were very professional, wore mask and booties. They brought up the new Mattress, set it up, took the two separate originals, and we're done in less than 20 mins.

I bought a mattress from the Beverly location 7 weeks ago and had a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. But I LOVED the mattress. 7 weeks in and I’m having issues with the mattress already having an indent in the middle. I was told I had 120 days to exchange the mattress but I didn’t want to go back to the Beverly store and deal with the man I did last time. So I went to the Peabody location I was created by a friendly new person and explained the situation. He then brought me over to Michael who could better assist me. Michael was AWESOME! He made the process quick and painless and hooked me up in effort to change my customer experience and make up for all the inconveniences that happens the first time around. Thank you so much Michael! This time I am leaving a very happy customer and will definitely recommend you anyone asking. Go see Michael at sleepys in Peabody (he will be moving to Beverly soon, so don’t not shop at Beverly based on this review, just make sure you ask for Michael! :) )

Went in on a whimp because I have been wanting to get a new mattress, and was greeted by a nice sales rep named Gregory. My sister and I looked around the store and finally settled on a bed that we both wanted to get. Well they were having a special with financing so we were both going to get a bed, after filling out the app and waiting while the finance site they use went down my sister had changed her mind and just I was going to get a bed. Well because we had to wait so long he wanted to give me a discount but had to ask the manager.. enter Brian. Brian was very funny and very accommodating not only did he give me the discount he also threw in 2 pairs of sheets and free delivery. The two of them worked well together and made it a easy and great experience.

I bought a king size bed and adjustable frame late one night last week. I already had my mind 95% made up by the time I went into the store. There was 30 mins left before close and Phil was very helpful and he showed me beds to try that were similar to the one I was looking to purchaseonline. He made it quick, easy, and I didn't feel pressure whatsoever. To top it off I got even better deals than if I just purchased it myself online. My bed will be delivered this Saturday (before black friday but with the black friday deals!!!). Unless I have any issues with delivery or liking the bed, this was a great, simple experience overall. Thank you Phil! Update: This was the last delivery of the day (Saturday), but it was worth the wait! The delivery set up wasn’t long at all, and they got rid of my old bed, so I didn’t have to worry about it myself! That in itself was a HUGE bonus. I love my new bed; I’ve only slept in it a few nights, but I already feel less stress on my back, and I wake up way more energized. I definitely spoiled myself with this purchase.

Brian is the best. He made it easy to pick a bed and do all the paperwork etc. He made sure we had water and snacks for our daughter. She was never bored in the store. Balls to play with and a shark. Also, not salesy, but helpful. We did not take all the bells and whistles, and he did not try to push it on us either. He also hooked us up with nice discounts and special offers etc. Would highly recommend this company. I did look high and low for the best deal. It turns out it is a lot harder to pick the right bed. You can't just buy it on the internet. This is something you will be using every day for 15 years. Worth spending a bit more for the exact right bed for you.
