Went looking for an adjustable frame for my Purple bed. Did not know that Purple was now distributing their products through Mattress Firm. Met David and he was terrific. Explained what I was looking for and he not only educated me on the value of the adjustable I was interested in he took the time to educate me on the other options that were available to me. I am looking forward to this Wednesday when they will be delivering and setting up my bed with a new adjustable frame. Job well done both by David and by his manager. The Milford Shop is well run with some exceptional employees. Highly recommended.

Our salesperson Adrian, who is also the manager could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I honestly was going in just to get an idea of options but we ended up testing all the beds that fit our needs and we purchased a queen and a few other things. If you are considering purchasing a mattress and live anywhere near Milford MA, I think it’s well worth at least giving Adrian a visit Excellent experience. Now if the bed he sold us is a dud….. just kidding - it’s 120 days no change fee to exchange.

Our experience at your Milford MA location this weekend was delightful. We’d been dreading shopping for a mattress - turns out shopping for a mattress rates highly with the things folks most dislike shopping for! However - a very wonderful guy - Keith - greeted us warmly and immediately put us at ease. He was helpful, informative, and very genuinely - a great guy. My wife and I purchased a mattress and box spring from Matress Firm Milford. We also paid for them to deliver and it set up. The movers folded and tied the mattress in half and to get up the stairs. I called Sealy, the maker of the mattress, and they confirmed that this can damage the mattress. Also, when removing the ropes, the movers accidentally cut open the bottom of the mattress. We're now waiting for Mattress Firm come retrieve the damaged matress which we waited more than four weeks for. On a positive note, and the reason for three stars as opposed to one, is that Adrian was very helpful and responsive every step of the way. He's also gone out of his way to promptly help us resolve this issue.

We are extremely pleased with our Mattress Firm experience. I have had back and knee surgery which makes it difficult to find the perfect mattress. Our first mattress (originally purchased at the Franklin store) was a good product at a good price, but firmer than we expected and not great for my back. Chad, at Franklin, listened carefully, and recommended that we try the Nectar mattress. Since Franklin didn't have that product in the showroom, he called Armond in Milford and explained our situation. When we arrived at Milford, Armond was ready for us, showed us both of the Nectar models, explained the benefits of each and finalized the exchange process. Armond was patient, knowledgeable, personable and professional. We were so impressed, we asked to see another mattress for our guestroom. He showed us several quality but economically priced mattresses that were perfect for what we needed. Thank you Chad, Armond and Mattress Firm.

As soon as we walked in the Milford store we were warmly greeted by Armand. We had a mattress in mind but we also wanted to try out a few others to be certain that was the one. Armand was very patient and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I called the Milford Ma Mattress Firm store to inquire about a mattress. Spoke with Adrian Arias (Store Manager) he has a great personality, was very kind, quick, professional, and knowledgeable. He emailed me a quote for a mattress and I went into the store that same evening. I bought a mattress, box spring, and bed frame the same night and had it delivered that weekend. The delivery representatives were also extremely nice, careful, and quick. I have a very narrow staircase with a low ceiling that has a chandelier hanging from it which I was concerned about but they were very careful with everything. I couldn't be happier with my experience and purchase!! Will definitely be back in the future if needed and recommend this location to anyone!

Explained the issues with my back and sleeping, they set me up witha great deal on a split king bed for myself and my girlfriend due to each of us having different sleep styles/types. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, very patient and answered every question we had. If you want a quality matress to sleep on, these folks know what you want. Also the 0% financing is a plus, along with their 120 day trial period. When I told him I had been waiting 2 months for the delivery of a mattress he brought me to 2 he assured me were in stock. I purchased a mattress when he assured me I could have it delivered asap. My wife and I have been shopping around for a new bed for a while and before we tried Mattress Firm we went to Jordan's Furniture in Avon. We did not enjoy our experience at Jordan's as their BridgeIT system only put us into three beds all which were well over $3,000. Our Sleep Technician was very pushy and wanted us to decide then and there saying after we leave we "will not remember how the bed feels." Needless to say we took our business to Mattress Firm and met Adrian as he happily greeted us when we walked in. Originally we were there to try the "Purple" mattress due to its reputation. Adrian was more than happy to help us out but also showed us some other options in different price ranges. He went above and beyond not only giving us options but in various prices we could afford and he made us feel very comfortable during the entire experience! Within a couple minutes I knew we were in great hands with Adrian! After trying out four beds we chose the one for us and went home happy knowing we received OUTSTANDING service and bought a bed that was right for us! Thank you Adrian!

Adrien, the manager, was very helpful and patient. We arrived before closing- our schedules don’t allow for anything earlier- and we never felt rushed or weird. He helped show the three main types of mattresses and never once balked at us going back and forth trying the two we narrowed it down to. I am sure we seemed ridiculous going back and forth, but this is a big purchase and we both wanted to be sure. It was a really smooth process and I am glad we went to the milford location. Plenty of choices in every price range and a knowledgeable staff member made the whole process easy. As far as pandemic shopping goes- there were supplies to clean and sanitize located throughout the store, lines of demarcation for 6+ feet separation, and masks were worn. Highly recommend.

My 3-4 month old adjustable bed stopped working. The remote works and bed shows the green lights have power but the remote which also lights up brand new batteries is not connecting to the base. The Mattress Firm employees were very professional and listened about there third party delivery drivers who originally delivered my bed that there were two things that could be questionable and I informed them of it but they were not a big deal just$149.99 you would think these small issues should not have been a part of anyone purchasing a bed having to be possibly intentionally unnerving about one and the other is just what your delivery practices claim but especially during covid-19 it would be taken a little more serious but Matress Firms Employees have been great and I still prefer to purchase any future bed at your store but 3rd party delivery drivers are not held to your stores standard not every time but epecially when I had my most recent purchase for my Full bed and base that stopped working after 4-5 months or so but my previous twin bed from Matress Firm is still working well. Thank you for your help.

I called there on Wednesday and talked to a very nice man who answered all of my questions and he was very helpful. The next day I walked in the store and Mary meet me and sold me a frame, box spring. Mattress and a beautiful pillow. She was very kind to me and helped as she helped me pick everything out. Maria went above and beyond the call of duty when my fiancé and I went in looking for a mattress on 8/28. We were immediately greeted and assisted as we were rather unsure of where to start. Maria was not at all pushy, listened to what we liked and did not like and was ultimately able to find us something that we loved within our price range. We go ahead and book the delivery for 9/8, but were notified two days prior that the warehouse was unable to deliver our mattress and frame until 9/23 because although it was at the facility, a truck was unavailable for delivery until then. We informed Maria that we already had someone coming to take our bed and she was able to work it so that an even better mattress and base were delivered to us today for no additional charge! Cannot say enough good things about Maria and her team. Can't wait to sleep tonight!

I wanted to check out the Purple brand mattress to see if it was worth the cost; we bought one it’s great, but that’s not what caused me to write a review. I hate walking into a place with salesmen, I assume from the start they are trying to up sell you, or they would just be sleazy. Not at all the case here, Adrian was easy to talk to, just showed us things open ended and was just a nice subject matter expert to check stuff out with. I would recommend the store and especially Adrian.
