We were warmly greeted by Anse. He immediately identified our price point and took us to the mattresses which met our budget. He patiently demonstrated each mattress and its’ features. The mattresses we were looking for were for our kids who still had old mattresses. Being the great salesperson, he made sure to show us the high end mattresses in case we were in the market for one. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

I was hesitant to go into this location because I did not have a positive experience at a different location. I was shocked how helpful the staff was here! It was busy but they were wonderful and sort of seamlessly tag teamed. I came away spending quite a bit less on a guest room mattress and frame that the regional manager suggested (it was not on the floor) and had a fabulous return policy. It arrived ahead of schedule and is absolutely perfect.

Easily one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. The store manager Brian helped us and his attitude from the time we walked in the door until the time we left was awesome! My wife and I weigh in at nearly 1000lbs combined, and have flattened many a mattress in our lives together. We’ve been stuck on a full size mattress for the past 7 months because of unfortunate circumstances, but thanks to Brian, his knowledge and my wife’s impeccable credit score we secured a king size Tempur-Pedic along with an industrial strength box spring for a surprisingly cheap monthly rate. I can’t stress enough how personable and knowledgeable Brian was. We spent nearly 6 hours in the store and his patience and expertise were on display the entire visit. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a new bed!

We ordered the wrong sized mattress (our mistake) and did not discover that until it was delivered! Anse took care of it no questions asked and no hassle for us. I had a very informative and enjoyable visit with Fred Siegel at the Mattress Firm store in Newton Upper Falls. My grandson and I spent a long time asking Fred many questions. He recommended a mattress that I wasn't thinking of purchasing, but Fred thought that I was looking at the wrong mattress for my body type. I listened to his advice and purchased the mattress he recommended, along with an adjustable base, a sheet set and a pillow. The pillow that came with the mattress wasn't comfortable for me and Fred helped me pick out another one. I haven't been treated as well with any other purchase I've made for a long time! Within a week my mattress was delivered by two men that took my old mattress and box spring, help dispose of my mattress frame, and set up my new bed in a timely way with care and consideration. I would highly recommend this store and the Mattress Firm company to friends and family. I am enjoying my new bed and the adjustable base. The bed height is much lower than my old mattress and I don't have to take a leap to get onto my bed. Thank you Mattress Firm for a wonderful experience!

I highly recommend Fred & this Mattress Firm. While the first salesperson was very nice, he didn't fit me to a mattress given my body type and back issues. I ended up buying a mattress good in quality but way too firm for me. MF has a 120 day sleep trial which I unfortunately had to invoke. When I went back in, Fred was extremely patient and kind. He listened to me and helped me find a mattress to exchange/replace the original with. I was anxious about exchanging the original mattress, but Fred knew how to sell me the right mattress. I think perhaps that MF is a tad more expensive but I think their policies make it worth it unless you are buying the exact same mattress you already have. My only caveat is that some of the salespeople are less experienced in fitting you to the right mattress.

We got the free adjustable base (note: head only) along with a mattress that was on sale. The mattress was delivered the very next day and they arrived at the beginning of a 4 hour delivery window. We bought a matress and box spring here and got an Amazing deal! We got almost 400$ off! Mike gave us amazing deal on the matress we loved so that it would work with our budget. The next day I realized we needed a frame so I went back in to buy one. Alan was working and I had forgot my Card so he was very accommodating and let me use the number for it. He also went out of his way and had one of his coworkers deliver my frame to my house because I couldn’t fit it in my car. Over all we had an amazing experience and everyone was so kind! Then the night before delivery I learned I needed a certificate of Insurance for delivery to my co-op. Mattress Firm normally requires 48 hours notice. Somehow Tim managed a small miracle and made it happen. We were so appreciative because we would have had to stay at a hotel if the delivery didn’t come through. Thank you Tim! The salespeople at this location is absolutely amazing. The experience is all about you, and your comfort. They are highly knowledgeable, and they make sure you understand the difference in pillows, and mattresses. They have extreme patience, as i tried many mattresses, and repeated trying some of the same mattresses, without any huffing and puffing from the sales team. They find the mattress that is too your liking, and if it outside of your budget, they find you something that is similar in comfort, within your budget. What's even better is they aren't pushy, and they truly want to see you invest in something that is to your comfort and best suited for you. I eorked with Tim, and Ben (mostly Tim), and they were both extremely friendly, and helpful. The customer service here is beyond exceptional, this Matress Firm is the GO TO Mattress Firm!

I went in today to take advantage of the 72 hour sale and got a great deal on a good mattress thanks to Janice, who also introduced me to a pillow I hadn’t seen before which was the most comfortable I’ve ever laid my head on. I’m really a nitpicker when it comes to pillows, and I’ve tried them all including the my pillow.

Carl is really helpful explaining why it's so important to pick the best mattress for YOU, as opposed to your wallet. I through my back out in December and have been indecisive about pulling the trigger on a $200 mattress (just the mattress). But my back has been killing me. And because I was online shopping it was very easy to just close the window and forget about it. But my back, still. So when I went to Mattress firm in Newton, I was put into a situation where I could talk about my worries and concerns. That's where Carl outlined the importance of a restful night's sleep. He showed me the difference between what I could afford, versus what I needed. Afterwards, it was just a matter of explaining my financial situation, which wasn't an issue at all. Fianaced and I won't need to worry about my first payment until 30days after delivery. I walked in with no money, explained what I needed and left without spending anything as well as a great mattress and bedframe. Go see Carl in Newton if you need a Mattress. He will help you.
